The ordering process was easy, and the product is just as described. It was received in a very timely manner and the fact that they recognize military and veterans is greatly appreciated.

I placed an order with this company for my little brothers charger. At first it wouldn't go through and I had to reorder. I got all my confirmation emails and that it was accepted. Then I received an email this morning at work saying they were trying to contact me (never received a phone call or email) saying they need more information from me. What else do you need? You have my payment information, my name, the address and what I ordered. They canceled my order since they were "unable to get ahold of me". This is the second time I've had a problem with this company. And after the first time I didn't bother reordering. I have you guys benefit of the doubt and you just take my money and never give me my items. This company sucks and is very unprofessional. Maybe actually do your jobs.

First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch!
These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!

Not all hardware in box... missing 4 hole flat bracket that goes in between the quad tips to hold together, it was noticed once muffler shop finished the job and couldn't put tips on because of no flat bracket,so the muffler shop had to tie wrap through the holes,unable to drive so it's still at the muffler shop and put my daily job behind schedule for a flight I had to catch and had to cancel... hopefully they will next day this part so I can drive my car that's sitting at the muffler shop until the part arrives, I'm so upset 😡 this needs to be fixed ASAP I've sent pictures of what's missing, order numbers, dates to customer service this should not take 5 days to send out 🤬

I have been getting parts and accessories from American muscle for nearly a decade now. They always have fast shipping, great selection and great descriptions. They are my go to when I need parts for my Foxbody.

I received the Air Filter. AEM, 21-2075DK, however it diameter is to small and the length is an inch to long. I tried to call K&N but its a non working number for advise and return. Please provide me with the correct information.

Box that arrived at my house was in very terrible shape and had a hole in it, so wish they would use a stronger box for the exhaust. But it wasn't damaged when I opened the box everything was wrapped in bubble wrap and packaging. Just wish there were more pictures of the item and a video for a sound clip like the other ones.
