As before with Alpharooms website the booking process was simplicity itself, plus only have to pay £1 deposit. Have used this site many times and has always been spot on!
Will use again.

Your booking was misleading referencing a different hotels comments as your hotel. I have since emailed to let you know that as the hotel wasnt even in the same location as advertised that we did not stay and had to book into another hotel actually in Tingaki. I am therefore looking for a full refund. At the minute you have not replied to either of my emails.

Could not book online so just gave up with in a few mins a phone call and it was a Alpharooms customer service a pleasure booking my holiday with them so thank you looking forward to my hols...

Easy to use website. Being able to secure my booking with £1 deposit is a big help when booking for a group. Friendly customer service advisors. Will definitely book with alpharooms again.

Just returned from corona blanc a gran Canaria this hotel was fantastic rooms very clean staff fantastic nothing was to much trouble we have booked again for next year we would have liked to book for September this year but fully booked thank you alpha rooms everything from fight to transfers and hotel was perfect we will return.

Top hotels cheapest prices by far will not be beaten on price especially when you book flights hotel and transfers altogether

Have used alpharooms on many occasions over a number of years at least 6/7 for my aunts and have nothing but respect for the service they have received so decided to book through alpharooms myself and received a good and speedy service from the booking to receiving confirmation can't fault them.

I always book through alpharooms, it is always easy and the price is usually the best around. I have recently booked my another room with the 1euro deposit which is great so I can pay it off slowly. Which is why I manage to book a few different holidays a year
