I ordered a jacket for 33$ and because I wanted it soon, I paid extra 30$ for their EMS courier service, in the hope that I will receive it on specified time that is 17 days. But now it's beyond the period and I have not received it, also they provided tracking number which is fake. And most importantly, they have sent it through China post and not Ems. I paid extra for Ems.
There is no phone number or email to contact them. This is a complete scam. Don't ever buy goods from this website.
I ordered something in early October. A day later (Oct 7) came the notification email saying "your order has been shipped". Well the seller only gave me a tracking number, which is not fake (it's in China Post database) but there is no tracking information whatsoever aside from "electronic information received". The seller did not answer my polite questions, so I opened a dispute (also with a polite but straightforward message, wanting a full refund) but there has been no response. I don't know what to do anymore.

Bought a phone and paid for dhl express, they did not ship the phone for 21 days, raised a dispute but the cheats provided a fake tracking number. Item posted after 27 days and got a used phone. Dispute raised but aliexpress sided with seller.

Only buy using epacket cuts time to about 14 days and you can track it.

This website contains many sellers so it would not be fair to rate it. However; you should read every word if you want to buy something from this site as it does contain many sellers that are not very friendly and honest. Also; check the processing time carefully because many sellers write the item will be processed in one week and yea they actually spend one week before shipping your order.
Another advice is a very important one: do not buy anything without tracking number unless it's very cheap. Singapore Post or Hong Kong Post is good economic choices.
I purchased two Samsung S6 phones July 2. They arrived July 7. None of the chargers worked. One phone stopped working after a day. The Seller agreed to replace the phone and suggested a 4G LTE upgrade for $10.00. I had to ship the phone back ($18.00) The day after I shipped the phone the 2nd phone stopped working. I notified the seller and decided to wait till the new phone arrived. Three weeks later the new phone arrived. That phone would not recognize the SIM. Contacted seller and AliExpress. Seller would not return emails or Skype. AliExpress to me to follow their complaint process, which I did. In the process of trying to work this out. My carrier said that my phone was stolen and shut off my service. It took two days to get my other phones unblocked. As of today, AliExpress told me that the Seller was out of business and there was nothing that they could do at this point. If you look deep into their structure, there is no way to contact them directly. Only means is through their CRS and they are worthless is resolving issues. I am out $421.00, all due to AliExpress failures to protect their buyers. DO NOT purchase anything through AliExpress. There is a very good chance you will lose your money and own a worthless piece of trash.

I finally got my money back after nearly 5 months through the credit card company. They went after them and it turned out good. Word of advice... document everything and let the credit card company to the butt kickin'
Im trying to get a refund on a poor quility, but very expensive, doll. With their protection plan you open a despute and if the seller doesnt contact you in the 5 days given, the case is closed. So if they dont contact you too bad its you problem. Dont make my mistake stay away from aliexpress!
AliExpress "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"! I have leaned the hard way that their implied warranty is worthless. The attitude reflected by AliExpress is that all Americans are lairs. They treat you with arrogance and ask that you go through unreasonable steps to prove that their item is defective. All the while they have already made up their minds that are not going honor their implied warranty for a defective item. "Without honor, such people are thieves and cowards".

The seller send out the item right after I canceled the order without notice me at all! What kind of business that they are doing? The customer service guy tell me that if i open an dispute I would get full refund and there would be punishment to the seller. I wasted my time and opened an dispute, still no refund. Then the customer service tell me "well, the dispute has closed." Just like that, like I have to deal with all the stupid thing that they have put me through.
Ordered a flower girl dress at the last minute. They recommended expedited shipping. Everything was very reasonably priced. They took actual measurements by email communication. I live on east coast so we would email eachother when it was 11pm. Good and easy communication at that same time every night! Accurate shipping information. Beautiful dress. Very positive experience. Very happy!
Don't waste your time on this site. Very unethical business. Very cheap quality, smaller sizing for clothing and very RUDE business owners. They give you the chance to dispute or agree on some type of refund, but once you do - you are flagged and account suspended. Be very leary of the business owners involved in this "online market place". Very sketchy.

I had the worst experience ever with seller Guangzhou DiuDiu Technology Ltd.
Firstly, it took more than 7 days to process my order although he was able to accept my payment on the same day I placed my order.
Secondly, he was very rude towards me. He does not speak English but he told me that it was ''out of the question'' to satisfy his customers. English is not my mother tongue, but at least I do not copy paste my sentences from Google Translation like he does all the time.
Thirdly, he refused to extend buyer's protection AND to accept my dispute request. My tracking number has not updated for more than a month; therefore, I presume it got lost somewhere in China. It does not track on Canada Post website, so I guess I will never be able to know what have happened to my package. I understand that sometimes, the delivery time can exceed the estimated shipping time (from 15 to 34 days), but after a while there is no hope left. My package is not held by Chinese customs, so what else could it be? The seller won't believe me when I relate these facts. He ignores my concern about throwing money down the drain and he won't provide any solutions.
Finally, he has at the moment 98,5% positive feedback. How is that even possible if he treats me like crap and he acts like an $#*!? I wonder if he can filter every comment he gets from his customers. That's some shady business in my opinion. Don't ever buy from his shop, you could possibly go through this living Hell by trusting him. I am a broke college student so I take this very seriously. I want to get what I paid for. You have been warned.
I was provided with a bogus Tracking Number and the item never arrived. I opened a Dispute and the Seller immediately offered to re-send my item if I would close dispute. No way was I doing that so I requested a refund. Still waiting and I don't expect I'll ever receive a refund. If I do I update my review. My advice... stay away from AliExpress.

But not good quality
I ordred more than 60 order with no problem, stip led, 2 android tablets, plasma cutter, electronics cigarettes, watches, and more with no problems. Two times the seller did not send the good product I keep it and they refund me. The only problem it's impossible to communic with the Aliexpress agency or compagny.

I opened a dispute after 2months, the seller threatened me, and then AlieExpress closed the dispute and released my funds to the seller. It has now been 3 months since i placed the order, still haven't received and AliExpress is still refusing to refund my money. The "buyer protection" is a flat out lie.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
