The item received was a dolphin pendant, it was ruined, some features were completely botched, specifically the dolphin eye was disfigured, significantly altered compared to what's advertised. Add to that scratches, dents etc. Also it was way too long to receive. With shipping failed to occur when specified causing another few days of delays. I was forced to calle and ask why the status was still "waiting to receive the package" on the carrier's tracking page.
The products themselves are high quality at a great price. However, the customer service team did not meet expectations. My order was messed up multiple times, I was charged twice for it, it arrived a month later than promised, and once it arrived, it didn't come with the proper certification papers. An overall poor experience, but I am happy with the product I received.
E-mailed customer service that I did not receive free necklace that was offered with my ring purchase. Received response in 2 minutes that one would be mailed.
I ordered 16" white gold 14 carat chain. After receiving the 14" white gold chain, I left many messages and sent many emails to customer service. I felt accused that I was not telling the truth. Even when I sent the pictures of the 14 " real length this chain I felt that it was only my problem not the store or somebody's who was responsible for the mistake. I was ask if I want to replace or repair. I asked for the replace and got answer that it could be repaired and I got instruction where to send it, but none said anything who would pay for the shipping fees. One of the worst customer service experience for me.
Allurez could not deliver on the time they promised and then told me they can't cancel the order as it is against their policy. I got the bracelet one week late and the clasp of the bracelet won't work and the quality was bad. The customer service will not give me the RMA number and kept arguing with me to keep it instead of returning it. I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. I lost the shipping cost of about $50 because of their policy.
I will not recommend this company even to my enemies.
I made a purchase and it was super fast and easy, which made my experience as a consumer more pleasant, the service is very fast and the attendants are very competent, THIS SITE IS INCREDIBLE
I ordered two rings from Allurez. The rings arrived and looked nothing like the website photo. They were made with shoddy workmanship. When I tried returning the rings for a refund (as stated on their website), I was given a rude run around by phone and email. Finally, after resorting to threats of writing poor reviews (here I am!), I was issued the refund. Shop anywhere but here!
DO NOT BUY FROM ALLUREZ. Aside from being over priced, Allurez is committing fraud by not actually selling the carat sizes listed on their website. But multiple earrings that were supposed to be 1.8 carat in gemstone weight, not TCW which includes accent stones. Took them to my jeweler who said at best, carat weight was slightly over 1.0 carats! Upset that I actually had to give them a single star rating in order for me to leave my review. The should have NO STARS. Buyers be ware, this company does not honor their return policy! I had to file disputes with my credit card company in order to force Allurez to pay out my refunds. They hang up on you and take weeks to respond to your emails, all in an attempt to void their 30 day return policy!

There are several other online companies that offer far better value and actual customer service. Take the time and spend just a few minutes to shop around, you'll be thankful that you did. Heed my advice!
I Made a purchase on October 11,2020 after spending a great deal of time locating the right gift. The purchase was for a pendent necklace containing a canary diamond accented by smaller regular diamonds. The listing was very clear as was the price and the quality of the diamonds SI1/SI2. Then item was showing the original and reduced price which was a significant savings. I researched the company a little then made made the purchase. The company took my money with no issues at that time. I messaged the company to inquire about shipping as I have an Anniversary on the 23rd. On October 13 the company responded only to tell me the item I purchased was listed wrong and asked me to pay a significant amount more.
I refused to pay more and asked the company to honor the price as they already had taken my money. The company offered to replace the center canary diamond with a sapphire for my troubles advising its typically more than I paid. Shopping around this appears not to be accurate.
This whole experience was awful and makes me suspicious as to this being a bait and hook tactic type business.
Never have I experienced such poor and misleading customer service. After having this ring for less then the 30 days, I had 2 stones fall out. I called for a return (WHICH I HAD TO PAY $50 SHIPPING ON) and refund. Not only did the stones fall but the craftsmanship of the jewelry is anything but professional. The lay of the mental and the stones was uneven, as if a child did it. The picture shown is NOT what you get. They use cheap stones and cheap metal. It might as well be pure nickel and rhinestones from a vending machine. They refuse my refund, stating the ring had been worn... but it was within the 30 DAYS. ALSO, when I called it was at the start of covid, management told me to hold onto it so it wouldn't get lost in the mail since the facilities had been closed due to lock-down. THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP PAST 30 DAYS. It is now October and I am STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. BEWARE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. BLUE NILE has always been my go to but they didn't have this style ring in garnets... everything else Blue Nile has done for me has been professional quality and radiant. I REGRET spending a dime with ALLUREZ. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
The original ring was beautiful, it needs to be repaired and we're working with Allurez and our insurance to get this done ASAP. The customer service rep has been very helpful in difficult circumstances.
This order has been a terrible experience, we've been trying to file an insurance claim and have been bounced around by customer service reps unable to help us, for 3 weeks. We're now laying out the money in the hope that this will be able to move forward. Please don't fuck this up any more.
Allurez was great in helping us the find the right piece of jewellery! Helped us from beginning to end and kept in touch with us throughout.
Even followed up with us a month later to make sure we were happy!

