Allurez's Customer Support was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience with continued recommendations whether through their Chat submissions or from follow up email recommendations and support. One of their Chat personnel provided my with some very honest and practical information to help me decide on the best bracelet to choose, based on her impressions on which she would prefer to receive, and it was not the most expensive one either. I will be considering future purchases with Allurez; and can highly recommend them for an extremely pleasant on-line shopping experience.
I was looking to design a custom ring, when I found Allurez not only was the staff extremely helpful the price quoted was half off from my local jewelry store! The team did an amazing job on my custom ring, every detail was designed perfectly! I was extremely happy with the customer service, delivery time, and of course LOVED the ring.
I wouldn't do business with these crooks again if my life depended on it.
I bought a wedding set from them on the first of September. They assured me that I would have the ring within 14 business days. I had to propose WITHOUT an engagement set because the ring arrived late.
Less than a month later, one of the gems fell out. We reported this and they tried to BILL us to have it fixed. While we were attempting to get them to FIX the problem, ANOTHER gem fell out. We have been fighting them ever since to try and resolve this issue.
A couple of weeks ago they agreed to upgrade and give us a completely different ring. (we have the emails to prove this.) Today I awoke to an email from my financial institution that they were trying to BILL me for the new ring.
Save yourself months of headache and a ruined engagement. Don't purchase from these crooks. You'll get a better ring and better service from Walmart... And they won't try to scam more money out of you.
I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their costumer service is willing to help you in every step of the way to get exactly what you are looking for. I submitted several ideas for my rings and they told me exactly which models match it and how to customize them. I also loved their "try at home" service which allows you to try on a ring before committing to such a big purchase.
First, the earrings were stunning and got rave reviews by my wife and friends. But second, and perhaps as important, i was totally impressed by the customer service and follow up. I had some timing issues that they totally were on top of. No hesitancy in recommending and using again in the future.

I received a blue topaz and diamond wedding band as a gift. We took it to 2 local jewelers (as buying online you cannot always be sure what you are going to get) and they informed us that the diamonds were actually "white sapphires" and the blue topaz stones were "aquamarines." We had two different jewelers tell us the same thing. We contacted Allurez with this information and they stated "Well that is the other jewelers just trying to sell you something, we don't use fake diamonds." They basically told me it was my word against there's. What was I supposed to do with a ring with fake diamonds when I was promised real diamonds? They offered me an exchange, but why would I want to deal with them even more so I asked for an immediate refund and they said I couldn't get one because the ring was contoured and that is their policy. So then they offered to have the ring inspected if we sent it back and I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING (which we did not do because that is ridiculous to make me pay for shipping for them to just tell me "oh we don't use fake diamonds). So I posted multiple reviews on different sites and Allurez told me that they would refund my money ONLY if I took my reviews down and my complaint off BBB.org. Let me remind you that this is ILLEGAL to penalize someone for a bad review (aka not returning their money). Please ask me for proof and I will show you. So not only did they send me a ring with fake diamonds in it when we were promised real ones, they forced me to take down my reviews if I wanted a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
Well where to start? I ordered a sideways cross necklace for a Christmas present for my wife. I was assured that this item would arrive to me in time for Christmas. Today is January 14 I still have not received this item. I tried to find out where my item was before Christmas with no response. Then I tried on January 2 with a response saying that my item would be shipping out tomorrow pending quality control. So I went on to explain to them that I was in sure that I would receive this before Christmas and I did not receive it and that it was a gift and now I had Gift for my wife so they offered me $50 refund. A couple days go by I still have not received my item I reach out to them again they tell me that it will be going out once it clears quality control. Now this brings us to January 13 I reached out again with my concern why I still have not reached my package they said that if it pass quality control it would be shipped out today meaning the 13th. As of today January 14 I still do not have the package so I can't really rate the product but if the product is as bad as their service you have better luck getting it From a gumball machine!
This started off ok and then went bad really quick! This company has the WORST customer service for a company that is taking a considerable amount of money from you! Domino's which is at max a $100 dollars shows you where they are in the process! But for some reason their "crafters" and customer service reps don't communicate! I waited a month for the ring. I was told I could expect it to be shipped 12/19/19 - 12/23/19... So that was nice because I could give it to her on Christmas... nope no ring. So I called and was assured by *(csr) that I would have it for New Years. She even said she needed to check and called me back. On the 2nd of Jan 2020 (still no ring) I called and said I was going to have my CC company reverse the charges. Miraculously, the ring was ready and delivered the next day! But they had one last disappointment for me. The ring does not fit! It was sized WRONG! How embarrassing! These people don't care about customer service. They don't set reasonable expectations and lie when they don't live up to them. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Their reps are nice but they pitch "its hand crafted" wayyyyy to much! I could of had a new car "crafted" in the time it took them! It literally takes 6 weeks to order a car from factory. Why does a ring take 4-5 weeks? Crafters taking to long? To much business? HIRE more crafters! Fix this problem. Even though it's the wrong size. The ring is very pretty. This company needs a lot of work! I suggest you take to heart the bad reviews before you order. There is a high chance you will encounter one of the same problems!

