It is an easy site to use and I appreciate not having to drive 25 miles to get what my dog needs. The selection of products is good and was recommended to me by a retired vet.
I placed an order and my Veterinarian faxed the RX to Allivet within an hour of me submitting my order. I called Allivet 4 hours later and Allivet said it was still on RX hold, I went back to my Vet's office and watched them fax my RX AGAIN. I called Allivet the next day, Saturday and they said it was still on RX hold even though it had been faxed twice to them. Allivet told me to call back on Monday. I called Monday and Allivet said they still did not have my RX. This RX is important, it's insulin for my diabetic cat. Allivet stated they would call my Veterinarian to get the RX but it still would take 48 hours to process my order even though they had phone confirmation and they have had a faxed RX sent to them twice, 72 hours earlier. Allivet could not process any sooner and would not help me expedite my insulin order even though I watched my Vet's office fax the RX to them 3 days prior. Will never, ever use them. Also, I found Walmart sold the insulin $30.00 cheaper.
I have mineral auto shipped every three weeks. I never have to worry about running out! When I get low another package arrives.
I bought my Golden sentinel tabs. Allivet contacted Harleys vet for the RX approval. I searched online for prices they had the lowest price for exactly what I was looking or & offered a discount code. I added a small bag of treats to get free shipping. It was an easy process.
I've been getting my cat's medicine from here for several months. I've never had any issues. My order is always accurate, their prices are the best out there, and they ship quickly once they get the okay from your vet. I highly recommend Allivet for your pet pharmacy! My kitty has an autoimmune disease, along with some allergies and will likely be on meds the rest of her life, so I will continue to purchase from Allivet.

I'm ashamed to say I was ordering from someone else. They were more expensive and whenever I tried to order a particular product it told me it was out of stock (that was for a 9 month period). I finally called them and they said "oh, its a glitch in the system". Never bothering to say they would fix it! Called Allivet to check on something soon after ordering and received the care, respect and answer that I needed with no problem. Your company is the best. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

They contact my vet, and then they send the meds. If the vet doesn't respond, they contact the vet again. They update me along the way. Good prices too. What's not to love?

I have 3 dogs, two of them seniors. I save so much money by ordering their meds on Allivet! It's an easy site to use, they call the vet for me to get the Rx and customer service is great. I also order non Rx stuff as well. All name brands and good quality.
My pup Riley was pup on 2 life saving meds. One was 104.00 for 18 pills, at Allivet I get 30 pills for 27.00. The other drug was 37.00, at Allivet 7.00 and some change for 30 pills. You do the math. Will never get these meds from vet again!
Got to admit I had some concerns about ordering prescription medication online but Allivet made the process far easier than I ever imagined and at a much lower cost than I've been paying my veterinarian.
I will certainly use them again and possibly for more products.
