I received my package today and this stuff is garbage and does not smell anything like they said it was supposed to smell like and now I find out that I can't even get a refund only a store credit. Someone please help me with a way to go nationwide to blow this company out of the water.

Here are a few key points to note:

1. They only offer store credit, no refunds.
2. There is no contact number provided.
3. Store credit is only available for non-sale items, and no cash/credit card refunds are offered at all.
4. Store credit for another item is a possible option but there's restoring fees, etc. But they have to acknowledge they received return to initiate exchange or store credit.
5. There is a 14-day return deadline too, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Unknowingly, I purchased an additional $3 for shipping protection, but they themselves sent a defective product in poorly packaged condition.
7. Please be cautious of their aggressive advertisement on online social media.
I would also be skeptical of their website reviews. I left a 1-star review on their site, which was promptly taken down. This leads me to believe that all the positive testimonials about their product are fake. I feel scammed as the entire thing turned out to be a paid promotional scam. I got tricked by their marketing tactics.

The items arrived in a defective and damaged condition. Please be careful when opening the box, as the spray caps easily came off due to them not being tightly screwed on. The bottles themselves are of poor quality.

I purchased three bottles of the same perfume (Crystal No. 23), but none of them had the same scent. One smelled like a medicine cabinet, with an oily consistency and a strong chemical smell that only lasted a few minutes, if that. Another had an alcohol smell and evaporated within seconds. The third one, which spilled on my hands and clothes, left me smelling like cleaning products one would use in a mechanic shop. It made me feel nauseous and sick, and it even ruined my dress by bleaching it and causing a hole. I felt like a walking advertisement for cleaning supplies with the awful smell, and it made my nerves feel weak. The harmful chemicals in the perfume caused a rash and hives, resulting in itching. Four other people who tried it experienced the same reactions.

The scent doesn't last, but the itchiness does. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for the harmful chemicals they put inside their product bottles. This company needs to be shut down!

I would not recommend. I placed the order on december 11th and the website says 1-3 business days. It's now the 22nd and haven't even received a confirmation email nor a tracking number. I spent 100 on 3 bottles and haven't gotten my product or even an email. No number to contact anyone, just an email that they don't respond to. Will never order again

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALT, JUST RECEIVED CRYSTAL 23 WHICH SMELLED ONLY OF ALCOHOL. SO FAR THE RETURN PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I bought the cherry smash which is supposed to smell like lost cherry by Tom Ford. This smells horrible. I am so angry that I paid for this disgusting fragrance

Horrible the very worst ever smell of a cologne in my life. My dog ran away because it smells so bad

Ordered copy of Baccarat Rouge.This company needs to be shut down The bottle of liquid has no smell, seriously no scent.It sprayed out oily and a chemical smell for 5 seconds all I was left with was a oily wrist.They will only do store credit no refunds.Scam stay away.

I placed an order for a new perfume with this company, and it hadn't even shipped by the day it was supposed to have arrived. I emailed to inquire about this, they never responded, only THEN did they ship it...now it won't be arriving in time and they couldn't even be bothered to respond to an email.

Save your money. Doesn't smell anything like the original perfume. Very strong scent to start that fades away after less than an hour. Waste of money.

For one their fragrances don't smell near the original ones they swear that they're comparable too… 2 they state they offer you "refunds" but they only offer in store credits which is absurd save your money and buy something else please learn from my experience

I really, really wanted to love these products.

I can't believe I spent hours of my time looking through reviews & choosing exactly the right scents.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

These nasty "perfumes" make my skin itch which no-one compliments. The smell doesn't last but the itch does!

After NOT receiving any compliments that all the other reviewers said they got I asked someone if they could smell this on me & they replied yes & when I stated I wondered why no one had commented to me the answer was " because they don't want to be rude IT IS HORRIBLE" hahaha wish the ground would have swallowed me!

So sadly, $150 down the drain with no way to refund & I'm left with 3 bottles of, frankly quite awful perfumes that I can't even give away.

I worked it out -- I have to work 8 hours to pay off this mistake. 8 HOURS!

I am so bitterly disappointed!
Think twice before you throw your money away.
I hope even just one person heeds my warning & saves their money.

They are good on sales but very bad after your purchase.i didn't get my order and alt didn't answer to my email. Don't buy from them.

This company claims they make perfume that smells just like designer fragrances. I placed an order on April 25th and a week later, I was told it was shipped out and supposedly on the way even after the tracking information was not updated. Another week later I reached out again and was told it was on the way. Again, the tracking never updated. This morning (3 weeks after placing my order) and the customer service rep says that my order can't be refunded or canceled because it's currently in transit. This company makes you pay $3 for shipping protection but then doesn't actually ship your order. The tracking information I was sent still hasn't moved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

All the rave reviews on their site are lies. I got the Creed Aventus dupe and it smelled like the cheapest dollar store cologne you could find. I wore it to work today after receiving it last night and my co-worker literally walked in my office and said "wow that smells terrible". That's what you are getting from ALT. I then found out they only offer store credit and no refunds! Then I left a 1 star review on their site that they promptly took down. Absolute scam and shady company. They got me...don't let them get you too.

Please save your money. The products are utter garbage and I lost 70USD which this fraudulent company does not refund.
After seeing their ads on Instagram and Facebook I ordered the ALT executive no. 26 men's cologne which is supposed to be a clone of creed but it SMELLS LIKE NOTHING.
It feels like water with orange essence - a home oil diffuse has a stronger and more pleasant smell.
Even after three pumps the smell is gone within 10 mins and the person next to you can't even tell if you have it on!
I asked 5 people of they can smell anything and NOPE.
I left a review on their website and they DELETED my review and I got an email form them offering 15 off my next order? Really? Ripping me off once wasn't enough?
They don't give you any refund as well! If you give them money you're stuck.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I PLACE AN ORDER, TAKES OVER A WEEK TO SHIP, DHL CLAIMS THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE ITEMS, ALT STATES DHL IS TAKING THEIR TIME. MESSAGE THEM ON INSTAGRAM AND THEY LEAVE YOU ON READ, EMAIL SUPPORT AND THEY SEND YOU THE SAME TRACKING LINK THAT SHOWS NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED. GET YOUR S*** TOGETHER AND DO THE RIGHT THING OR GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS AN UPDATE IF YOU GUYS MESSED UP ON SOMETHING. I HAVE SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND GIVE YOU GUYS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT NEVER AGAIN AFTER I GET MY NEXT SHIPMENT, LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON EVERY INSTAGRAM POST YOU GUYS WRITE. Second time purchasing from site and they have gained a lifetime customer! I received a damaged bottle of perfume and I emailed customer service and was helped within minutes with ease and kindness!
