I ordered motorcycle turn signals. Immediately after placing the order (i. E., less than five minutes) I notified them that I'd erroneously ordered the wrong parts and asked to cancel the transaction. I received a nonsensical response from the ALI website that didn't respond to my question. I then followed up several times - but zero response. They did charge my credit card however. Anyone using this website needs to realize that you have zero recourse if there's a problem. Very unhappy.
The seller contacted me after shipping the goods out and they said that the goods was brought back to them by the trucker. So they wanted to refund me and asked for my paypal account. I consented and gave them my paypal. But after 22 days, I have not received my refund but the goods. I already bought it from the other seller and received it for a while. Because I trusted them and they told me the goods would not be delivered to me. It's not my fault and I am not supposed to pay it including the shipment returning it. It was radiculous that AliExpress asked me to ship the item back to China even if I chose 'Ship from the United States' when I placed the order. I don't care about where it was from originally.
Not a place to buy anything your life depends on. You might just die before your order gets to you. They entice you with some silly coupons but can't manage order and delivery effectively.
I ordered TWO items on APRIL 7, months go by and i finally got ONE item on June 24, and i still have not received the so one item. And according to them it should've been here on July 6th. And what pisses me off is the fact that what i ordered was sweatpants and a hoodie and i'm not about to wear that $#*! now because they wanna wait and deliver the $#*! in JULY. I have never in my life had to wait 3 months on a package. I will not shop with them again.
Ordered facemasks in May during pandemic. They took my money quickly. But product didn't arrive until 2 months. In between the prices dropped. Tried to cancel after a month. Aliexpress ignored my email. Very hard to get someone to chat. No help with chatting either. Then I put in a dispute for cancelling order. I was told that if I don't hear from seller after 5 days, my reimbursement would automatically be sent to me. 5 days later, nothing from seller. No refund. Then it arrived without notifying me. No notice, no apologies, no refund. Too late. Didn't need the masks anymore and other stores now offer much lower pricing. This has been the worst online purchase I've experienced. Will never order from this store again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Seller can do whatever they want since there is no protection for buyer. If you receive different item, aliexpresx ask you to return to china. This is new way to steal money from buyer. GO TO EB and AVOID THIS SITE
It's been 4 months since I made an order. I understand the lockdown issues worldwide. And didn't mind waiting. But after 4 months their tracking showed the product was returned to tune country of origin and yet they keep extending the delivery time and purchase protection is invalid. No one responds. Neither the supplier nor the platform. There is no way to chat with them because they just don't respond. It's the worst customer experience.
If I could give this site zero I would. It is 45 days since my order and there is no sign of it. When I went on the site to find out what had happened to my order they gave me a tracking code that didn't work at all. When I tried to open a complaint I was told I couldn't for another 45 days. So I have to wait three months after placing my order before I can even start a dispute process. What a joke! I then wrote to them via an email address I eventually found, and have never heard back. I think this site is a scam, that has stolen my money. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered some of the most expensive stuff and it came! Dont believe those bot reviews saying "wow so bad never got anything trash bad" trust me its not fake ive ordered from here for 3 years now and never once has anything bad ever happened so dont believe those bot reviews its nothing like wish!
This is not a real company. The took our payment in May and it is now July 1st. No way to reach this company. Had to take it up with ou credit card company to get our money back
Aliexpress is not a company to do business with. They take your money and it seems that my order will not be delivered. Been on order since April 27,2020
The seller's are unwilling to actually return/refund items, so they wiggle out of it and hide behind Aliexpress' useless dispute system. Everything is fine if your order arrives, is as you expect and works as intended but if not, then don't expect a refund or a return to be arranged. The dispute system is ridiculous and closes without you being able to do anything further. There is no way of communicating with Aliexpress or getting them to properly oversee the complaint. They have a stupid bot helper, which is just a terrible FAQ loop. The upshot is that the sellers just want your money without any customer service and Aliexpress couldn't care less about it. Sellers consistently break Trading Standards laws and think they are untouchable. Only place orders with Aliexpress where you are prepared for the item not turning up/being rubbish and you not being able to get any money back.
Aliexpress won't use Paypal which would at least offer buyers some protection in the event that orders are unsatisfactory.
Aliexpress also need to improve the review system, sellers are putting up fake positive feedback to make poor products look better. Don't trust the Aliexpress review system!
Just a warning... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Over a month, $300 charged to my card... no product and zero customer service to help you... it stated my order would auto cancel if the seller fails to ship... it did not... my order eventually showed delivered to Illinois... I live in NY... can't contact anyone just a chat support which did nothing. Finally charged back my credit card to get a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a bicycle tyre and seller could not deliver after accepting payment. The refund is only partial.

We ordered face masks over 3 months ago, our account with them shows them as delivered, which never happened, we placed a dispute and nothing, we tried to contact someone to return our money, still nothing!, no customer service, no email answer, no nothing!
I waited a month for the camera. They gave me a fake shipping order and tried to say it was delivered when it wasn't. Stay clear of this site I'm still in a dispute on getting my 650.00 back
This is a scam site. Wouldn't accept my US phone number or home town. When I substituted a friends address in Singapore, site accepted my credit card AND NEVER SHIPPED ANY PRODUCT. Scam site - DO NOT USE!
The items they have not so bad but the customer service are really horrible so long procedures to chat or contact with a customer service agent too long time to receive your items and too long time to get your refund with a very complicated process

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
