I ordered some oscillating tool blades, but received 2 tiny useless pins in the order. The seller showed pictures of the package sent out, which was completely different from what I received. AliExpress refused to refund me. I suspect someone at AliExpress warehouse must have stolen the item and sent rubbish to me. This site cannot be trusted. Just don't buy from them. They are dishonest.

Nothing is ever what it looks like in the picture, the size charts never match up. You can buy cheap trinket junk but if it doesn't come or it's broken they make it impossible to get a refund. They don't give any correct options to choose so they automatically turn down your request for a refund or return. Then if you try to appeal it nothing ever happens. I'm done playing with this site. I got a few cheap trinkets that are all right, but nothing of inequality and I don't want to waste my money anymore. This is a total rip off, All In all. Don't take my word for it though LOL go ahead and try for yourself.

I've ordered several things from aliexpress in the past month and all of the stuff that's arrived so far has been a week before the day it said it would arrive and in fairly high quality. Overall I am definitely going to continue using their services in the future.

I was very happy to find this app in the app store: however, it's been couple of months now and the order did not arrive. Three stars for refunding the order even though it took ages

Lets be straight to start, some of the products are straight out scam, poor quality or just don't show up. In Saying that, I have never had a single claim denied, and I have put in lots, if its not right, I lodge a dispute, and I am always fair about it. I have never had a dispute denied, and follow up from Ali has been amazing.
On the other side of the coin, most of the products have been as described and great quality, and exactly what I have ordered. I believe that the star rating system works well. Biggest problem, is being in New Zealand items take between 2 and 12 weeks to arrive, and some sellers are now using fake shipping information.

Your products are great, but my mom ordered some things and they haven't come up with it yet and she ordered it last year over the summer

Ordered an item, money charged but product NOT RECEIVED/DELIVERED. They claimed they had delivered with tracking result. Open disputes and appeals but all rejected - reason: I can't show them the proof of NO Delivery. WTF!

Please people don't shop here, I got damage item and the seller failed to give me a road return number to send back goods. He also tried to trick me to give him a good review then I'll get the return

I decided to trust Aliexpress and tried to make a $200 purchase but it said the payment failed. Then I got a message to appeal. I clicked on appeal and was asked to attach a picture of my ID and my card. There was no way I was going to do that so I closed the page. The next day I received an email to complete my purchase. I clicked on it, out of curiosity, and it took me to the payment page as if the day before never happened. This all screamed red flags to me so I will not be purchasing through Aliexpress.

I had wait about 3 months for a package, i ask seller to send again e refuse and say I give him wrong address.
Obviously address it's right, register on Aliexpress from years and got many package at that address.

I purchased a wig from this company and its company has not sent me away or my money back and every time I contact them they keep telling me they going to send me my money or they going to send me the quick and as of this day I haven't received anything I'm going to report this company because people don't have money for them to take especially people who's sick like myself for you to take my money and do what you want to do with it.

Apart from that most items are fake or fraud they also do not comply with consumer laws. See attached image.

It took a long time to receive my order. When it came I yet to receive one of my dresses that wasn't in my order which been a month now. It's very hard to track your order but Ali help txt center is very helpful but it takes alot to communicate with them in English. So frustrating so I know I'm never gonna get my dress so NEVER ORDERING FROM ALI EXPRESS. Back to EBAY I GO WHICH IS SAFE AND EASY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Buyer beware. We want the best deal but it's true quality has its own price.
1.Be aware that what you are buying is either copy cat or lesser quality but it works. Just live up to what extent
2. Since it's better pricing be prepared to sacrifice shipping time, Sometimes lies lies lies from the shipper and finally after 60 days it came. Don't forget it also never showed up. Good luck with your refund.
3. Lastly customer service. Yes there is but do you think they care about your complaints. Good luck

Take it from my experience.

The app is very good, the prices of each product are very fair, the only thing I didn't like so much is the fact that the app has slight instabilities.

The shipper "combined orders" when I had 2 orders open on different dates. Only one item arrived, the other was missing from the combined box. It was impossible to get a refund for the missing items because the order was marked as delivered to my address even though only 1/2 the order was in the box.

I wish I could ever read all the reviews on this website before buying anything from Aliexpress. Not recommend this website to anyone at all.
I basically ordered two pairs of boots and 1 pants from different stores on Aliexpress. They gave me one tracking number for all three items since they combined my packages for shipping to the US. The nonsense here is on tracking tool, i saw that it will come in 2 parcels. Under 1 tracking number? Doesn't make sense right?
And well you can guess... only one parcel came (of course, how can they send 2 parcels under one tracking number?) And then on their tracking tool showed all items were delivered. I disputed since I only received one package of pants, no boots at all.
I did everything I can: USPS letter showed number of package is delivered -1, the weight -14 oz and the size of package: 6Lx6Wx2D... pics of my orders, pics of package I received... Nothing is counted during the dispute. No ethics here. No customer service, no consumers rights... like other people said in other reviews, they tried to do everything for customers to give up... the dispute will go on and on as the seller never agrees to refund or until you give up because it's time-consuming and unfair and nonsense and time-wasting. No fair judgments here.
This was my last straw. Will never buy anything on this website again. Save your money and headache.

A seller sent me an item that is not what was described and on top of that - IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Tried to open a dispute on Aliexpress after many tries on sending communication to the seller and not responding at all but the website will not allow me to 'submit' my dispute when I checked and all required file size and file types were met. No CS contact number and you cannot even send an email to them for support. So how do you trust to shop at Aliexpress now when you cannot do anything if the seller had ripped you off? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Warning, aliexpess along with the sellers are all scammers and you will not find your right in case you have a dispute. You will suffer unimaginably and you will never find your right. At least do not buy products that cost a lot because they will just steal them politely and beautifully like regular scammers. I made the mistake and bought a sex doll from the AliExpress AYIYUN Sex-Official Store and gave about 550 euros, I immediately realized the seller that he is a scammer because he asked for but also money for delivery while I had asked everything and for everything this scammer kept delivering it in reality nothing had started but unfortunately I had given the 550 euros by bank. Do not buy, I had placed my order, the products is USD4.32, and pay another USD4.00 for postage, and received damage,, AliExpress said you had received the order, no dispute, even the order had damage,, AliExpress service ha descended, I shopped at AliExpress for many many years, as a Diamond member, now I have to think twice to place my order at AliExpress, looking for alternative.
