This company is selling expired heartworm prevention. I received a years worth of Iverhart Plus that expires this month. I am shocked that they would put pets at risk for heartworm disease just to sell product they haven't sold. I had to TELL them to send me a return label. They even admitted all of their Iverhart Plus stock is expired. They think since Virbac sent out a memo saying Iverhart Plus will last past the expiration date, they don't have to warn their customers first. Disgusting. Check your expiration dates with this company. Or better yet, just use a company that has better morals and customer service.
Good prices and courteous service. Wide variety of products for dogs. Competitive prices and free shipping orders over 75. Would recommend this to anyone.

Having a pet that was recently dignosed with Cushings and comparing the prices of meds through my vet to Allivet, I was relieved to find the prices are considerably less than my vet. The customer service is also amazingly helpful and courteous.

I just like the the convince of auto ship. Every four weeks I get an email telling me the date the meds will be shipped. If I want to cancel or change anything, I can do it then. Its great!
Fairly straight forward except for option to sign up for something that would somehow reduce my costs. Clicked icon but nothing happened so just continued with the order. Hope company sends me a copy of the order my E-mail so I can confirm what I paid for and how much. Also have to mail the company, Allivet, the prescription, but would have been easier just to send the scan. Dr. Jeff Clarke
WARNING: DO NOT give this online website for pet medications, and other supplies and items NONE, I repeat, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Not going to waste time telling you about their inordinate wait times, especially when you want to speak to a supervisor, you will wait forever while being tortured by horrible muzak. But I digress. They steal your money by not refunding the full purchase price of the item you went to trouble of returning, with or without a return label. They claim that because they GAVE you a $5.00 coupon on the order they owe you a prorated amount of money as opposed to what you actually paid. This is unacceptable!
They had me on hold 4 times for more than 10 minutes each time going from supervisor to supervisor to supervisor "trying to escalate" my complaint to get the money that I paid returned to me! They did not ever give any information up in ordering that you would not get full amount as a refund. Not full disclosure which is at best unprofessional, unethical and at worst illegal. Folks, take your business for your pet meds, etc. somewhere else. This is a fly by night company.
Best prices around for dog meds! I will keep coming back as long as the customer service is as good as their prices. My dog has major allergies so if the meds don't come in time, we are in trouble.
The Allivet pet pharmacists work with my local veterinarian to fill prescriptions that are well below the cost of my pet clinic. This makes long-term prescriptions more affordable and saves me countless trips to the clinic. Also, one can opt to have automatic refills sent at the correct intervals, and Allivet in turn discounts even further. What a great service!
