I buy from Aliexpress since 2016 and had 0 issues with all kind of sellers!
One single time the product didn't arrive at all but I get a full refund!
And sometimes 2 months shipping time is a lot but the cheap price balance it!

If you order an item, they will ship you something of lesser or inferior value and insist that's what you ordered, then only offer you a 50% refund which you will receive 2 weeks later, MININUM

In short, these guys are INTERNET SCAM ARTISTS and are a FRAUD…DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, YIU WILL BE SORRY!

I reported them econsuner.gov AND IC3 for FALSE ADVERTISING, FRAUD and INTERNET CRIME…they don't back their products, nor their policies

THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM INTERNET SALES AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW

One day, I purchased multiple items from multiple sellers. Today, tracking said "delivered" for many of my items. I have timestamp cameras, and my cameras show me sitting outside all day, with no deliveries. I disputed each item that was undelivered, and AliExpress denied EACH one immediately, as if a BOT automatically makes their denials.
Sad part is, I am disabled, and very broke, and these items were my kids Christmas gifts. The only ones I could afford. Now, I literally will not be able to give my kids any gifts. :(

I bought a ballroom dance dress and a $13 stocking from Hcdance Store(this store has many names) on AliExpress for $937.71 while I wanted to buy another one click the wrong one (My fault). The seller contacted wanting the correct address. I told him to cancel the transaction, but he insisted to send me the dress and did not listen. Not being able to cancel this I had to use it for my event in October so I waited for it. 4 days before my event FedEX called told me I had a package from China and had to pay around $43 fee. I asked if it was a dress? She said she did not know but it the envelop was a very thin and small package. I paid anyways as I know sometimes they are able to make it really small. When I opened the package there was only my stocking in that thin envelop. I have reported to FedEx and I have a ticket number for my report. I have photos of the package and also have witnesses including the delivery person from FedEx can witness to this. The seller is dishonest. Sent you evidence of sending me the stocking but I have his conversation with me after the so called delivery asking me if I want the dress! I have more evidences but the photos are bigger than 5m so I can't upload. From my bank statement it is clear I paid for not one but two items. The envelop shows it could not have included that big ballroom dress plus the stocking. This man showed you the proof he sent the stocking that means this package without the dress and he knows it I have photos of his conversation with me to tell me to take my complaint back so he can give me the money. I do not trust him. Please help

Bought a Album clock from Ali Express. It was broken and hands were missing on it. They are saying I have to pay to return it to them to get my money back. I refuse to that. It came to me damaged. Fighting it through PayPal and credit company. Will never use them again. Item took over a month to get delivered. Came from China.

I bought the PC and Laptop test card from them, but the software from the download link is not working. I just need APK to install the app but he can't solve the problem by uploading the app on Google Drive or somewhere else on the cloud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I have nothing to brag about that a good thing happened to me by buying Chinese goods with very poor quality on the AliExpress (Ali baba) website. The Chinese would make quality goods if all the people in the world stopped buying their scrap, then it would teach them that they should start making better quality things. I've been buying small things on this website for a while now because if it's broken or if I don't receive it, I think I didn't pay too much and if I open a case I sometimes get a refund. Then suddenly I made a big mistake I ordered a very expensive battery for my solar system in the allotment. The battery was supposedly £838.98 but it was a bit cheaper as they had some discount. The seller chooses to somehow send with the even worse delivery company My Harmes, after three months I get a message with a picture of how my parcel was delivered, the package placed next to my rubish bins is shown in the picture, when I came home from work that day I did not find anything that I saw in the picture. I asked for help from the seller, I never got it, I also asked for help from the AliExpress customer service, but they are worse than the seller, so I just remained a big loser. I advise everyone who buys on AliExpress to stop buying expensive things so that it doesn't happen to you like what happened to me. Good luck with AliExpress worst website for shopping. Kind regards

I have ordered twice from Aliexpress. ( both Items on the same day) months ago None of the items ever arrived even though I got repeated emails that stated they had. And I was charged and told I needed to "Prove" they hadn't been delivered! How do you do that? What a joke. Thankfully my credit card company stepped in on one order. The other I have not pursued yet as it's for only a few dollars though that may be how they make their money when people just walk away from the hassle.
I will never order another product from them and I still get bombarded by Aliexpress with spam everyday. Absolutely void this website/

I never received my product, customer service inefficient and you never have your money back if this happened with you. Don't waist your money.

All but 1 of the many tens of sellers I have dealt with on AliExpress are excellent, honest traders, I have been very happy with. And the website is good for finding what you want.

BUT BE WARNED about shipping fees. AliExpress will refuse to refund shipping fees if the goods never arrive.

To the Antinski3d Store I paid AU $78.55 for phrozen TR300 resin + AU $53.02 shipping,

I never received it. Tracking reported "Package was returned to seller by shipping company" Why? No explanation.
Perhaps seller didn't pack it adequately.
Perhaps seller caused shipping failure.
Perhaps seller never really sent it at all.
The seller refuses to discuss solutions.

AliExpress limited me to a maximum refund of AU$ 80.60. So I have paid a net AU$ 50.97 for NOTHING.
AliExpress even prevents me from rating this transaction. So customers will not be warned about the really bad experiences! The reviews are biased.

I purchase a fog light cover for my car that did not fit. I asked for send me a return label they send me the return address in China which cost more than the actual price of the product. Don't buy anything through Ali express if you need to return they will not issue any return label. Most of their products are shipped from China and more shipping costs to return.

Service and prices are getting worse instead of getting better. It is only good just for some "dollar" stuffs that you even don't need and you can not find in your country. Everything else is just wasting money and time. (opinion created from more than 3000 orders till now)

Great savings, good deals. Aliexpress gives you bargain prices but you take a bigger risk as many of the items for sale are overly exaggerated or have photos that don't represent the functionality of the product.

Do your research and be patient for delivery and you'll find some good deals.

I placed two orders at the same time. One arrived but the other has never arrived, the seller won't refund the money, I keep getting excuses, and AliExpress has you jump through hoops to get a refund and months later I am STILL trying to get this resolved! The items come from China and may take 6-8 weeks to even arrive! Ridiculous when I've ordered stuff on Ebay that came from China and arrived in a timely manner. There's no guarantee you will get the shipment so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered about 4 times from AliExpress. When you order from them, you do it because you're attracted by crazy, too good to be true low prices (compared to stores that aren't based in China). The problem is, getting something in return can be problematic. First, shipping takes forever on most item. Second, AliExpress starts spamming your inbox with « new offers ». Third, what you'll get often won't work at all, or works for 5 seconds and then dies, or be of the lowest quality imaginable. Or the thing could work as advertised. It's a roulette. And, as with the roulette, over time you end up losing time & money way more than you win.
