I was very happy with the purchase I made to celebrate our anniversary. However, in 3 months a stone fell out of my wife's ring. I contacted customer service and to be brief, the ring is back and prongs appear tighter than before. And the procedure took place all within two weeks. Easiest customer service and repair process I've ever had with a company.

I placed an order for my wedding rings for my April 10,2021 wedding in January. I was extremely excited about my purchased because it allowed my to do a layaway plan and pay as I go. I was told that after the ring is paid off in full, it takes about 10-14 days for custom rings to be crafted and then they would ship overnight next day air. I made sure to pay my ring off 3 1/2 weeks early to ensure it would
Make it on time. I also informed the company I'd need it by April 8 at the very latest so I would have it for my wedding. They assured me it would be done on time. Fast forward two weeks prior, my ring status was saying it was being "crafted". I waited till the 14 days were up and had no tracking info or updated status on my ring. I called everyday for two weeks straight and got the run around about my rings. One representative asked if I had even paid it off, one said she could see a tracking number but no updated info, one said that a manager would call
Me back and never did. Each time I called, the reps who answered sounded like they rolled out of bed or didn't know what I was even talking about. Two days before my wedding, I still had no tracking info. I called and emailed and demanded to speak to a manager and no one would answer or come to the phone to talk with me. A customer service supervisor finally called me back and told me the ring should be there in time. It took me yelling at them continuously and agreeing to come to their warehouse to personally pick up my ring, and telling them if my ring was not here the day before my wedding then they need to issue me a full refund for them to supply me with a tracking number at 530 pm, 2 days prior to my wedding for them to do their job. Initially I was happy about my purchase. But due to the overwhelming stress and lack of great customer service would immediately make me defer anyone from purchasing here. Please save yourself the headache and stress and order elsewhere, where their customer service reps aren't incapable of doing their job
The earrings I purchased are absolutely tiny. If there was a photo on the web page showing actual size compared to something like a penny or ear that would have saved me the pain of ordering and returning these.

I looked all over for a very specific style of necklace, and only found a few places online that were close. Allurez had one that was nearly what I wanted, but didn't come in the length that I desired. After contacting customer service, they were able to produce the necklace I wanted with the custom length. I'm very happy with the result and the price.
Unsatisfactory my order was not available then I I spent 900 euro on phone calls trying to rearrange a different model. Almost 2 months later when it finally does arrive I have to pay another 50 euro for delivery.

What a crock Allurez is. "Crafting" my piece. WalMart sells what I ordered. But what Allurez sent does not look like the picture on your site. 100+ complaints with BBB. Your customer service is awful also. No more Allurez for me.

I chose this store for 2 reasons.
1. Desirable design of the item
2. Although it's more expensive than comparable designs elsewhere, I chose this store due to its proximity hoping for reasonable delivery times. When I realized it has not been shipped after a week, I tried calling customer service to no avail. I then started email correspondence. My attempts to request call back failed. Estimated shipping date offered was another week out. My questions about canceling the order was simply ignored.
I finally revieved the item, which is good quality and unique packaging.
Overall experience is not worth paying premium.
I ordered a wedding ring set. I loved the rings but one of the rings was the wrong size, much larger than the band which was the right size. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to return the ring using Fed ex or UPS, regular mail was.not allowed. Even though the error was made by Allurez, I was required to pay to return the ring, which cost me $40. I still haven't heard anything from them about when they. Might send me a new ring. Will never purchase from the M again. Mistakes happen, but they have terrible customer service
The setting for the stone was bent a good 5 degrees off center. Pretty sloppy for a $2,500 ring. I had to bend it straight myself because I needed the ring for the weekend. One of the sketchiest things I've had to do.

Highly unprofessional, blatant lies and disregard for customer service. Flat out refusal to take further calls, return calls and emails, and empty promises of the non existent manager or owner that never called. As stated by another consumer, once an issue arises, customer service is abysmal. It's hard to believe since being married just under two years, my ring has spent more time in New York than on my finger in Texas. It has been sent in for repair for lost stones and defective prongs 4 times. The most recent time in December they were to replace the defective wedding band. After receiving what what was supposed to be a new wedding band to replace the clearly defective one, less than a week later, same issue. Another lost stone. And surprise surprise the wedding band was never replaced. Another lie. It was the same one. After the last time my husband and I just simply asked for money back. We were actually told that because this issue is past the 30 day mark that they refused to refund our money. When in fact quick, this issue has been going on less than a month of our wedding so in essence we were married and inside of the month my ring was already being serviced in New York. There's a paper trail a mile and a half long proving that there was an issue with this wedding band from day one and they refused to acknowledge that. This is simply bad business. Judging from the previous reviews, the way they handle things is not an isolated incident. You would think one would receive a little better quality and service after spending 5k-7k. It is unclear to me why this situation has been handled so poorly on their end. We have been extremely patient and nice. I am a BSN nursing student who is extremely busy. The last thing I wanted to do was to have to take time to write a negative review. However, I found that it was warranted. I found it unbelievable that they actually tried to blame me for the rings poor quality and defects. In fact, I would always take my bridal set off when washing dishes, bathing, etc. For clinicals, I wear a silicone band. I am now left with an engagement ring and a defective wedding band with a missing stone for the 5th time and defective prongs. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
Shipping understandably took a bit longer than I expected since I wasn't aware that the piece I ordered was being manufactured. I assumed that the jewelry was in stock. I'll take the fault for making this assumption. I had my doubts about the product, since this was my first order with Allurez, but the quality was great. Chatting with support over email was good at first, with turnaround replies within a day until they started giving me the cold shoulder (no reply after a week). I finally called the support number and the person who answered the phone was familiar with my inquiry, which makes this feel like a much smaller business than I first assumed as well. Long story short, after chatting with someone in person and having my issues resolved, I am pretty pleased with the end result.

After putting in an initial order for the peice concerned I contacted Allurez to see if it was possible to customise my order to which they responded yes. Great, I thought, and will we have enough time to get it to the uk for Christmas?... Next thing I new it had been sent! No further communication regarding the customisation until it was to late. The gift did get here in time for Christmas but not only is the chain attached far to big for the wrist intended it wasn't a unique gift as I had hoped and was sent
Without confirmation of approval. Tried to contact customer Allurez customer services on many occasions to discuss but to no avail. All this aside we decided to adjust the piece here in the uk only to receive a £90 import tax and legal action from Fed Ex some 2 months later!
Again tried to contact Allurez customer service to discuss but have only had a lot of disjointed replies assuring me that I'd be contacted soon and wasn't.
Can't believe the lack in customer care this company has failed to provide.
We are now stuck with a bracelet that doesn't fit, wasn't finished to my request and cost $150 more than advertised. Such a disappointment! UK BUYERS BE WARNED!
