Stay away from this site as it is a scam. They send defective products or products that are near expiration date. Getting refunds is nearly impossible. Some merchants are honest but I cannot say the same for the AliExpress platform which manages all transactions. When there is an issue, the automated bot in customer service is completely worthless. Before the Chinese CCP virus infected the world, you may be able to reach a customer service rep via chat and they promise to response back to you via Email. But one month later, still no response and it doesn't look like they ever will. So you will be completely screwed if you want to get your money back.
Bottom line - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS IT IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.
It has been so frustrating to try and navigate this web site's customer service system. I have never received my orders that I made in February and have been trying to figure out 3 different disputes for my orders that never arrived. All I want is a refund but instead, it has been a waiting game to see if anyone ever responds, I have been communicating with a computer which is frustrating because I feel this could be resolved by a 5-minute phone call with an actual person instead of a several month-long ordeal. I have also received an email letting me know that I was going to continue to be charged for the shipping to and from the seller as the package is returned to the seller.
Can't contact and now get emails wanting payment for items I have already paid for.
Very slow shipping if it ever gets here. Been waiting for 21/2 weeks. Can't contact customer service at all. Don't waste your money.
So I have tried many suppliers on Aliexpress and have had the worst experience. Firstly, most of the products on there are junk. I literally threw out several products when they arrived because it was such low quality.
Another big issue is that many suppliers tell you they ship from a USA warehouse but in fact when you order they ship from China like usual with a month or more wait for delivery. When you inquire about this they lie or give you fake tracking numbers. 7 our of 10 do this I'd estimate.
I lost a lot of money, time, and hurt my selling reputation trying to deal with these sellers.

ON MARCH 5 I ORDERED 4 GUITAR STRAPS AND WAS GIVEN 72 HOURS TO CANCEL THE ORDER, THEN OVER NITE I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT SUDDENLY THEY SAID THEY SHIPPED THE ORDER THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH SOME BS TRACKING NUMBER THAT NEVER GAVE THE INFO SO I CALLED CANADA POST THEY TOLD ME THE TRACKING NUMBER IS BOGUS NO GOOD. ANOTHER CASE OF THEY TAKE THEY MONEY AND RUN AWAY NOW ALIEXPRESS KEEPS TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 DAYS THEY DONE THAT TWICE. THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE IN 16-26 DAYS AND THAT SHIP HAS SAILED ALSO. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINALS. ALIEXPRESS ONLY HELPS THERE SCUMBAG SELLERS.
Aliexpress, USED TO BE a good online platform to buy cheap products and even sometimes to got surprised by the quality of some of them. The problem NOW is that they do not have a chat service if you need to contact them (is a robot, with automatic answers, so at the end you do not have any help at all) not to mention that if you pay extra to have a tracking number of your online purchases. You should forget it. This will not happen... they send it as a standard shipping but they charge you as if "would have a tracking number"... purchases, are send sometimes a month later... and if you complain they really do not care. The answer is to be patience:-). And they do NOT refund the money any more. I still waiting for a product that I ordered two months ago. When it supposedly must arrive in 24 days max.
Why does this website always come in russian or spanish?! It should be available in english so that everyone can understand its language.
If you have the time and patience to wait then order. Right now, great discounts on AliExpress's 10 years.

It was a great website few years ago. I bought many good things there. But now it creates a lot of problems with payments. It's very stupid when you bought something a moment ago, and not able to buy another thing using the same card. Support tells me that this is the bank decline payments, but the bank tells that it is their site does not accept payments. Due to this reason I'm using other websites at the moment.

Hello, in December I made a purchase on Aliexpress of a cover for my smartphone. The seller promised me that he would send it to the correct address, since the Aliexpress website was missing my home number. The seller said that after I made the payment, he would add my home number. Time passed and the order arrived in my city, but to my surprise and amazement, the order returned to the seller for the reason of an incorrect address, and I informed the seller the correct address. Open a dispute on Aliexpress and the company refuses to return money that is rightfully mine, since I did not receive the order. The seller deceived me for not having modified the address, and the culprit is me?! Aliexpress is not a trustworthy company, so far away because in the end it gives history the only wrong is the buyer. I will file a lawsuit for all damages caused to me.

One in particular told me my order was only a few days away from delivery, despite tracking information showing that it had never even arrived at the departing airport six weeks after I paid for it. This was for an item being shipped from China to Korea, as well, so it's not like it had to go across the world or anything.
I'm fairly certain I got all of my money back, as customer service does seem to take that seriously enough, but it takes almost a month for them to process refunds.

You can't characterize a marketplace as it has thousands of sellers and not all of them are legitimate. Free shipping takes a lot of time and the product may not arrive at all. At least, all these cases can be resolved with their support. Paid shipping, on the other hand, costs a fortune.
I ordered two items in November and I got them last week in the beginning of March. Although I ordered some stuff in December and got them in February. So, if you need something fast - it's risky to buy from Ali.
