Ordered a couple of items - all were of an appalling quality, awful stitching leaving holes, very poor quality fabric, horrific chemical smell. One of the item did not match its description at all and made out of completely different fabric to the one in the item description. To receive a refund you would need to post back the idem, cost of which which would exceed the item's value. This website, or some of its sellers should be sued for fraudulent trading. What a disgrace!
Don't do business with this site. There is no way to return an item to China and get a replacement item.
AliExpress are using My London Tour design on a range of Tote bags, clutch bags and purses.
They did not get my permission, they did not buy my design and they do not pay royalties.
I am very disappointed that work has been stolen in this way.

The site ALIEXPRESS is decent. Sizes are for clothing are for chinese people. I have bought 20 items totalling about $1200. 80% of the time i was satisfied. 20% of the time the size was wrong. COMMUNICATE with the seller before ordering. TELL THEM YOUR SIZE. FAT AMERICANS YOU ARE NOT XL (in chinese size). THEY DONT HAVE A SIZE FOR YOU. I wear M to L (US size). I usually order XL. I have received my orders 100% of the time. They have a dispute channel (ONLY IF YOU DONT RECEIVE).
I was so close to ordering when i thought to first check out the reviews! I hope everyone does too. Thanks to all those who cared enough to write a review! The reviews saved me money and much agrevation!
My experience has been all "very positive". Recognize that aliexpress only introduces you to thousands of different sellers in Asia. THEY are not the supplier for any of the goods and only facilitate the items for sale. Naturally items shipped take time... they are ordered from Asia and shipped to what ever your mailing address is.
I have ordered over 90 things from Aliexpress and shipped to Canada. If ever there was a problem, it was because I did not read the instructions myself. The sellers I have ordered from were more than accommodating when it came to questions. That is not to say you cannot run into a poor one when ordering from such a large catalogue of suppliers.
All of the vendors are interested in selling their goods and most importantly relying on a positive review, which in turn, motivates them to give the best possible service they can.
Aliexpress has allowed me the opportunity to own some items I probably wouldn't buy here because of the cost factor.
The most helpful advice I can give is to try them for yourself... read the descriptions very well and be patient for it's arrival.
Probably sooner than later our government will create a way to stop or increase the cost of these goods to get their share, so I would act now while the going is still good!
Never, ever buy electronics from AliExpress. I bought a USB flash drive which did not work from the start. Bluetooth headphones advertised as a brand name were not and broke after first touch. The buyer refused to give me a refund unless I gave them a positive review. So basically lie. Although cell phone covers are just fine as long as you are willing to wait and wait for it to arrive. A seller will usually state your item will arrive between 23-35 days, but I generally receive my products 6-8 weeks or never! When you complain you have not received your item by the 35th day, the seller will extend protection by 2 months which means you sit and wait. There are some sellers who will not ship your item, so you need to be on top and file a dispute before the protection ends. One supplier confirmed an item had a specific attribute but that was not true, however, when I filed a dispute, I was only given back 80 cents! As others have said, quality is for the most part terrible, clothing is totally fake, size is totally unpredictable and you will most likely be stuck with the stuff. I ordered a dog travel bag and when put the dog in, I could not unzip it as the zipper was of the lowest quality. They really use cheap stuff to make their items. Dont get fooled by the pics, brand names and their notes starting 'Dear Friend'... Bottom line? Rip-off!
Hi. I am awaiting delivery of my 1st order from Aliexpress. I ordered baby swimsuits and dresses. Has anyone ordered these type of products before and received good service and quality? I read all the reviews and photos customers posted and it looks good. Also, does anyone know about import taxes and how much one would pay? Any advise would be great. Thanks
I am posting this because I can see many amateur buyers rated low and the main reason is order is not received or order is not as described.
Well I have been through AliExpress for almost 2 years.
PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT ALIEXPRESS, AMAZON AND EBAY are different and on their own platforms so please don't think that same rules on Amazon and Ebay would apply on AliExpress. In AliExpress everything will be safe if:
1. You know how to choose the right seller.
2. You know how to monitor your orders and open a dispute if you feel unsafe or something not good is happening ( it must be within protection period)
3. Do not confirm the order received even if you received it. You need to check it first.
4. Contact their customer service if you have questions or before making any moves like confirming dispute, making the orders.
5. Do not pay directly to the seller. Some fraud sellers wants you to pay offline and offer cheap prices.
6. You need to play wise.
These things would keep you safe.
AliExpress is not a scam, it is legit and it is safe if you know how to handle your account. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! RESEARCH THE RULES FIRST BEFORE MAKING SOME ACTIONS

