Received it a few days ago, pretty much what I expected it lasted 10 seconds, smells nothing like Creed, this is straight up marketing bs, dont even bother with any of the other positive reviews or testimonials it's all a ploy. Product is pure absolute garbage. I bought it so you don't have to. Nothing you read or see as a testimonial is real, the scent is bunk, the bottles are cheap, the entire thing is a paid promo scam.

This company doesn't have a good shipping operation, especially for large orders. I liked this company until they ripped me off for over 600 dollars and refused to refund my money. I needed these scents for a party. It's been 13 days and there still isn't a USPS tracking number. The post office is still awaiting the package. Customer service refuses to help or offer a refund. Company has terrible customer service ethics and you should avoid at all costs. I went to DUA, who has a refund policy, longer lasting scents, and quicker shipping. I will boycott ALT for the rest of my life. I've never been compelled to write a negative review until today. Total Joke of a company.

Their chemical content is hazardous to skin. Does NOT smell like they claim. More like after shave meets barber shop. Also charged me again two months later under "auto buy-again" I disputed the charge but guess what? No phone support and e-mail support is only for name sake. Do NOT spend your money here.

Had items in my cart browsing after purchasing one bottle. Now I get an email thanking me for a second order? WTH? Now they say I can return for a store credit and needless to say, haven't received this so called second order. Guess I will be getting my bank involved! Hate scammers! Beware

I bought thd mohair #18 the smell is not even close I have the original I tell the company they're responses they can give me store credit so I can order some more stuff that's not even close to the real cologne what a joke I would never order from this company again

I received an email from Alt that offered a free bottle of cologne if I did a video review so I did. I received an email back saying the did not receive the video. Long story short I sent it three more times & even througha 3rd party site they recommend. The 3rd party site confirmed they received it. I sent them a screen shot of email with the video attached that I copied myself on the 2nd time. They are not giving out free bottles for videos it BS. Completely unprofessional.

It's been over three weeks of a no show package. Fake tracking number says it's in Florida, yet their service rep said "It's been returned to sender". Okay, I want a refund. No refunds allowed, we can re-send. What a joke. They delete all negative comments on their IG as well.

Charged money but they never shipped my order. Their customer service is pathetic. Kept telling me my order will be shipped in the next couple of days. It's now three and a half weeks.

Smells NOTHING at all like the original. Never order from here! Customer service is non-existant. I learned a valuable lesson. Wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. After seeing the double charging reviews I am calling my Card Company to NOT accept anything else from this SCAM!

They charged me twice and claim that I place the same order on the same day for the same exact things. When I reached out they claimed it was my fault and that I'd have to pay a to send the products back. Beware, they also don't pay their promoters

I got a bottle which spoiled rather quickly. I got it via mail, sprayed it once, and it already had a strong alcohol smell on the next spray the next day. Customer service said would only give me store credit or an exchange. What happens then to customers who just don't want to be associated with this brand due to a bad experience. Beware of their very aggressive advertisement online and in social media. I own a multitude of Parfums and Eau de Parfums. This one didn't even come close to any of them in terms of scent quality and lasting duration. I would also be very skeptical of their website reviews, I doubt most of them folks have actually tried the original colognes they seek to mimic, 'cause no one would rave about these colognes if you actually own great colognes.

Total scam... smells like alcohol then evaporates in 20 seconds leaving you smelling like cleaning products they use to clean gas station bathrooms

Save your money by trying alt fragrances. Inspired by scents that smell better than the originals for a fraction of the price. Each one is so lovely and long lasting.

Poor packaging and terrible customer support. If your items arrive damaged, don't expect any satisfying resolution.

I was so excited to receive my items in the mail. It took awhile to get to Canada, but they eventually arrived. The item was in an envelope with bubble wrap. Lightly lined. Nothing was protecting the items inside, other than what it came in. This is their fault for sending an international order in a lightly lined envelope, and has nothing to do with the shipping company. I've ordered multiple things from the states from the shipping company with absolutely zero issues because the company I ordered from packed the items safely. As soon as I opened the package, the smell was so strong. The box was damaged (during shipping), and the contents were leaking. They continued to leak and there was no way to store them so they stopped leaking because they were damaged during shipment.

I contacted customer support and they offered to send out a new package. I asked them if they could package it better so this doesn't happen again, and they said no and instead offered a store credit (not even for the full amount, I would still be out $20+ in shipping/shipping insurance). I told them I do not feel comfortable ordering from them ever again since they cannot package their items well enough for international travel. Now I'm out $72 and I'm disappointed I didn't find a cheap alternative for high-end fragrances. At no point did they offer any sort of refund, only store credit so you would have to spend more money on their site.

DO NOT pay extra for shipping insurance. They offer it, at a cost, and it does absolutely nothing to make sure that you're insured against shipping damages. All they do is take your money. I have never had a company expect the customer to incur ANY sort of loss when the items they receive are damaged. Companies can file an insurance claim when items are damaged and get refunded. Any reputable company would insure their items. It's very telling that they ask customers to pay extra for insurance, and have the option to get money back from damage for themselves, but do not offer it to the customer, so the customer is out money for damaged items. It's extremely shady to do something like that!

Attaching a picture of what the company calls "slight" damage. The bottles continue to leak and stink up the room they are in, and induce headaches. Holding onto everything until a resolution is reached. Will keep everyone updated if the company decides to be accountable for their shipping practices. Not holding my breath.
