It took them about 6 days to ship the item, they sent it in the way I had to pay £16 import tax and they have included an used battery that didnt hold much charge. They can offer little compensation in return but only if you leave them 5 star feedback.

I love this site because it makes it easy to find products, particularly Chinese products, that are difficult to acquire in some countries. Products take some time to ship, but that is because I live so far away. Knowing that ahead of time, I have had only good experiences with the delivery time and quality of the things I buy. Just like any site, checking reviews and doing some product research is really the key to finding exactly what you were looking for. I will be using them in the future.
Only purchased through AliExpress once. Did not receive what I paid for. I ordered an item in Brown and received one in Silver. Even though I submitted pictures, the seller insisted it was Brown. Had to initiate a dispute with AliExpress and although it was determined the item I received did not match what I purchased, I was still held responsible for the majority of the cost, not the seller. It was insulting that I was offered a $3 refund after paying over $20. In fact the seller, who was extremely rude and threatened me, received almost all of what I initially paid. Then when I tried leaving feedback on the seller's site so others would be aware, AliExpress never posted my feedback. In all my years and thousands of purchases online, I have never experienced a worse online buying experience or worse customer service. I would never risk buying through AliExpress again as their priority is clearly protecting their own sellers and not the customer!
I am an upset customer who made a purchase from you and received it broken. The package itself was in impeccable shape however, the product was broke. I reached out to express my concern to have a new one replaced and was told. "Sorry, the shipping is too expensive" I have paid for this product and order it with "FREE SHIPPING" by there choice. I feel we as customers should be advised if the product comes damaged we cant complain because the shipping is free. Nor can I get a full refund. I am out of the product and monies spent. PLEASE NOTE:::: NO refunds or exchanges on damaged items with free shipping. Guest what! They also cancel your account. The disputes and all orders is gone from my account... I still have another item to be delivery? Or not..
4x west ham shirt where wrong size. Badge was wrong and writing was pink on the shirt. Won't give me address to send back after asking 3 times. Wants to give me partial refund for something that will go in bin.

Aliexpress is not really helping when they offer a low refund if i don't get a agreement with the seller. So all the seller has to do is ignore me and he will only have to pay the partial refund.
I ordered lace from Garment Fabric Fashion. It came in as sampled on site. However my second purchase of the same item came in not at all the same. It was cheaper looking. I lost 321.00 because I shipped it back because of the dispute time you have which is ridiculous way to do business. Aliexpress is geared towards the seller rather than the buyer and I spent several hours on the chat. I was told by the chatter I would receive my 321.00 back. I had the saved conversation, but the saved chat will not let you send it to another site chatter who asked for it for proof. Garment Fabric Fashion has the same lace up the cheaper picture & the better picture still to this day. So if you get the wrong item and the seller does not credit back you lose and will not be able to do anything about it. I find it distrustful when any site does not have phone numbers or anything to get in contact with the site and the chatters have their rehearsed comments.
I ordered and paid 122.00 for Minnie Mouse Crib Set From "Baby Kingdom, Demi Wang, item "out of stock", Aliexpress has not looked into why this seller has not refunded and rejected a refund knowing she does not carry item ordered. Its takin forever for refund.No Help from AliExpress, Dont Shop Here
I recently buy an iPhone lens through Aliexpress but got a cheap broken lens but when i complained, i was told to to submit clear pictures, i did but was told to resubmit clear pictures, i explained that the blurry pictures were from the broken lens i received, they denied my case because i did not submit clear pictures. Aliexpress failed me and supported a scammer selling cheap broken lens that do not work with iPhones. Do not buy from Aliexpress, they won't support buyers

Do NOT believe their BS claim - Buyer Protection, there is no protection for you, I was told by one of their sellers that he (or she) is tired of customers like me, who complain. OMG! I am out of money and I am stuck with garbage that I cannot use. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Struggling to find my order as mobile site is junk and app just as bad. Placed a small order to try it out. A lot of fake stuff on it. That dont bother me. Desriptions and sizes of things are horrendous. A truely buyer beware site

I ordered Girls shoes on AliExpress. They came in a terrible shape 2.5 sizes too small. Opened dispute tried to communicate with the seller tried to contact customer service although it's non-existent (it's a company with no email address and no phone number) if you ever try to order something from the site you might not get your money back. That's how it happened in my case. Most of the time they side with the Sellers even though I had evidence I send them 4 pictures and so they decided I'm getting my money back... same day they wrote me an email saying seller is getting money back. Just like that... I tried to get in touch... you can't... NO CONTACT INFO!
AliExpress refused to send ordered items, demanded more money 200% for shipment after I placed and pay my order, refused to cancel my order, rejected to refund/ return funds.
I have to go true my bank to get my payment back.
My advice... stay away from AliExpress!
Received the wrong product and seller agreed to refund it. Seller told me product was out of stock but sent out a random order anyways. Customer service is horrible and doesn't help and seller is not replying. This site is a scam, don't order anything from it.
I bought a mobile on aliexpress and waited for 15 day, received nothing except a mail that the goods have been delievered. Made a complaint on the website and even reminded them through mail and call but no reply was received. Worst website, will never buy anything and never recommend aliexpress to anyone

I like the product and quality I received. But this dispute is just to complain about the fact the I did not get 100 qty's that were originally on the description of the product.
I only received 50 qty's which was communicated to me after I already spent the money and was waiting for 3 weeks because the seller made a mistake where it should have been listed for 100 qty's not 50.
This was really upsetting because I needed those for my guests, and its really not fair that I paid and did not get what I asked for?
If there was a mistake, my money should have been refunded to me as soon as they found the error, instead they shipped whatever amount they wanted to send and told me after they shipped it. That's unfair to me and for this I will not recommend this site.
Good business practice should have been to honor what was originally listed on the site then correct it so no one else has this issue. It was wrong to short ship me after I paid and tell me later rather than give me the choice to cancel the order.
I bought an iPhone 5s from that ali, I spent 365 euros, it came in good time, at least for China and was well packaged. I didn't use it immediately as I had no cover to protect it, after a week I started to use the phone and noticed that most of the time I had no cellular/network coverage. I messaged the seller to ask if they could help, I was told to restore the phone and I did so through iTunes, long story short the iPhone no longer works as it wont reactivate through the apple servers. And because I'm outside of the 15 day window to open a dispute, I am left with a very expensive brick.

I ordered a jacket for 33$ and because I wanted it soon, I paid extra 30$ for their EMS courier service, in the hope that I will receive it on specified time that is 17 days. But now it's beyond the period and I have not received it, also they provided tracking number which is fake. And most importantly, they have sent it through China post and not Ems. I paid extra for Ems.
There is no phone number or email to contact them. This is a complete scam. Don't ever buy goods from this website.
I ordered something in early October. A day later (Oct 7) came the notification email saying "your order has been shipped". Well the seller only gave me a tracking number, which is not fake (it's in China Post database) but there is no tracking information whatsoever aside from "electronic information received". The seller did not answer my polite questions, so I opened a dispute (also with a polite but straightforward message, wanting a full refund) but there has been no response. I don't know what to do anymore.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
