We used alpharooms to book the accomodation for our next break. The site was easy to use & the transaction completed quickly. As an extra bonus the room was a lot cheaper than on other sites. Will definitely use them again.

I had to amend a recent booking and I was very happy with process, the only thing I would say was that I had great difficulty understanding the operator, the telephone line was very poor.

Well cant hardly say much just that when I booked through your website it was very easy and very professional handled as I can have the option of paying in many different ways and the prices are much better than any other travel agent that I have booked through before, my congratulation to the online staff for their manner in treating my booking.

Price looked good but would have preferred to pay in one lump as it was not made clear at the time that there is an admin fee of 4.95 everytime a payment is made. Have now settled the balance!

Have used ALPHAROOMS before but i must say this time was very easy and the price's were very good with no hidden extra's.

I have just booked my third holiday with Alpharooms. Many online booking sites are difficult to manouver but Alpha rooms couldn't be better added to that the hotel I was looking for was only available with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service at first class priced.

Have used these guys for last 5 years. Only gripe is the 4.95 admin charge each time you pay some money off. They will need to review this to stay ahead of the rest

When making a telephone booking I was asked if I wanted to use the £1 deposit option. Was told there would be a £4.95 admin fee, I specifically asked Benjamin if this was a one off charge and was told yes. Later to find out the charge is per payment. Only £4.95 but would have preferred to spend it on my kids.

We are very pleased with the deal we got from alfarooms. It came our very cheap for the same service compared to others. Payment options that suits all needs. Definitely will be using again.

Please to get a telephone call within the first hour letting me know that my booking hadn't gone through due to an issue. I had not realised and this may have caused me to lose my booking place. This was also late evening so well done
