I gave 2 stars simply because the log in and the ordering process is straightforward. But when I get to the "confirm your order" page all I get is a screenfull of grey boxes that I think appear to be trying to refresh. This will continue for as long as I stay there with no way forward.
This makes Aliexpress totally useless in practice.
"Help" is of course no help at all, but admittedly that is normal.
And forget about "Eva" it is just a different route to help.
There is of course no visible way of communicating with the company.

Sellers ship bad quality items without care. Aliexpress encourages this by asking buyers to pay for returns, even when it is obvious the product is damaged or of bad quality.
They sold me FAKE Bio Oil. I told them I thought it was fake. They immediately set me up for a return & refund. So I'm glad about that. But s

I have ordered many items and it was delivered just like the descriptions, they have fast shipping process and free shipping items too. There items are always delivered on time, i like how the sellers reply fast too and meets our needs.
I'm about to the point of not buying anything else on Ali. It's just not worth the hassle from being asked to provide evidence that you didn't receive an item(actually happened), to them 95% of the time siding with the seller when then send you damaged, returned, or faulty items. Whatever you do don't buy items that have high shipping as that can be another scam where they only have to refund for item. There are some decent buys, but I'm to the point of exhausted with being told how a broken item not working is because I don't know how to use it, or have to follow the instructions carefully... such as a soldering iron that won't melt solder when set to 450 degrees... on top of the links the give for you to sort stuff out not working. Pictures nope they're not enough. They need videos. But then they're not enough. A damaged microscope who's eye piece is 6 degrees off straight, won't focus, and macular degeneration gives a better picture, sorry Pictures and video isn't enough... just don't buy anything more than about 15 bucks so the sting isn't too bad when they get you.
I should be able to get refund since the product Was Not same as Described. I ordered purple leather shoes says " I love Canada". I chose the product correctly. I received the purple mesh shoes says" I love China". My daughter is Canadian and we were excited about this shoes. I talked 10 human agents and they said they will make sure I get refund. But the dispute team rejected my refund twice saying " there is no difference between the product the seller sent and I received. The seller knew there was a difference. They still did not give me refund. They said I have to send them back to receive the refund even though it was their fault. There is a proof that there is a difference in products. Dispute team is either blind or stupid.
Be aware of Ali express they scam people, they don't deliver product and ignore your letters after, you can't prove them the items were not delivered, be careful don't buy from them don't waste your money!

Bought an air fryer broke after 2 weeks could not file claim, it had been more than 5 days. And Osmond has jerked me around for over a month, offered $30 for me to get fixed. That is not enough money for my time or the repair. I said no I want a full refund they quit corresponding with me. All Ali will do is send me an email saying Vendor is corresponding with you so let them take care of it. Constant back and forth. ( I really believe the hope I will just give up) But if they read what vendor was saying 90% percent of his emails say be patient they are working on it (for 5 weeks). In several years since 2018 and dozens of orders, apx. 50% or more were never refunded or received. And one out of ten items not as described or centimeter to inch conversion was incorrect.
I placed an order no. ************** on 14th june 2022. It was expected to be delivered by 10th july. I waited till 10th July and then when I tracked it mentioned It is getting delayed please wait. This continued till last week of July. Then I raised a dispute. After follow up I am informed the product has been delivered. When i checked from USPS they informed "Label created package not delivered. They have closed the dispute and now have blocked even for raising fresh dispute. Please learn from my experience Don't place order on AliExpress just because they show lower price. I have been cheated and please don't lose your money
I bought a battery from ali express - advertised as a 100 amp hour battery. Im expecting it to arrive about the size of a car battery (rather large) when the battery finally does arrive, its not much bigger than a can of soda... (about a tall boi). Given the construction (how the battery was mad and the materials it was made from) there is 0 chance this battery is going to meet the 100 amp hour rating from the seller. I started the dispute process thinking nothing of it, this is clearly false advertising and ill get my money back.
The dispute process wants me to load test the battery using a $300 pro tool. Advised this was unreasonable as the battery wasn't even half that in cost. Advised of battery construction, and materials - its physically impossible for the battery to achieved the advertised ratings. Its like visiting the car dealership, and the salesman tells you, "sits 25 people comfortably"... and then you drive what you drive today... its just not happening.
Ali sides with the seller, and advises me to get a battery test. - okay fine, ill bite.
I spend 1hr of my time driving to a professional shop to have them perform a battery test and pay their service fee. When i present the battery to the technician - he LAUGHED at the quality and size. He was amazed that a company was getting away with this.
He performed the test of which the battery was just under 5% of the rated capacity. Wrote me a letter on company letter head explaining it was not possible to achieve these ratings.
I opened an appeal, and presented my new evidence - They closed the appeal stating the provided evidence was insufficient...
At this point im feeling robbed, and mistreated as a customer. The laws of physics would have to change for this thing to be as advertised... and i received 0 support from the ali express side. Declined at every turn.
Needless to say i will never shop Ali again, and the lack of customer service on their part was appalling, with ignorance to boot.
Anyone who knew basic knowledge about batteries could tell, this was not as advertised.

I purchased with them for the first time which all went well until they began to demand my ID and credit card pictures and info. Now they offer payment threw PayPal. Which makes no sense for the addition info. Which leds back fraud! Foreign country means bad deals
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