7/15/19- We ordered a bracelet. Their employee, Minda, told us we could save on the tax by having it sent to NJ, so it was sent to my aunt's home. It was delivered on 7/18,3 days later. We were only able to pick the bracelet up on 7/24 since we live in NY.
On that same day (7/24), I found the same bracelet for about $500 less than what we paid.
We immediately called back, and asked MINDA if they could match the price. We were told it was impossible and the place I found it would be making no money.
On 7/25, MINDA called us back saying Allurez would match the price and take an additional $50 off. This goes to show you how much they are ripping off customers. We decided to purchase from the honest jeweler instead.
On 7/26, we spoke with Minda about returning the bracelet. We asked to return in person, since we are local. We knew the company was not happy about us declining their offer, so we wanted their return inspection done in front of us. They said NO- we were not allowed to visit their Long Island or NYC location. She also told us that this was their standard procedure and they've never had a problem; we had nothing to worry about.
We took a video of the bracelet on 7/26 right before we sent it back to be returned showing absolutely NO wear or dirt.
In an email dated 7/29/19 from Jessica, the Diamond and Jewelry Consultant, they claimed the bracelet was worn, had scratches and was dirty. IMPOSSIBLE! They offered to "clean the bracelet and send it back to you or you can exchange it for something else or equal or greater value." If the company offered to exchange for another item and the bracelet was so badly damaged, why would they keep it?
This has been going on since last summer. My brother has been wearing the beautiful bracelet we purchased from the other jeweler.
As of lately, I was now told that in order to allow me to exchange, we would need to pay a 20% restocking fee for the item they are claiming has been worn and that they have had since we returned it last JULY! It does not say anything about this on their website!
GO ELSEWHERE! If you want a quality piece of jewelry, from a company that will not overcharge you, send me a message and I'd be more than happy to refer one.

After writing this review, the manager who was "too busy" to speak with me called to address the appraisal. I know that the only reason he even made the call is because he was made aware of the bad review. Allurez would not offer me a refund per their terms and conditions. When I asked for said terms and conditions, I was told they would be emailed to me. Never received it. They told me they would send me the appraisal next day air and offer me a 50 dollar coupon. They then proceeded to ask me to take down the negative review. I told them I would consider it. After little thought I decided that I would not take down the review. Today they called me to confirm if I received my appraisal. I did. They essentially were trying to guilt me into removing the review. Essentially they never cared about me as a customer, all they cared about was the review. If they really cared they would have responded with updates a long time ago. The ring needs resized and I will pay out of my own pocket before I would ever ship something back to this company. I fear it would be a nightmare to get the ring back. Next time take care of your customers and don't try to harass them into taking down a review.
This company is absolute garbage. Ordered an appraisal with my ring, and it never showed up. Called their customer support regarding it and they didn't even realize it was on the order. After two months of calling and getting inconsistent stories I still do not have the appraisal. I asked for a refund but I was denied, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told "they are too busy at the moment" This ring will now be an advertisement for one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A shame because the ring is very nice. Now if anyone asks my wife about the ring they get to hear how terrible this company is. I will be posting this same review on multiple sites. I hope not giving me a refund was worth it.
Purchased a butterfly engagement ring for my wife last year. Was returned once for having the wrong stones on the side. After one year, wife woke in the morning and found the whole setting and stone were gone. Called Allurez... you purchase a ring its ONLY 1 year warranty and no type of warranty insurance on stones. They profess excellent customer service. I teach CRM. Spoke, e-mailed, was ignored on several occasions. There comment was you should have had insurance on your ring! So much for standing by your quality of work. Stay far away from this company!
Minda (the diamond & jewelry consultant with Allurez) was nothing but the best with helping me design the perfect ring for my fiance since I was a complete amateur looking for a ring. She also help expedite the ring just in time for my proposal. When I have to buy another jewelry item I would definitely order from Allurez again.
I have been looking for an engagement ring to buy for my fiancee for a long time. I went to a few stores and couldn't find anything nice. I was hesitant to buy online because of scams and ripoffs. 2 of my friends recommended Allurez as they were very happy with the jewlery they bought from this company. So i decided to give them a try. I was very happy to see that I could design my own engagement ring on Allurez.com. I got my ring shortly after placing the order and it looks even more stunning in person. My fiancee loves me even more now:)

I spoke to * and * and none of them have any sense of what it means to work in customer service. I ordered custom made ring on the 4/20/19. Their website said that I would receive it in 10 days, I received an email stating that the ring would be crafted in 2 to 14 days and to reach ou to them if I need it done faster and that they would work with me. I am leaving the country on May 7 and I need it by then. Their response is that they cannot process a refund and that they cannot guarantee that I will receive it by may 7th. This people suck, dont go by what it sais in their website. * and * lied to me, they said it would take 10 to 14 days for the ring to be crafted when the confirmation I received said 2 to 14. I am never doing business with this people again.
