Good luck getting your product from these people. I placed an order MONTHS ago. It was promised within 10 days. Never got it. Waited... still nothing. Finally requested my money back and was told to wait... and wait... and wait. Good luck trying to get a real person to talk to. Will NEVER order from them again and I suggest you stay far away from these people, unless you like throwing your money down the drain.

Seller attempted to extort more money after sale was completed and paid. They sent package postage due, which caused a result only on AliExpress website of "customs is holding the package". Curiously, when I inquired at the post office, they have no record of the package at all. Ali says I have to get "official document", but there's nothing to get and they are refusing to honor their buyer protection. It's just an endless loop of dispute, deny, appeal, deny, repeat. I think the "tracking number" is fake since post office has no records. Please don't waste your time with AliExpress, you'll get burned.
Lost 360 dollar!
I ordered a coffee machine on aliexpress of 360 dollar. The item had to be sended from Spain. But they didn't had stock there so they sent it from China without asking my opinion. The item never came and of course i didn't had the time to do whatever as the processing time was shorter in Aliexpress because it came from a closer place. Something went wrong at the customs office and the seller didn't put in the invoice. Lost 360 DOLLAR!
I bought in 7 different suppliers in aliexpress silver jewellery and when I receive, I tested to know if is real silver, and the truth was that silver plate, not real silver.
I don't recommend to buy in this place, you will receive not real Jewellery, only fake.

I ordered masks from a seller through Ali-Express in April which gave a shipping estimate of 15-30 days. It is now mid-July and I have not received my order and according to the tracking it is not even in Canada. I have attempted to contact the seller (shop ******* store) ten times and the seller has not read or responded to my messages. I tried to contact Ali-Express several times but I only get an automated help assistant which continually states "still can't find your order." I tried the chat feature but it only leads me back to the automated help assistant that can't find my order even though it is displayed. I filed a dispute which has triggered a series of automated replies that tell me to "wait patiently." The last automated reply said I can file a dispute but I have already done that long ago. I now believe that I have been scammed out of $60 US dollars. My best advice is to avoid Ali-Express unless you want to lose your money and have no recourse.

This was about a dispute back in July 2020. I received items which were of poor quality (parts did not work). I was in a dispute trying to get my money back, but Aliexpress took the side of the seller. Aliexpress didn't even step in to contact the seller. Their customer service reps always said they were on my side and would do everything to help. I have reopened this dispute 3 times with the same problem and there is not even a way to respond to the decision like Aliexpress says you can do. All their emails are no-reply emails so basically there was no one to help me.
I have purchased a couple of custom made dresses, a few years ago and they were great. Recently, every order that I have made was not good. I ordered 2 dresses from 2 different sellers. One dress was 'red' and arrived orange. The dress part was sewn into the waistband. The other dress was dress was not sewn correctly. Neither dress was usable. My last 2 orders this month were thread. The first order was supposed to be 5 cones of multi-colored thread. The package contained 4 multi-colored cones and one yellow cone. The label on the cone is not even the same. How does that happen? The second order of thread was supposed to be 40/2 thread, which is a thicker serger thread than the 'Joann' thread. It is not the better quality thread, it is not even as thick or durable as the cheaper serger thread. Buyer Beware!

After dozens of purchases (some received after a lot of trouble) I figured out that they are just a big umbrella to sell for a bunch of fraud and fake sellers and then cover up for them!

The sellers are permitted to add time to your shipping time as they please. So their 60 day guarantee is a lie. The sellers are also permitted to advertise faster shipping for an increased cost but do not have to honour it. You can't contact Ali express to argue anything without using the auto system and it just sends you in a constant loop of telling you to wait 10 days. And 10 more days. And then 10 more days. So basically sellers can steal your money and there is nothing you can do.
Bought some golf accessories back in April 2020, with a delivery expected to take 9-20 days. Finally arrived last week and took over 90 days. Sadly, everytime you follow up it takes forever to get an answer and even then, I suspect they hardly speak English, it is hard to make sense of what they reply. I won't be buying anything from this site again. Just for everyone's info, I suspect they get the cheapest possible postage deals, as my tracking(when it worked) showed the package virtually travelled around the whole planet, before getting to me.
Aliexpress is just a bullying online shopping, the dont refund your money, they torture, they bully, ignore, than finally they scrow you real good, no more further communicating, and make you wait for couple of months so that you forget about your items and refund... since may I am waiting for my item, and never been recieved, even when you open dispute, they still ignor you. So up until now that is July 13, there is no item, no refunds, no more comunication from aliexpress..
If I could give a minus 100 I would. I purchased 2 bathroom sink faucets from Ali for $100+ Only one LED goes on and it squeals like a banshee. Ali and their merchant say it is normal for LED to shriek; it is the voice of the LED. Funny nothing in the advert says get ear plugs to use your faucets. Their offer at settlement--$8. That won't cover the cost of new, non-screaming faucets or a plumber to try to repair these. Can you say RIP OFF?! My research says this is false to avoid responsibility for crap on sale. DON'T BUY FROM ALI! Ali sell cheap Chinese garbage and then keeps the money when it is proven to be garbage. Again: DON'T BUY FROM AliExpress.
Don't buy with these crookers. All ready waiting two months for goods. I asked my money back, but they are not willing to refund. So take care and buy with a reliable company!
I ordered two shirts on May 5th. It is now July 10th and my items are still "in transit" even though the tracking never updates. Now they are saying they lost the package. It is a waste of time and money and im sure I wont get a refund either.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
