DO NOT RISK IT!

I thought it was ok. I used it for years - I am a long time buyer, but beware!

I got scammed with goods worth $130. The seller sent goods worth 1/2 what I paid.
I lodged a dispute to no effect.
My only solution to get a refund was to send goods back at $42 postage.
Lodged tracking number in their internal system.
I have just been e-mailed that I failed to lodge the tracking number [I did].
They now notify me they will release ALL the funds to the scammer.
Now I am out $172.
You can't complain to AliExpress.
1. You can't reply to their e-mails.
2. You can't get any 'Help' despite the site looking like there are safety precautions. None of them work!
3. Their 'Forum' is down. Surprise, surprise.
4. I posted on their parent Alibaba Forum. It was removed in hours.
5. I found their HQ in Hong Kong and thought at last I had found an avenue to have my case heard. Not so the e-mail is a dud.

AliEpress leave no avenue for complaint - beware.

Increasingshoes.com is a great place for your quality shoe needs. I love their profile of height increasing shoes, I was introduced to this site through a friend of mine and I am glad I got to know about it. I have been looking to gain a couple of inches in height and there have a very diverse collection of shoes, classy and stylish to give a great look to your feet and overall attire.In addition the prices are affordable and a great products for the quality
They have shoes to suit all occasions ranging from formal to casual wear. I bought myself Brogue 1V, just loved it, its very stylish and I carry myself confidently with it.
Customer service is prompt and attentive, didn't have any issues, delivery was on time.
I am definitely returning, a very satisfied customer.

I ordered Doilies for an upcoming wedding and my payment went through and I had received an email that my product was being shipped. Two weeks later I received an email from AliExpress stating that my order had been cancelled because payment had not been made. This upset me very much because I was looking forward to the product I was supposed to received and now I will never order from this website again. It is too much of a hassle to order and not receive your product and go through the whole dispute process to get your refund back. This was my first and last experience with this website.

I am a regular customer who do some window shopping, every month for some nice niche products at best price, if you want to understand how it works, you first take sometime to understand how it works, what protection they provide for money, how will you get refund all that, not simply jumping into website and place orders and they simply saying this site is FAKE this site is Useless.

Good things about Alibaba/Aliexpress
They have a Seller rating system & Feedback review system which you should review before placing any orders.
They have buyer protection, which means if you did not get your order in good condition or as per description, until you click on, "Goods received" the seller will not get his/her payment.
If the interaction with the seller did not solve your problem, you can escalate directly to Alibaba/Aliexpress customer care by "Opening Dispute" before you click that "Good received in good condition"

This is a great website and online store for elevator shoes for men. I went on this site with my boyfriend to help him find a pair. We decided he should get a pair since I am always taller than him when I wear high heels. Now I can wear heels and we are the same height!
Overall we found the site easy to use and navigate, and the shoes arrived quickly and in good condition. We were satisfied with the fast service, and the with the quality of the shoes as well. My boyfriend loves wearing his new elevator shoes when we go out together.

I appreciate finding increasingshoes.com because buying height increasing shoes is something that I feel more comfortable with in private. The site was quick, efficient, and the delivery was on time. The shoes themselves are great. They look really natural, are stylish, and give me a couple extra inches which helps with my confidence when I go out on a Friday or Saturday night. I had a good experience the first time I ordered from a supplier there. However, the next time I ordered from a supplier there I got ripped off. The so-called supplier hooked me with an excellent price for a product. I bit. The "supplier" then said there was some problems with sending the product via DHL and it would have to be sent from another mail carrier.

For my inconvenience, they advised me to file a dispute with Aliexpress to receive a portion of the money I had been charged. I did. I received the portion, but never received the product. The "supplier" disappeared.

Aliexpress guarantees on several pages of its website that a full refund would be issued if a product isn't received. I contacted them (*******@aliexpress.com) and was told there is nothing they could do, because the remaining funds had been released to the "supplier" when the dispute for the partial refund was closed.

