I am very disappointed with this site and I will never try to buy from here again. On 2 occasions I have paid for runners advertised as available only to be told weeks later that they are not available. I am then given a refund but in the conversion I have lost AUS$20.00 in total. Aliexpress you are a disappointment.
Don't dven order hair from BEQUEEN HSIR PRODUCTS. YOU will not get the hair as mentioned. They will tell you to do this n that & not want to refund you even half of your money. They will tell you to take away the bad. Review n leave a good one. They care more about lying to their consumers. The hair I got looked old. The curl pattern waSnt there. It was so frizzy. And they didn't care! Don't risk it. What the hell will I do with 30$ when I spend 120?
Horrible service. I order a navy prom dress from this website and recueved it about a month later, still in time for prom thank goodness because it was so horrible I needed to find a new dress. First of all the dress was ill fitting even after I took my measurements, the color was sky blue and there were stains all over it. The fabric was heavy polyester and not chiffon. Don't but from this website unless you are ready to be disappointed. OH and they also REFUSED to give me a refund even after I sent the dress back!

If you want to save your hard earned money, time and peace of mind, never, ever buy things from aliexpress, specially electronic goods. I had bought a phone that was out of production. The seller promised me that it's a refurbished original phone and so i ordered and paid extra shipping costs hoping for faster delivery. Instead, the seller used another courier service which did not cover the extra shipping costs.
The phone i received did not even turn on. The seller sent me another, same story, didn't work. If you can get a product at your local store for a few dollars more, buy it there, rather than form the unscrupulous crooks at aliexpress.

Few months ago I ordered and paid for a set of car seat covers. They never arrived. I was given the option of ordering the car seat covers again or getting my money back. I have been using websites like dealextreme.com for a while. Since aliexpress came along, it is just so much easier to purchase products. The website infrastruceture is better (similar to ebay), and communication is easier. However, dont expect to get the finest quality for 5 dollars. You get what you pay for!
This website links you to Chinese manufacturers directly. You can have better deal in here than Groupon, nCrowd Deals or other similar websites. You can find the price of the same items would only be half or even less expensive.
I agree with John. Disputes are ignored. Sellers ignore U after first complaint. Never received my goods. Still waiting on refund.

They lie to you about the abilities of phones then when you start a dispute aliexpress bacs them up even with overwhelming evidence, the eternal team changes its name every month, if you check there reviews it's almost 1 star on all products, avoid aliexpress and there suppliers at all cost, you will get ripped off
I used to have good luck with this site, but have been disappointed lately. Two shipments from regular sellers never even showed location scans, a month after they shipped them. One reshipped, but I only receive half the quantity I ordered! Second seller swears the tracking number is correct, but it's been 4 weeks and there are still no location scans? Sorry but it's either lost or they gave me a bad tracking number. I have been very patient requesting extensions to give them a little extra time, but it's getting ridiculous.

I have made several purchases from AliExpress without issue however 1 item received was both not as advertised and faulty, I raised a dispute for this item where the seller tried to scam me for return parcel to China and I outsmarted him.
Pay by credit card
Do NOT return item before return shipping has been paid by the seller (Offline, this cannot be done at Aliexpress so must happen by e. G Paypal, but ensure payment is by "Personal Payment" so it cannot be charged back once you have shipped item to China).
Despite Aliexpress saying you must only send item back when return shipping is paid, their dispute system forces you to send item back or seller will receive full payment, so if seller avoids sending shipping payment and avoids communicating with you for 9 days, he gets paid.
Simple solution:
Issue a chargeback on the Aliexpress payment with your CC Company.
Then ask the seller to send payment by Paypal "Personal Payment" ONLY so he cannot Chargeback and leave the return shipping to you.
They are thief and robber from china, do not buy from them, i brought from this site for goods from, but it is a damaged one, i report and try to replace with all the evident, they don't help at all, so it is between you and the seller, and you know, you never get your money back and replace, AliExpress won't help at all, they are disgusting like a robber
Stay away from this site. Complete rip off. I made 2 purchases. Both were appalling. Cheap, Chinese rubbish. Tried to contact seller on both occasions. No response at all. Tried to open dispute. No response at all.
I can't help but let people know about this site it is a major rip off the sizes are not true to size the XL looks like a small and the dress they sent me thin as toilet tissue they should have paid me to put it on. It was God awful! Never again
I ordered two bike batteries from a Chinese company on Ali Express giving them the exact specifications and dimensions of the battery, which the company agreed. Having secured my payment of $554.28, I have received an e-mail stating that the standard size has now changed. I wasted time setting up an e-mail account with AliExpress and time sending e-mails back and forth to the company. I have cancelled my order but fear I may never see this money again. Since ordering I have noticed that this tactic has been used many times on unsuspecting buyers. I am now incredibly worried that the seller will not authorize my cancellation and I will have to go into dispute wasting further time. My experience has meant that I will NEVER EVER trade again with AliExpress. Please read this and learn from my experience and that of many others.
Aliexpress is a scam. Please don't order anything from them. I've ordered 2 phone cases and it been more than 4 months and I never received them. I would give them a zero for rating if I could. Big disgrace and shame on you aliexpress Consumers, please beware

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