I just received a call from my CC company. The day after my CC was billed by Aliexpress, there appeared another charge from another online service. My CC company had called about suspicious activity on my account. They canceled my account before other charges could appear. Looks like someone at Aliexpress is using CC for their own personal shopping spree. I'm glad my CC company discovered this theft before anything else could be charged. No more Aliexpress for me.
I have bought many low value products where some exceeded my expectations and some were rubbish.
The Chinese quality control and customer service levels are not up to Western standards which is why I buy low value products in small numbers - I was personally criticized by one of the vendors over the phone recently.
The most expensive item I have purchased was an IP Camera which was DOA (dead on arrival) and I raised a dispute supplying video evidence to the arbitration panel (the vendor tried to blame me for being incompetent) which I won and was awarded 77% refund (which took weeks to arrive). I then used that money to purchase another IP Camera from a different store but it turned out be the same guy running that store too. When the 2nd camera arrived it too did not work out of the box and I'll have to upgrade my PC operating system in order to get it working - I gave the vendor 1 star for not describing product accurately.
Remember, If any received products is faulty it cannot be sent back due high delivery costs therefore one needs to satisfy the dispute arbitrators with ( usually video evidence) - which isn't always easy - unlike say, buying though Amazon. Could do without the hassle, but in saying that some products are incredibly cheap.
Finally, their payment system is better than ebay's PayPal - one of the worse payment system ever dreamt up - and come to think of it, I prefer AliExpress to ebay.

I'm now an A3 member of AliExpress ( have a medal next to my name) as I've purchased more than 60 items. Lately I bought an HTC phone for $100 which came on time and exceeded my expectations. The more I purchase the better satisfied I have become so my advice:
Do your research.
Expect long delivery time and moderate customer service.
Of the 60 + items purchased, all products arrived between 2 - 4 weeks and about 5% were defective, about 10% unsatisfactory and not as described. For the most part the product exceeds my expectations and none have arrived damaged. For these reasons I have given 3 stars as I believe it is now better than Ebay and the awful Paypal.
Aliexpress steals pictures of hair and wigs and pretend it's there's. This is just disgusting. Your hair will look nothing like what u order and the positive feedback that you see is fake
I've ordered a lot of times from aliexpress like jewelries and bags. They are saying that it is silver, but believe me, it isn't. Try to leave your ordered hewelries from aliexpress in an open air. No box and plastic, few days after they will become yellow. They also say hypoallergenic but it isn't. I ordered bags from aliexpress worth 70 it is supposed to be gift to my friends. The store's name is HAPPY SHOPPING FACTORY OUTLETS. It is all with bags. The seller called lanlan is ignoring me. I sent her a million of messages and the worst part was they automatically declare that it was delivered to me. When she always say wait dear wait it will be there tomorrow until my open dispute is over and now i haven't received any message from her. So beware. Do not buy any bags from this seller. And my comment was not shown on her reviews. The other costumer before me put the same comment asking where are her bags? I saw it that afternoon and the next day it's gone.
I ordered three items from three different sellers. One item was lost on the way. One response is you will receive it at once. One response is you will receive it after two months. Unbelievable! Irritated! All sellers took my money already!
This is the worst company i have ever come across in over 10 years of on-line purchasing. They were dishonest took my money, were rude and unhelpful when trying to get help. The finance dept is available for 10 minutes a day and so called customer service are unhelpful and totally clueless. Do yourself a favour and find professional suppliers. I just got a fake item with different parameters, specification and less performance and I posted a negative feedback and guess what... It doesn't show up. The seller have 100% positive feedback ahahaha
All ratings are fake, they show only good feedbacks. All people you see "No feedback yet" are people like me, left negative feedback, doesn't show and instead says "No feedback yet"

Do not give Aliexpress a bad review because of a single bad buyer. You do not give Amazon a bad review because of a bad buyer, so why Aliexpress?
The site offers dirt dirt cheap stuff, the only downside is a month or so shipping usually if you choose free shipping. But who cares? I buy something at LEAST once a week. It's too cheap not to. Little trinkets, gadgets, whatever.

Worst experiece ever! Great way to still from customers. I ordered a dress and instead i received a halloween costume that cost me $112.00. At the beggining Nancy Xie was very helpful until i told her that i was dissapointed with the dress (halloween costume) that she sent. Its been 4 months since the transaction took place and she has not returned my money, i returned the ugly dress and she never sent the money that i paid. Aliexpress is false advertisement. I could have bought a real dress in KMART. Pls dont trust Aliexpress. I even sent her my measure. Pls take a look at the pictures that I posted.
Please do not waste your time and money on these thieves! The products are terrible quality and NOTHING as advertised, the sizes run atleast 3 times smaller and DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS. I hope you guys get sued.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
