When buying expensive parts for your car, you expect those parts to come in a box, inside of another box. Not just the shock in its product box, all damaged and torn. Very lucky that the part itself wasn't damaged.

Box was open at time of delivery. Had a piss poor tape job done. You could hear loose hardware rolling around inside box. Out of the 6 screws, I only had 5. They were not in any type of package.

Thought my new wheels and tires were supposed to come mounted and balanced. I never saw the option before check out to have this done. Wasn't very happy. Offered me 20.00 credit. Doesn't even cover a t-shirt purchase on the website