I'll update this if they choose to get back to me. On the 7th I ordered a ring, with a written deadline of "need it by the 22nd please!", they said they could make it happen over the phone before I Place the order. The 22nd goes by with no notification that my order is delayed, even though I called on the 17th to confirm that I will receive it on time. It is now the 24th, and they are saying I'll get it on the 28th at the earliest. One tactic they used on me is waiting until the 18th to tell me my diamond is not available, and that for 200$ they'll upgrade my ring so I can still get it on time! Because I really needed the ring, I agreed to the up charge. Still no ring. Called to cancel my order, and they are saying they will not allow me to cancel my order, and even if I did, they expressly said they will only give me store credit if I return the ring. I read over the return policy and they vigorously advertise 30 days return, And "easy returns!". Even the Fine print says I should be able to cancel my order, as they haven't even crafted my ring yet.
I ordered a ring a month and a half before I needed it. I told them my deadline and said that if they could not meet it, to cancel the order. I was repeatedly told that it would ship in time - first two weeks early (they said it was ready and ready to ship), then one week early. Now my deadline has come and gone and no ring. The customer service department here should feel ashamed of themselves. No one has any idea what is gong on within this company. I am beyond disappointed and upset and no one has done the first thing to help me. Still no ring.

They sent our ring... DAMAGED! They also did not send the appraisal we PAID FOR! Just don't bother with this company. They are major scam artists.
We ordered a ring from this company on May 6th. My fiancé financed a $2000 ring and received an email AFTER purchasing that there might be a slight delay due to COVID-19. OK, I get that but maybe they should let you know BEFORE you purchase. Anyway, fast forward a few weeks, he calls to check up on the order and is told that it would be shipped out by the end of the week. The following week there's still no ring so he calls again and gets the same exact response. We waited two weeks before we called again and got the exact same response for the third time. I have no idea when this company is actually going to produce the product that we paid for. He's asked to speak to a manager three times now and a manager has not called him back. They're still taking orders when they can't even fulfill those that have already been placed, months ago! Just stay away from them, they have horrible customer service and don't care about their customers at all. They should also stop telling their representatives to lie.
They sold me a defective ring with a missing stone. I then had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket for their lack of quality assurance.
They finally return the ring without providing the tracking number nor coordination. The package was being delivered at the most inopportune time and kept getting missed.
I worked with Rojan to have the package held at the depot only to find out it wasn't there when I arrived. Package was going to be shipped back to NY but luckily we worked something out.
Since my purchase I still haven't received the appraisal but I do finally have the ring at least. They don't respond to emails and you always get a voicemail. They never even apologized for the initial lack of QC. Senior management never contacted me even after making numerous requests.
Even their website is shady. Only positive reviews on theirs. I should have looked around. I would have returned it if it wasn't already presented as a gift.

Purchased gift on 5/10 for 5/24 anniversary. Credit card was charged on 5/13. It's 6/1 haven't received jewelry and can't get an answer when I will receive it.
My husband surprised me w/a cute diamond necklace from this place. He hadn't been able to find one like it locally, so went w/this on line. From the beginning, it was bad. Took his cc info, but wouldn't send confirma email. He had no idea if/when it was arriving, but it did show up eventually. When I requested to simply exchange it for a diff length, that's when it got REALLY BAD. They are AWFUL with Customer "service". The ppl answering the phones literally say "there is nothing they can do to help, they just answer the phones", then lie and say their "Supervisor" "already left for the day" Or "went home sick" and then add "and she won't be back til Monday". Ok. So she's sick today, but you already know she won't be able to call me to advise status for four more days? Sounds super legit - NOT. And "the Supervisor took the only laptop home w/her, so I can't look anything up."
Seriously? Sounds like they work in a back closet, answering phones & writing down cc #s, while one person has one laptop to run the card through your bank! I had to call repeatedly just to get a Return Label. Then same to get status of receiving my exchange - which they NEVER confirmed. Then same to TRY to get someone to advise of status. I spoke w/Yoselin and Eleanor many times. No one EVER called me back. This co. Could COMPLETELY CARE LESS after THEY GET YOUR MONEY. Weeks had gone by at this point. One day a box shows up. I haven't opened it yet, as I'm deciding if I'm just going to return it altogether. The ONLY reason I even gave it this much effort was cuz my husband had picked it out for me. They do NOT care about customers ONE BIT! Please read all of the other negative comments my husband and I have now found. My husband is SO mad he didn't before shopping here.
