Wa looking for running boards for almost 3 months. Tried to purchase from one site saying item was in stock but had to cancel order when they emailed me it wouldn' t ship for 3 weeks. Another site verfied fit for my truck but when i got the boards the mounting kit was for older moldels. Best part was I had to send pictures to the manufacturer and seller to show them their mistake before they would take rhem back. American truck website was easy to use. After putting in my truck specs products with pictures and instal video came right up verifing the part. It came to me 2 days and took less than 2 hours to instal. Great overall ecpierience with company

Item was priced the same as several other vendors. They shipped my order very quickly and delivered in 3 days. Would recommend American Trucks.

Received my first order from American truck and it was missing key parts. Only found this out after an hour of removal of my 2025 GMC air intake. The goal was to install a K&N cold air intake. Called to have the missing part shipped to me and was told they don't do that, I would have to return the K&N filter to receive another. After an hour of working to removing the old filter then reinstall, I wasn't in the mood to do this again. I was told that I would have information for the return within 48 hours, it's been 72 and still haven't received a response. The K&N filter was a $500+ purchase and you think you would get a quicker response for the return. Depending on how the return process goes I may not order from this company again. If this was Amazon I would have had this already returned and I hate Amazon.
