I have 3 dogs- 2 that need numerous, monthly medications- which can be costly. I have shopped numerous sites and either their prices are too high or their shipping is never accurate, resulting in my dogs missing doses of their medications. With Allivet, I get all their medications at a very reasonable price and have never experienced any shipping issues - plus I get pints for each purchase that can lead to even more savings after a few months. I would definitely recommend Allivet for anything pet ownwrs may need!

Don't order from Allivet. I ordered Advantage Multi on 5/8 and then had to cancelled because my vet would not ok a script. Allivet will not refund my money. It is 5/25/19 now. They just key apologizing but don't refund. Have called twice already. Don't use Allivet!
Despite having received the faxed prescriptions from my vet on 5/17, I kept getting emails stating that Allivet had not been able to get in touch with my vet. I actually paid for the 2-day shipping. That was on 5/15/19 - over a week ago. We needed one of the meds pretty quickly. After calling Allivet, and speaking to Amber, she said that she would send another fax, and asked that I call my vet again, to be sure that they respond to the fax. She also said that Allivet would overnight the meds to us, but that it takes the pharmacy up to 48 hours to fill the prescription, once they receive it. I called my vet again, and they are re-faxing the prescriptions. It should not have required a phone call from me, after they had tried numerous PHONE calls, to realize that they should send another FAX request. Now, even if they overnight it, unless the pharmacy can fill it today, we won't be here when the meds get here. I will not be ordering from Allivet again. If your order requires a prescription from your vet, I absolutely would advise against using Allivet unless you place your order a month before you need it and you're willing to make some phone calls. It will be interesting to see if Allivet acknowledges having received THIS fax. I don't believe these people for a minute. The last mssg. I received, via email, stated that they had made several attempts, by phone and by fax, to contact my vet. I've been using this vet for over almost 30 years. And, I've used other mail-order pet med services before; I've never had this problem before.
I signed up for auto ship on Trifexis for my 2 dogs at the beginning of April. I realized yesterday that Allivet never shipped my May shipment, so I sent them an email. Instead of any sort of apology, they just charged my credit card and sent me the receipt. I don't mind them charging my card. I need the product, but have the decency to apologize for your mistake too. How rude!
There's a reason they have decent prices. For some reason, they never seem to receive my vet's approval the first time and I end of having to call... only to be told my vet's office has received a confirmation from Allivet! Don't ever try to combine prescriptions; Allivet can seem to handle only one Rx at a time... and then hold up your entire order while they "wait" for the remaining approval to be sent via the vet... which in this case had already been sent and received twice! Thanks Allivet, for causing me to run out of my dog's medication while your incompetent staff sits around not making any phone calls or verifying the paperwork they've already received. Highly unimpressed.
Cheaper prices than other online suppliers. Easy to search and order. They contact my vet to ok any prescription items in my cart. Love this service!
