I tried to register last night, their site had difficulty. I did this morning but does not recognize it.
They will not refund you no matter what you say, if you didn't receive your order. Your money is lost. I never received my items. Ali Express rip off.
I bought a set of earbuds on Aliexpress and the right earbud stopped working after 5 weeks. The seller would not respond to my request and AliExpress refused to help me because I couldn't submit a picture showing the quality problem. I explained that a picture couldn't show that there was no sound but I didn't get anywhere. They would no do anything - no replacement, no repair, no refund. Because it was over 30 days I couldn't even submit a review on the item! I'll never buy anything again on AliExpress and urge others to only buy very simple things that don't usually break and, if they do, it can be easily shown in a picture. Definitely don't buy anything electronic.
While less expensive items on AliExpress are often worth their money, do NOT buy products over the value of €20. You will receive extremely low quality, broken order. When you follow the website's dispute option, request a refund & adhere to all the refund instructions within required time frames, you'll end up out of pocket for return postage to China, your purchase money is released to seller, & AliExpress does not make good on its own refund policy. If you manage to bypass the useless bot Eva, AliExpress's real customer service agents will appeal to your compassion by saying they're single mums & it's their birthday, as well as making empty promises guaranteeing you a refund. Even if you escalate your case, all you'll receive are standardized emails clearly showing no one has even looked at your case & won't receive your refund. Complete waste of time & money. Buyers stay away.

I opened a new account. I used a fictious phone number. I can't log back in because of it and the customer service links, including chat and email do not work at all. No service whatsoever. So, I will just open another account... what a joke!
I purchased from MARVELOUS ART DECO STORE https://www.aliexpress.com/store/*******?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.7b*******AFxK3R AliExpress and notified the supplier the item was not delivered and followed the dispute process. The supplier requested for me to cancel the dispute as they would provide a new shipping number. I trusted the supplier and did so. A new false shipping number was provided. I was not able to lodge a dispute as it was outside of the dispute timeframe. MULTIPLE discussions with Customer Service they PROMISED I would be fully refunded from the supplier, only to be told that the escalation to Ali Express Management was outside of the prescribed dispute process. Bunch of incompetent fools with a load of scammer suppliers loaded on their website.
Horrible experience! I ordered napkins, and received a fishing lure. I contacted "customer service" and they denied a refund, because I didn't have enough proof. I sent pictures of the lure, the oackage, and showed it could not have contained napkins, and they still rejected claim. I have started a claim with PayPal, which I recommend if you decide to chance buying from these thieves.
I did not receive my item. They never refunded my money either. Aliexpress asked me to provide a missing parcel report my local post office rather than asking the seller. I was even ready to provide the document regardless but they did not give me sufficient time to provide documents (gave me 3 days deadline out of which 2 days were weekend). I bought motherboard for my Toshiba laptop. The seller said "free cpu" and I took that to mean a cpu appropriate for the motherboard I was buying. He asked me what my processor is and I told him i5 460M. I even sent him snippet from the Toshiba technical specs. Instead he sent a P6100, a cpu that doesn't even belong in my rPGA889 socket. It wouldn't boot, but my cpu from my dead motherboard booted fine. Aliexpress dismissed my claim altogether. Apparently aliexpress expected that I'd be happy with a 6502. Wish I could give zero star rating.
They advertised a hood strut kit for my chevy SSR. The pictures they used were from another brand of struts. The kit you get will not work and mounts completely different from there pictures. I asked for a refund, sent pictures of them not possibly working and asked them to provide pictures of their kit on a working car. Was denied refund and would not respond to picture request. I will never purchase from this website again. Stick with Amazon or another reputable seller.

I make purchases every other day from AliExpress But they're not giving me any points. They actually have taken points away. I am the highest membership you can be. I have spent thousands of dollars and haven't gotten any points. I haven't done any returns or anything. There should be no reason why wouldn't it be getting points. I leave reviews also. They should really take care of their customers who spend an astronomical amount of money. I've spent $50.000 in the past year with them. I'm not very happy with the way I've been treated.
This shop replied immediately to my message that I wanted to cancel the order I just placed to switch to a different payment method and order more ( Pokemon plushies) then they ignored me for over 12 hours, then sent me a message saying order not cancelled - order is shipped.
Which sounded snotty to me... They then proceeded to contact the courier personally and have their items returned, completely bypassing the ' cancelled order ' option - thereby keeping my money! Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
