After i did a purchase it didnt appear in my orders list. The seller is asking for the order nr. But there isnt any order, only payment. Spent hours trying to figure out what is going on, no result. There also zero communication. The risk buing there is great, i suggest dont spend more than 2-3 dollars per buy. Any issue is extremely difficult to be resolved. Don't be fooled of any cheap stuff or good service you ve had in the past (like i did) sooner or later you 'll get scammed!
Ali express has sometimes very poor quality vendors like Loecktty Official Storer. Shoes destroyed after a short period and not waterproof has promissed

I purchased a couple of grow lights and the products were nothing like the given specifications on the website. The footprint was much smaller, over 50%, and the led's were only running at 20% efficiency. The vendor sells nothing but fake lights and after confrontation wanted to give me a coupon for a discount on a new light, which of course is also fake. The vendor is Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd. and the lights are the BESTVA Series. If you are looking for quality, stay away from this vendor and light series.
Takes them 30 days to give back refund. And they let the seller get the item first. Use paypal only.

Ordered a capture card for $69.42 US, waited nearly 2 months to receive it. The capture card is faulty - tried to communicate with the seller and didn't get anywhere as the seller"YiBao Trading Ltd Store" pretends don't understand what I was saying, even though I sent them two video clips showing that do everything as per seller instruction, I still didn't get anywhere. I finally decided to open a dispute and leave everything in AliExpress customer service & guess what? Wasted another 7 days, Sending 3 videos and more than 10 postings to explain the issue, but it was like they don't want to hear me. The last feedback I got from the seller "YiBao Trading Ltd Store" was a photo with Chinese writing which was meaningless "Check the attached photo", Anyhow I got no where with AliExpress& at the end they ask me to send the item back and I have to pay for the shipping. It cost me about $50 to send this garbage with register post and wait 2 months to get my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WEBSITE AND THIS SELLER "YiBao Trading Ltd Store" - just buy the goods from your local store in your country and save yourself money and time. Cheap price comes with cheap quality. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER :(
I orderd a yoga mat with a hole in it. Clearly defective item so I open a dispute. AliExpress says it's still useable and only offers me a $6 refund instead of my full $34. Is that ridiculous or what!? They even told me to return it if I wanted to get my full refund. They also said they already paid the seller and that I should contact the seller for a full refund. Good luck with their customer service, they are basically worthless and almost impossible to get ahold of by chat. BE CAREFUL
I ordered a watch band with the exact type of watch it was supposed to fit for in the description. After waiting about 2 months the band I received was ground down on one side and still did not fit the watch it was described to fit. I never received a response from the seller and the AliExpress website will not let me submit a request for a refund or a dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JUNK DEALERS!

For instance, there is an automated refund system in place for orders that don't ship in a timely manor, however many sellers circumvent this by issuing a false/misleading tracking number to prevent refunds. Worse yet many sellers will demand additional payment after the issuance of this false tracking number. The AliExpress automated customer service will not allow the opening of any dispute until the package tracking shows as delivered (which of course will never happen unless you pay the extortion fee). If you are fortunate enough to get in contact with a real consumer support agent they do very little other than send an email to the seller and advise you to open a dispute next month (even if you provide all correspondence with the seller that clearly shows the intentional fraud). AliExpress customer service has no authority/ability to issue a refund directly or sanction the seller in any way, so they essentially encourage this behavior (not the agents fault but clearly how AliExpress wishes to conduct business).
In short AliExpress itself does not ensure (or even encourage) honest seller practices while trying to stand in the position that they have no responsibility. At-least eBay/Paypal can issue a refund when a seller is fraudulent.
This e-commerce site has got lots of quality and cheap products. The shipping fee, especially when you sign up for the free shipping, can be so insane; like getting 5x more than the products you are ordering for!

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
