Kept me in the loop about order status and expected delivery. Order arrived in perfect condition. No issues. However, now I get A LOT of emails that I really don't need.
Website was easy to navigate. My products got delivered on the date that the website told me I would receive them.
I ordered a McLeod flywheel from this website and it arrived with a factory defect. I sent it back on the 11th of July, to get it replaced, under the assumption that it would get a to me within 24 hours of fedex receiving the return package. The return has shipped but it will not get to me until the 17th. My mustang is my only car, and the transmission is out of the car for clutch and flywheel replacement, and I cannot go another week without a working car. I called the support two different times and both times I was told a confusing story about how the 24 hours is not really how it works and all this other stuff that really made no sense. Both times I asked if there was any way I could get a refund since this is such a huge inconvenience and both times I was offered a 20 dollar voucher that expires in 45 days, only useable on my next purchase. This is a pathetic attempt to make up for my situation. I have spent a lot of money, and have been a customer for 4 years on this website and I will no longer be doing so until this situation is fairly resolved. Wish I could give zero stars.

I spoke with the online support to assist me with best fit and tires for 2019 R/T Challenger.
I was given two options and went with one. I will never regret my decision with dealing with American Muscle.
Tried to return something I bought which I hadn't even opened. Changed my mind on the item. Was badgered by the girl for over 30 minutes on the phone taking pictures and sending to her so that I can prove this isn't some kind of fraud. Completely pathetic. Just give me my damn money back. Will NEVER buy from again. Get some better customer service reps!

I've ordered several products from the site. No issues with the products. Shipped and received on time or early.
Placed my order for the PowerStop EXtreme Street Performance replacement rotors and pads which were hard to find for my C8 Corvette on July 6th and had them on my porch on July 8th. I'm very happy with the service received by American Muscle and will use them again for my ordering needs.

Went to the site to order a rear cradle lockout kit for my 16 challenger rt. The price was about the same as other sites. It would have been nice if am would have properly advised me that the one piece driveshaft from the driveshaft shop required the cradle kit be installed as well in order to honor the driveshaft warranty. Another item ordered was some headlight trim which I found rather pricey for what it was. After putting the items in the cart and going to checkout the site started buffering and I couldn't pay for my purchase and complete the transaction. At 0548 this morning I was able to get the transaction done while losing a coupon since it expired the evening before.

I tried doing installments with shop to pay over 3 months but it wouldn't go through and told me to contact the merchant. Tried doing paypal payments but it took the whole amount instead. Other than that the shopping experience was easy, the items arrived fast with standard shipping, and they came in good condition undamaged. Cant say much about the quality as it's a present for my boyfriend and he hasn't tested them out yet but i know he wouldn't want something sh*tty so i take it that it's gonna be good quality.

Easy to order what you need at a good price. Product was about a two days late but that was on FedEx not the company.
Purchased a rear window louver for my 16 Dodge Charger. Which was poorly made. I called American muscle on July 4th and spoke with John Patton in regards to having a hardware kit sent out. He assured that I would receive it in a couple days. That didn't happen. I called back to find out it never was sent out and then I was asked who did I speak with. What kind of crap is this? Now they are saying they cant send one out. I asked if I can just purchase the kit and they don't even have it available. Never will I spend another $$$ with American Muscle or promote anything they have.

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
