Although this is price effective and the call center is friendly, the information and shipping speeds need to be reviewed. I was informed that my items would be sent out the day before they actually were. I was counting on my order to arrive much sooner than it has turned out to be. I am disappointed in this service. Not sure I will use this company again.

I have been buying my beagle's cushing medication here for a few years. Now my coon hound requires eye drops that cost me over $120 at Walgreens. Found them here for $30.

Everything in this website is awesome besides the use of the reward points certificate. Your website should allow customer use the reward points redeemed certificate combined with the other coupon, should not have any restriction for the using of certificate. You might restrict the using of multiple coupons, but certificate is the $$ we earned by shopping in your website.

Allivet has always given excellent customer service, great products, choices, and delivery. It is my go-to place for dog care.

Two months after ordering my dog's medication from Allivet for $78, I went to reorder. I had received an email saying that "all prices had been reduced" for Black Friday. The website said the same thing also. Upon reordering, I saw that the price was now $85. There was an option to save 5% by setting up auto delivery, but since you never know what the price is going to be, that's pretty risky.

The are very professional and respond quickly and they are always right on! Their prices are always less than purchasing it at my veterinarian.

Allivet is one of the few sites that offer an 8 lbs bag of Purina NF for cats. Their price is also very good compared to other sites. Their site was easy to navigate and I had a confirmation of the order almost instantly. I will make them a regular supplier for my pet needs in the future.