Apparently, Aliexpress only allow for one dispute per transaction. This caveat is not stated anywhere on their site. Obviously, the fake supplier knew this and used it to their advantage. I wonder how many thousands of others are scammed by this practice. Aliexpress didn't reply to my subsequent messages and I never got my "guaranteed" refund.

They do sell high quality shoes, I'm absolutely happy with my purchase. Im placing another order at the end of the week. I love the price also, and the shipping was extremely fast. Excellent customer service i must save. I love Increasingshoes.com. My cousin has also placed orders, he was pleased as well, he is the one who directed me to the website. My brother is also ordering, he lives in germany. We are little guys but these shoes are perfect. And ad a bit of confidence..

I have been robbed by 4 sellers on this website! They take payment and then do not send gods and do not respond to emails. I have been killing myself trying to get in touch with someone (anyone) at Aliexpress for help and it is virtually impossible! I have been roobed of over $150. The biggest scam artist is Jason Chen at Sunny Magic store on Aliexpress. DO NOT buy from him! In his web store he sells earrings and lists the as such: 1 piece $0.44,2 piece / lot = $0.88. I thought this was a great deal... until I made my purchase and he notified me that the order had shipped (he gave me a false tracking number) and then told me that 1 lot= 1 pair of earrings! He is charging not for a pair of earrings but for individual earrings but makes it appear as if you are purchasing 2 pair. I had such an awful awful experience with this person that I was actually in tears! Through email he was mocking and ridiculing me. I don't know who can help me but I have notified an eccomerce legal firm and I hope they can help because even if I never get my money back putting an end to this grand scale theft and scamming will be worth it! I have NEVER EVER in my life had such a traumatizing experience as a customer! I am petrified to order from anyone else in China! Because of this man...

My boyfriend has always been a little worried about his height. He’s just 5’4”, and I am 5’6”, so people sometimes comment about how he is short than I am. People can be mean like that. Since he’s worried about his height, I suggested he could look into some products that might make him feel taller and better about himself. He jumped on that idea and went online and found Increasingshoes.com. At first, he wasn’t sure which model he should look into, so he contacted the live chat members on the website and they helped him until he found some shoes he thought would be good for him. He said they were very nice. He eventually (after lots of indecisiveness on his part) ordered 3.5-inch shoes and he loves them. The shoes look entirely discrete and he wears them all the time. People have commented on how he looks like he’s grown and I even find other women looking at him more often (uh-oh!). There’s not more weird looks from people on the street, because so many people negatively judge a man shorter than his significant other. I am so happy that these shoes could make such a big difference in his life and mine. The new shoes look great on his, and so does his newfound confidence. I think I’ll get him another pair for Christmas!

I am so pleased that these guy's agreed to ship internationally as I live in Ireland and you just cannot get elevator shoes here. My friend in New York sent me the link as he knew I was getting married to a lady who is 4 inches taller than me (without heels). They have a great selection of shoes on offer and the Live Support was so helpful in helping me decide what would be best for me and pricing the shipping charges. The shoes actually arrived earlier than expected, the packaging was very secure and without damage. The goods themselves were first rate fitted perfectly and were of excellent quality (I am still wearing them daily a year later). I particularly liked the anonymous packaging and invoicing, a real bonus to your esteem when you are conscious of being shorter than average. The shoes certainly helped make our wedding that little bit extra special, especially the photos. Great company cannot recommend highly enough.

STAY AWAY! After browsing through their website I was so excited to et such cheap stuff! However, after reading the reviews (after attempting to order) I realized what a sham this is. The prices are low which is great but I had to put in my information several times to attempt to make a payment. My payment when then denied and my cart emptied! Then I had to refill my cart and use a different card which worked. I even got an email saying my payment had been verified. Then the next day my order was "closed." I was assured I would not be charged but maybe a hold would be on my card for the amount for 7 days. Upon checking, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED and it is NOT a hold. So basically I just paid for something I didn't and will never receive. I tried to contact them and there is absolutely no customer service unless you count IMing with a computer program trying to resolve your problem. AWFUL. STAY AWAY!
