Absolutely loved my first order, ordered a huge second order, received bad product both times ( rank or Absolutely no smell). Shipping for exchange is on your dime, refunds only come in the form of exchanges in their (bad) product. Support and managers have gone AWOL- no assistance or number to call. Totally wasted $200

I love ALT because of the quality but also it saves me hundreds of dollars! There really isn't a need to go out and spend a ton of money on designer and niche fragrances that don't last. I've tried ALT side by side with a lot of them and ALT always beats them in longevity! Boosts my confidence and smells great.

I bought 4 bottles during my first purchase from ALT and I've never been so glad I found and gambled new company before!
To begin with, the product I bought has been wonderful and smells excellent, the bottles are priced very fairly for the large amount you get. They're pretty darn close to their designer counterparts (I'd say 97% identical) and the names are similar enough that I generally know what I'm reaching for right away and I don't have to stop and think about which dupe is which. The package arrived quickly and was well-packed, but there's only so much you can do before it gets into the hands of the carrier. The bottom of the package had been smashed during shipping and (I initially thought the pump was just not screwed on enough but upon after further inspection...) the impact broke the bottle pump and about 25% of the bottle leaked out. Not only does ALT make the contact process incredibly easy by allowing you to simply reply to the delivery confirmation email, but I got a response back in under 7 hours on a Friday! Not only was this the best response time I've ever experienced, they offered to replace the broken bottle right away without hesitation. I took videos and pictures while opening my boxes and I was fully prepared to go through the steps of sending the broken bottle back. Because they made the interaction so stress-free, I'm not sure they would have required the photos/videos, but my customer service rep, Neha, thanked me for them anyway and I didn't have to go through the extra steps of getting the bad bottle back to them. Overall, I've never been so pleased with a customer service rep/experience and I will be returning to them for all my perfume purchases from now on. Obviously, the other three bottles arrived in perfect condition so I have the utmost confidence in ALT, even if a small issue should arise.

I first bought the no.26 from Alt about 6 months ago. The first bottle was amazing. It did smell like creed aventus. I have used creed aventus for over 5 years. When I started cutting my expenses in 2022, I let aventus go and when I heard from a colleague about alt no.26, I was skeptical at first but then give it a shot. I bought it from their website and the first bottle delivered what it promised.
I bought 3 more bottles afterwards about 3 months ago. All of those 3 bottles were bad. Smell wouldn't stay for more then 20 minutes. It's almost like you are spraying water on your clothes. They reduced the oil percentage significantly. It was a gimmick to attract the customers at first. On any EDP colognes oil percentage should be between 15 to 20%. Their last badges were not even EDT standards. May be 1- 2 % oil in there.

This has been the best experience I have ever had ordering online... not just fragrances but online in general. My order shipped the same day of purchase. To make it even better customer service reached out to me to express appreciation for my business and that goes a long way with me because it's really hard to find good customer service now a days. The price was very reasonable and the product is amazing! ALT is hands down my new favorite fragrance house. If you're thinking about pulling the trigger on any of their products don't hesitate because you will be impressed with their service from the time of your purchase to the time the product reaches your door. I will be a regular with this fragrance house from now on. Thank you ALT I'm looking forward to my next purchase now that I know your products are well worth the money.

This company provides good quality products for the money! I absolutely love their perfumes. Not only is the customer service amazing, but the fragrances are identical to their inspirations. They make sure their unisex fragrances are actually unisex vs making them smell too masculine or feminine. They go easy on the musk, which I love!

Let me start by saying, i was skeptical at first but by look at the all the 4 & 5 stars reviews everyone can't be lying. Long story short ALT and their amzing team are doing a wonderful job by providing long lasting, amazing smelling just as good as the other guys if not better, clean inspired by high-end colognes for people out there like my self who don't need to break the bank to smell good. If you're a skeptic like I was you definitely wouldn't be disappointed. I already added a 4th bottle to my collection.

I have bought 5 of their fragrances up to now and I've been pretty impressed on how long they last and how good they smell. The only issue I've had is one bottle was not closed properly and spilled a bit during shippig. Not alot, but still compared to the others there was a bit of liquid missing compared to the others. Other than that I'm happy with their business and will continue to buy fragrances from ALT

I have had one of the best customer service experiences ever! I emailed ALT with questions about canceling my order and a separate email regarding how to redeem my points. Both emails were answered quickly, professionally, and very friendly! ALT fragrances are great, but I will be a loyal customer based on this experience alone!

I saw ads on Instagram & Snapchat & decided to give it a try. I ordered Flowebomb(petal explosion), Chance by Chanel(Fortuna), Baccarat Rouge 540(Crystal no 23) & channel Bleu (Bleau). I have ordered Libre by YSL as well. But I will only buy from ALT from now on, the scents are amazing & I will be posting about them on my social platforms because the might smell better than $300 bottles.
I find spraying in my hair makes the scent last all day. Wrists are too close to hands & the scent gets washed off every time I wash my hands. 100% don't miss out.

I purchased the creed and platinum water and am impressed with the product. Customer service was good, so I don't know why others have been so negative about it.

It is amazing how similar it is to the real cologne/perfume. I always buy Kurkdjian gentle fluidity at Neiman Marcus and spend hundreds of dollars. Instead now I will always buy ALT!

I placed the order on 02/16/2023, Within 1 day It showed shipped and delivered the same day, honestly I was concerned. I contacted customer support.They emailed me back within an hour explaining Somehow the tracking information was in error, occasionally things happen. They sent me a new tracking number and it kept showing no updates or status. Then the order showed up in the mail on 02/28/2023. The product was as expected and there was a free sample of another product.

I got sucked into marketing! I mean who doesn't want someone telling you, 'You smell so good!'! This fragrance made me nauseous and sick. It made me feel weak in my nerves. I think synthetic perfume is poison! I usually never buy fragrances unless it's essential oils. I tried Alt Fragrance I bought off a GREAT AD in Instagram. Please love yourself and STOP BUYING PRODUCTS THAT HARM YOU! XO CG

I've been collecting fragrances for over 25 yrs. As a collector I've always been weary of dupes but ALT has completely changed that. I'm thoroughly impressed with this company. Their fragrances are spot on and their extensive collection is incredible. I've purchased over a dozen fragrances at this point. They have made it possible for me to have the collection of my dreams. I have some big names in my collection but they've allowed me to have the best of the best at a fraction of the price.

When I received my order my colonge bottle had leaked in transit. I contacted customer service and they responded to me within an hour. They were very professional and sent me a replacement bottle almost instantly. The colonge smelled exactly like Creed. I have multiple bottles of Creed and I compared the two and I couldn't tell the difference! Great products and even better customer service!
