The process was easy, and after checking other sites found the prices very good, hence why I made the booking with AlphaRooms!

It took me over 3 months to change a booking that I wasnt able to do online. In the end it got eventually sorted with a phone call

Thegentleman I spoke to Saturday night from AlphaRooms explained everything clearly & fully. He was aware I was English & spoke clearly & precisely to me. H3 was a true gentleman.

Great site. Easy to book with and hotel was cheaper than all other sites. Will definitely use again to book hotels in the future and recommend to friends.

After researching and finding the right hotel for me it was so quick and easy to book with Alpharooms and the price was the lowest Id found.

Complex seemed isolated. Buses needed to get around. Breakfast ok but evening meal poor. Soup good most nights salad consisted of lettuce tomato onion and possbly boiled egg. Mains liver casserole 2 nights. Usually chicken of some sort. Desserts poor too. Will not return to this complex but will return to gran canaria.

Rooms are cheap but if youre looking for the £1 deposit be warned its a £4.95 admin charge for every payment you make after that! In some instances makes the room dearer if you were looking to make a few payments to spread the cost.

I have been using alpha for many years, always easy and direct. I have only ever had 1 problem but a quick phone call and it was immediately sorted. Already booked for this year. Brilliant.

Booked holiday to Tenerife but was having difficulty doing it online, alpha rooms phoned me and booked it through one of their advisers very satisfied with service.
