We were very pleased how quickly the wallpaper arrived, and all rolls were in perfect shape. This is our first experience with paintable wallpaper, and we haven't actually painted it yet, but as for the hanging: it went up much like any other wallpaper and was very easy to handle. I did use a little bit of paste in the water--instead of just plain water, so that we didn't have to wait the 10 minutes before hanging each strip. I applied the water/paste mixture with a large paintbrush, instead of using a water tray. The paper is a nice weight, and covers a multitude of imperfections in the 100 yr. Old walls.
3 weeks and still no blinds. Customer service emailed back and said it would take 48 HOURS to give me an answer. And here we are 3 days after that pronouncement and they still don't know what the h--- is happening. No tracking numbers, no emailed receipt, NOTHING! These people are gypsies.
I was very happy with my purchase. The item I purchased (wallpaper) was out of stock at the time I ordered and you gave me a few options to choose from. I chose to wait till the item was re-stocked and you were were very prompt at sending it to me right away. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and I would HIGHLY recommend your products and services to others also.

It's been 20 days since I placed an order, so I call today to find out the status. I've been told my order will be shipped today! It takes 20 days to ship an item? There were no notifications to me at all so I just think they forgot about it.

I was very happy with the wallpaper and border I bought. The room turned out beautifully. I was worried about the accuracy of the colors on the website pictures, since the wallpaper and border were on separate pages, and I had to hope they’d go well together. I really love your huge selection. I was able to achieve the bright, cheerful look I imagined. Very, very satisfied.

As a returning customer I will say your website instructions are easy when taking measurements, the color of the shade exact, installation was easy, no issues with how it fit and emailing the installation instructions saved a tree!
I think the best part of this last purchase is the privacy it affords us on a busy suburban street and at the same time allows the natural light to come in.
Last, your Carrier could do a better job keeping their tracking records current... that was the only issue I had (no fault of yours) and that was only because I was anxioius for the order lol.

This is the second home's window treatments ordered from American Blinds. They were Bali NeatPleat and Bali Honeycomb. I have never had one bit of problem with American Blinds. They get the order correct every time and the production/shipping time is superfast! I admit I have price shopped my orders but never have found any better prices and I already know the entire process of ordering/receiving goes smoothly with this Company. Always satisfied!

I have been doing business with American Blinds and Wallpaper for over twenty years, ordering everything from blinds to wallpaper. I am more than happy with my last order of wallpaper. It was delivered within a week of placing my order and was in a solid package for protection from the elements. No doubt, I would order from this company again for several reasons, they carry name brands and have a large selection to choose from.

You may or may not be aware that we had a problem with varying dye lots with some recently ordered blinds. I need to tell you that we contacted Tami Flores in Customer Service and were blown away by her prompt, courteous, efficient, and personable efforts to resolve our issue. I have never felt so "taken care of" by a customer service department, especially in this day and age.
I wish there was some way to hold her performance up as the gold standard to other companies' Customer Service Departments and tell them "This is the way to do it!". We had been discouraged from using American Blinds by a decorator (on a different project) who intimated that the "cheap" blinds come from China and there would be great difficulties resolving any issues. This proves them wrong!
We look forward to receiving the replacement blinds and extend our congratulations on your company's approach in providing well-trained personnel and a culture of great customer service.

Addendum: As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the original blinds - the color differences arose due to different UV-blocking film on the adjacent windows; the error was on our part, but this company couldn't have been nicer about helping us with this. Again- spectacular customer service!

I purchased vinyl wallpaper from americanblinds.com, and I am ecstatic about the quality and appearance of the paper. The website gave me a very extensive choice of papers, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Other websites that I had visited did not have nearly the variety of papers available that American Blinds does. The pictures of the paper were very true to the actual paper that I received. I used the vinyl wallpaper to replace old and deteriorating vinyl wallpaper in our vintage Airstream travel trailer. One of the walls was in the shower, so it being waterproof was very important. Your staff provided excellent advice on how to prepare that wall and paper for my particular special application so that I could ensure the "waterproofness" and prevent mildew. The newly papered walls in the trailer look beautiful! I am very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend American Blinds to anyone looking for great wallpaper.
Answer: Not sure on the brick and mortar site but the man I spoke with lives in Texas, my favorite state in the USA, made me feel even better about this place.
