There was an issue apparently with my delivery address. I live in a rural area, so deliveries get screwed up easily. A customer service representative called me soon after I ordered to clarify my information. They didn't try to tell me where I lived. Nice change.
They had the product I wanted and it arrived quickly.
The shipping choices were, I believe, purposely deceptive in order to entice you to purchase faster shipping. I ultimately chose the free shipping option with an estimated 5-7 day arrival. It arrived the following day, which was faster than the expensive expedited option promised.
The post sale email spamming is ridiculous. I received 12 emails in the past 3 days.
If they were more honest in the sales process and didn't fill your inbox with garbage post sale, I'd give them a better score.

Had to renew my Bakflip. Am sad, I should get MX4 instead of G1. Because MX4 looks more sturdy and thick. It's my fault, this G1 has less warranty than MX4 😞

These boards are great. Way better than my last set. They are big and solid. They do not move at all when you step up. They are kind of close to the overall body of the truck. Getting in is super easy, but when getting out of the truck you can still miss them and step to the ground. Just have to be careful. But overall I am very happy with these. Going to run through the rest of Barricade parts and see what else they may have. Thank you very much!
