I was advised that someone would phone me back in 5 minutes. After 10 minures i got a call apologising that they were late calling me back and would call within 5 minutes and they did. Great customer service:)

We've used alpharooms.com a few times now, they are usually the cheapest and /or have availability when other more popular websites don't. No complaints at all so far!

I tried booking by telephone but the dates were not coinciding with my flights (My fault) so next day I booked on line and everything went smoothly. The gentleman I spoke to initially, Franklyn, was very kind and attentive and rang me on two occasions with ideas to help me sort out my dilema re flights etc. I travelled on a few occasions with AlphaRooms and so far have no complaints as we got good service.

We book a hotel and then we change our mind because we found better offer for our kids. Even that was about 12 hours later and we just wanted to swap we had to pay a fees for it. Otherwise nice and easy booking.
