Easy to book and very competitive price only let down is admin fee of £4.95 for each payment and this makes price less competitive

It was very easy to find what you was looking for and easy to book. I had no trouble with booking and got confirmation via email straight away. I would go through AlphaRooms again.

Searched many booking sites looking for a specific hotel in Bugibba, Malta, Alpharooms was not only the cheapest, even cheaper than booking direct but the process was made so simple, you can pay in instalments with no interest or a single full payment, no signing up as I paid with Paypal.

I booked a holiday last week excellent website very easy to navigate, would have given it 5 stars but when I was called twice by them I found it very difficult to understand the people on the phone

It was the cheapest price easy to book and they quickly sent confirmation. The website was easy to navigate

So simple to book with paperwork promptly sent unlike some agents who can take up to 72 hours to confirm booking only to tell you price has increased. Will use again

Found booking the hotel a good experience however when attempting to book the associated flight, right at the end it said flights not available and you had to start over. I tried booking flights direct and there were flights available
