I couldn't even rate it as a 0! Ordered one I thought it was my fault that its blew. Ordered another one and from a technician foound the heat sink was totally inadequate. Technician said quote total piece of junk you wasted your money it cost more to fix it than you paid for it

I have purchase loads of stuff off aliexpress. Most products great. If I have had a issue it's as easy as putting a disbupt through to them and getting it sorted. Aliexpress doesn't release the money to the vendor until you have confirmed goods received and your happy so there is that extra guarantee there

I have purchased 6n3 preamp from the Aliexpress vendor called "best partner mall", it regrettably arrived incomplete, without the mains transformer, despite the seller's product clear description stating the transformer will be included. The seller is totally uncooperative.
So beware folks - it may also happen to you. Now I have a useless piece of PCB with two valves sitting on it, as suitable transformers are not readily available where I reside.
It has been more than 60 days I had bought two products from ali express, none of them have arrived, they dont even gave correct tracking details,...

I bought a pair of shoes, but was sent a defective product that look like someone glued it together in their living room. I sent it back and was promised a refund since August. I'm still waiting. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from this seller. They charge your card and ship your item from Asia, though their website make it look like they are based in Brooklyn, New York. Complete rip off.
They sent wrong shoes wrong size and won't take them back!

AliExpress management is not controlling or managing their resellers. I have had many orders purchased in the past with no issues - now I am experiencing issues of orders not being filled, long delays in processing, tracking numbers that are bogus, orders that do not arrive, sellers that do not respond to emails, refunds that are not made and other communication issues. In addition there is no customer service to contact. I am now ceasing to do any business with AliExpress.
Purchased a screen for an Iphone 5c that arrived in a non working condition and received well after promised ETA. Then its taking forever for a claim to be processed and it's still ongoing. Stay away from this site unless you have money to lose. No customer service and no protection for the buyer.
I have had a very good experience with AliExpress, then the fakes started coming. They have their own in house arbitration and expect me to pay the cost of returning the fake goods! The arbitration also seems biased towards the seller, what a surprise. NOT.

I bought a lot of items from AliExpress and I find it one of the most reliable websites. The quite oftenly have the lowest or free shipping cost. I had some disputes with sellers but the sellers don't get their money before the buyer is satisfied. Better problem resolution than Ebay. There are a lot of cheap junk on the website, but you get what you pay for. I find the wide selection of products very helpful especially when you can't find specialist products in the local shops. Approach with care, and it is a great place to shop for specialist items and bargains...
I have been ordering from this site for a few years. I do not buy anything over 50 dollars. I have found that some stuff are very bad quality, but I have a few lovely dresses. So I would say do not spend a lot of money, read the reviews, communicate with the seller. If they do not respond right away, do not buy from them. I found most of the sellers really do try and please you.

They will not correct anything about your order, even if it is addressed the same day as the of your order. Trying to contact a body to talk to is impossible. The so called arbitrators seem to be in Aliexpress' pocket. My advice is to love America for its customer service. You will get what you ordered in the US.
I ordered 2 NFL Throwback Jerseys and the stitching and the collar were crooked. Missing NFL shield patch, crooked NFL patch on the other jersey. They will only refund you half of what you pay for or maybe less! I also ordered an American flag case for my ipad and they sent me a British flag case. I just stick to ebay.

I ordered a dress and a lot zumba pants from different sellers around the same time. The dress was a standard size 12. I received a dress that was not proportionate at all to the standard measurement. I filed a complaint and never received a resolution or an correspondence from Aliexpress.
