NOT SURE IF MY REVIEW MADE IT BUT VERY POOR BUSINESS FROM THIS COMPANY. LONG STORY SHORT I BOUGHT THREE ITEMS AND PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIP AND ONLY TWO OF THE ITEMS MADE IT. AFTER OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP THE ITEM TO ME. WHEN YOU HAVE A SICK PET AND COUNT ON THE PRODUCTS TO BE THERE FOR THEM AND THEY ARE NOT... ITS PRETTY BAD AND ON TOP OF THAT ALLIVET WONT MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER? BAD BUSINESS ON THEIR PART NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I FOR ONE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLIVET EVER AGAIN AND I WILL USE EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE TO LET EVERYONE WITH PETS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ALLIVET. LETS SEE IF THE REST OF MY PRODUCT COMES IN TWO DAYS? I'M STILL GOING TO BLOW YOUR COMPANY UP ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BAD BUSINESS.

My experience related to shipping was NOT a good one. I had my order shipped to a PO Box. Unfortunately, the people in shipping were NOT paying attention to the "ship to" address as they shipped my package via FedEx which DOES NOT deliver to a PO Box and thus creating an issue for me in trying to get the package delivered to my home address. After several calls to FedEx was able to get this resolved. SHIPPING DEPT please pay MORE ATTENTION to the shipping address in the future should Allivet want to continue to receive my business. I am a FIRST TIME customer

My husband and I have many pets, 3 cats, 7 dogs 4 horses and 22 chickens. Some of those are rescues. My hubby is retired and due to my health am on disability. We strive to care for our animals as we would a human member of our family. I have a couple of aged dogs, one being my Lab tar who is 17 and is in the midst of having congestive heart failure. Purchasing her medication from my local very was very expensive. I found Allivet while searching on line and can purchase all 3 medications cheaper that I could purchase one from the vet. This has benefited both my husband and my lab tremendously. Thank you guys so much for having reasonable prices and quick shipping. We will continue to use you guys as our pet pharmacy! Thanks you for helping us to take paramount care of our fur babies!

Update: I was able to put the pills in the blender and pulverize them. Now, however, I have to guess at the dosage. I just put a bit in with kitten milk and squirt it in his mouth.

I ordered DL-Methionine for a cat with urinary tract issues, and the product was listed to be used for a cat. When I opened the bottle I found out the pills are way too large for any cat to swallow, even if divided which doesn't work well on these. Allivet will not take anything back that is opened. However, had they described the product accurately, I would not have ordered them. There was no way to know they incorrectly described the product until I opened the bottle so now I am out $34.

I really appreciate this company very much because they keep their prices the same and don't hike up the price all the time like so many do. I need to find a good, less expensive option for my dog's medicines because our girl has to take so many and it is very hard to afford. Keeping her healthy and happy as long as possible is supremely important to us without going broke doing it. Please keep this in mind when you think about raising prices because it makes the difference in their quality of life and how long they live. Allivet is fast too which is important when you are talking about medicine!

I had questions about frequency of orders, so I called their site. The guy was the dumbest human I've talked to in ages, but somehow took all my info and said it was set to go. When no pkg arrived, I called and was told they had NO record of my order. I insisted the meds be sent ASAP expedited mail at no extra charge to me (she wanted an extra $14 or so to ship quickly!). She actually said she'd have to check the recording - not to retrain her staff, but to VERIFY MY insistence that I had made this call! Talk about insulting! She did finally OK the shipment, but it arrived late, of course, while I paid an outrageous price for an in-town pickup to tide us over. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. There are plenty of other online sites that could not be as unpleasant and incompetent as Allivet.
