Amazon does not have a handle on fraudulent sellers. I've bought several items which I didn't receive. Yes, amazon covers the cost but so what. I've waited 2 months for my items which I now have to resource again... plus they keep my money for that time as well. They need to investigate the 'new' sellers more diligently!
Ordered a product on May 15. Promised delivery by May 25-29 originally. Then promised delivery by May 23-25. Item not even shipped on the 23. Finally item is shipped on May 24. Promised date of delivery is now May 31 when I will be out of the country. I would not have ordered if the information given to me was not misleading. I could have had someone pick up my product in Florida and now I will be without.

I can't believe Amazon.ca. The owners of Amazon whoever started the business for the website obviously doesn't monitor any of their sellers. Around every corner is a lying cheating seller trying to get your money.
I read the reviews and every single one on certain products says they've been ripped off and lied to. You go looking for another one same thing and on and on. If it is simply a sign of the times and everybody is a criminal then I just quit. I cannot believe how many scams take place on Amazon.ca. I am stunned how many criminals are out there. What kind of a world do we live in?
Seller said Amazon made a pricing error and Amazon said seller made a mistake and neither would honor the price listed.
No guarantee to receive your orders. Even though they return your money, but you wasted your time to buy, communicate, wait, wait and wait. I reordered but did not receive again the same item. It can not be coincident since I receive some but do not receive some!
Ordered a camera on March 18th, paid for faster delivery and it arrived 4 days after the promised date. Amazon was unhelpful, never followed up with me (said they would 3 times, three different agents). I then returned the camera on april 3rd, they received it april 10th and it has been over two weeks since they received my return. I spoke with agents and they said they filed a report to see why I haven't received my refund. It has been a week since then, and no one is able to help me. They stole $800 from me and still isnt telling me why I havent gotten a refund yet. Where is my return, I did everything they asked me, but they are taking three weeks to do a simple 3-5 day return... Very shady, crooked business. Unhelpful, and rude staff.
Ordered a jewellery loop and 6 weeks later it had not arrived. Contacted both the Amazon who spoke to the seller for me. My credit card was immediately refunded and I was told if it ever arrived.it would be free! The process was no hassle and the staff friendly and not put out by my small item worry.
I have made several purchases through Amazon. I have had mostly positive experiences here. The sellers are honest, ship quickly and have had no real trouble. Only complaint I have ever had was the 6 day promised shipping on one item that took 36 days to arrive.

After many botched preorders from Amazon I truly give up. As a prime member, when you open preorders for only prime members saying stuff is available first day it should be here that day, not ship the day of. Especially when your customer service on 2 occasions assured me it would be here.
Your customer service is a total joke. As said, I was told my items were fully eligible. Support today says they aren't. Then they say they are, but aren't, and we're sorry. All of this in the same email I might add.
All I have to say is that if you want something from Amazon, be prepared to wait. If you have questions about your stuff, you might as well keep it to yourself or ask a wall somewhere because you won't get any help from their "customer service" staff.
I hace been a amazon prime member for over 2 years... service dropprd so bad coffee irdwr not woeth even looking up to price compare. Wanted 4 weeks to deliver wirh postal price 4 weeks... rip off. So much for loyalty... forget it go to othets better service... so sad...
On my end, I have had a pretty good experience with Amazon over the years. I only order from Amazon directly, mainly textbooks. And they have shipped fast even with the free shipping service. Cheaper than buying books from school. Im satisfied.
I placed an order through Amazon.ca for some professional "KRK Studio Headphones" from one of their sellers "Richard Jefferson".
This was a scam, and I never received my item. In fact when I checked the reviews, there was 8 other people who got ripped off also. I never thought to read them before ordering. Note to self... READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!
