First, let's start by stating that I'm a Diamond-level customer. Their dispute program leans more towards the seller, you have to proof proof and proof that you are right before they refund your money. I just have an incident where I ordered an item ($100) on the 1st of the month and contacted the seller on the 6th and on the 7th he created a shipping level (old trick) to avoid being penalized by Aliexpress. On the 15 the item hadn't arrived at logistics so i contacted seller and he agree to refund but he ask for me to open a dispute. I did and even with proof (images) from the chat, AliExpress judgment was for me to wait 60 days more. THE ITEM Never shipped it was a fake label created by the seller to avoid being penalized. So I contacted PayPal... Recommendation use PayPal they will make judgments based on proof like chats...do not use debit cards...oh and I'm Diamond Level...JAJAJA As soon as I get my other orders in I'm deactivating my account... And please before ordering check reviews based on experience and avoid any seller with 94% or less...Numbers are inflated
I use to.lije AliExpress. Buy lately price is up and well quality is down. Bought a dental tooth scaler and used a week before I got a bad electrical shock.notified them with picture of mark.on arm where electric came out while I had it in my mouth. They told me that was not possible they denied my refund. After getting an electric shock they denied my refund. I filed complaint with u s consumer produce safety and told them I would make there product unsellable.they gave me my 23$ back. Only way to get messages from them is to download there app. Well once app is downloaded you will get non stop. Messages about the deal of the minute. It's constant.Still can't find log out on there app. So now after I read the message I just delete there app to stop the ads. It just another internet whore house. Just so you realize that we are getting bombarded with 5 million ads over our life it's way out of hand. No longer advertising it's brainwashing. Just my thoughts on 1984.
I opend a dispute for didn't receive the item. Then I got an email from Aliiexpress saying "Seller has a new proposal". The seller let me cancel the dispute then open a new one to cancel the order. However, after I accepted the proposal, I can't open dispute again, and the order status changed to "Finished". I asked the seller, and the seller replied "Dear, you can contact Ali customer service for help ".
I contacted Ali customer service and the agent said she would contact the seller to solve the problem.
Since I didn't get any new information, I asked customer service again. Finally, I got an email from Ali customer care:
"As checked here that your dispute for this order is already done under mutual agreement since you accepted the dispute proposal on your dispute and if you are not satisfied with the dispute solution, with this to work out a solution as soon as possible, you are suggested to contact seller to explain the problem you met and the solution you want in details. Considering time difference, there may be a little bit delay on seller's response. Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated and we hope you a great experience shopping with AliExpress.".
And when I asked Ali customer service again, there was no answer, just like the seller.

I ordered (order number **************) an item that i never received do to my fault forgeting to change my old delivery address but i did try to change the address right away after ordering and was inposdible!
So i went and i Cancell my order in a less than 24h from ordering time! The sitde showed "Cancelling" but no cancellation number for a day long. At the end of the day the Cancellation changed to "Awaiting Delivery"! So i got charged for something(over $100 value) that i will never receive. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO COMUNICATE WITH THEM. IS NO WAY. THIS IS FRAUD!
So cheap service I ordered on September 26 /2022 and still waiting for delivery and they are also not replied
I made a couple of orders from AliExpress, no issues with that. My problem with this outfit is, as soon as I placed an order suddenly the email I provided was inundated with spam email, seems mostly from servers in China, and non-stop. I'm going to delete my account and their app, and I'll never order from them again. I've never had this happen ordering from ebay or Amazon.

I ordered (Type-C USB 3.1 8TB 12TB SSD Hard Drive 500GB 4TB Portable SSD Ext.) I was not satisfied with the product and returned it on time and legally.
After more than 6 months I have not been refunded... 29.31 euros. They seem to be unacceptable and untrustworthy!
My report was not responded to quickly I was disappointed with the service from aliexpress. Refund issuse. There is no definite explanation. I have to wait 3-20 working days, it's time, nothing goes to the bank. My transfer doesn't show up. I'm very disappointed.
If you think ebay protected too much their seller, you did not experience Aliexpress. Beware never got my refund for an item they didn't even shipped!

Ordered a Picture Frame that reminded me of my late mom over 3 months ago. Was recently told it was delivered? I never received my order? When disputed was advised was delivered to Local Post Office? Requested information as to which Post Office and a reference number, of which I was never provided? Not forgetting the fact it was actually supposed to be delivered to my residence, I paid for door to door service? When I queried with them I was send short abjupt automated responses of which only took 3 days for them to dismiss me. Clearly they are not interested. They've got my money, I don't have my product?
Dispute was closed with "NO REFUND" as their final comment. Absolute rip offs. I dind't want a bloody refunded, I wanted my picture frame.

AliExpress says item delivered. But yet I have nothing. I asked for a refund and they give me a tracking number for Canada post that doesn't work. They also give me number to call Canada post but not a valid number as per Canada post so my item is lost and they won't do anything and now they ignore my emails

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
