I bought few Shirts and jackets and they are all of bad quality and not as seen in the picture plus the sizes are complete fraud made just to rip you of all wrong sizes. I use Large and ordered XL for all, but they are like size small to me... Don't know why they do this...
And one seller was so rude and annoying in responses and I had the dispute open for 10 days or more with no help or place to report this bad attitude (stealing basically) from AliExpress... I will never use this rip of service at all and especially for clothing... It's a scam service.
At the end of those bad experiences I am left with useless clothes which I am ashamed of giving them to others even

So if a seller screws you over like RECOOL hair did to me your just screwed out of your money I lost 140$.
They sent me poor quality hair so I left negative feedback then they messaged me saying if I changed my feedback to 5 stars they would give me a full refund and never did. And I have no one to report this matter to because aliexpress doesn't have accustomed support system!

I see ALL these very BAD reviews and still people continue to keep them in business... But I thank all of the people who left their comments because I was fixing to order some items from them and now I'm DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO... you would think these people would give quality customer service and merchandise and they could have a successful business. But NOT WITH THOSE KIND OF REVIEWS... that's why I would rather walk into a local Melrose or Papaya and pay $20 for a good shirt that fits and I can return with no problems. Why would anyone in their right mind order anything from them after seeing all of the disappointed customers... DON'T assume your any different

This is a Onlineshop with verry bade Costumer service no protection. They tell you to get refunded but you don't get nothing wenn you don't rate them in the first with 5 Stars. I made a big order on Shirts and the most of them the Size was not the same like indicated on the Website. An wenn you ask for refund they tell you: TO LATE FOR REFUND! I DON'T ORDER A GAIN ON THIS $#*! ONLINE SHOP LOST MONEY.

Made 78 order so far only 1 lost in shipping. Not bad for marketplace fast for refund and reply from seller is fast. No communication error. Only bad so far is too many thing to shop lots of assortment if you know how to find your ways.

Poor Online Shopping

I have ordered several times in the past from Aliexpress, but will never use again, due to the farce they call a Buyer Protection Plan. They have some very good stores selling online but there are also some terrible ones, and there is absolutely no way to tell the difference. Negative feedback has a way of disappearing so you cannot rely on their feedback system. To test this yourself; find an item that is reviewed poorly on Amazon.com and then see how it magically becomes a great item on Aliexpress. With respect to their dispute process; it is either non-existent at worse, or terrible at best. Communications are also extremely poor, because for other than the canned system responses, trying to discuss a problem with anyone at this company is not to be expected. I received a 65% purchase price refund on an electronics item that did not work from day 1 (one) and I am just thankful it was not a large ticket item.

Order was never received. Requested to extend the protection purchase and didn't work. DHL tracking number was invalid. Filed a complaint and dispute was escalated requesting for a refund and no action has been taken. It's been for almost 60 days since I placed the order and no action was taken by Ali Express. I placed the same order on Amazon and got the order in 7 days. I will never deal with Ali Express anymore. I've escalated the matter to Visa Credit Card to get my refund.

Bad service

I orders a lot of supplies for a new business that I have started. The products took 2 months to arrive and some I did not receive at all and when I opened a dispute my dispute was turned down because they want me to proof that I did not receive the product. When I asked about tracking number they said the item can only be tracked as long as it'sin China and once it leaves China it's marked as "Product Delivered". How am I supposed to get proof of a product when it's not a valid tracking number that I can track in the US. When I sent a mail saying that I had checked with the post office and the product never reached here, they told me to go knocking on my neighbors doors to ask if some one else had received the packet on my behalf. I will never shop here again and do Not recommend this website to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.

Up until now i bought over 10 items from aliexpress and as I am writting this I am waiting on another 3 to arrive, i find the website pretty good and trustworthy but like anyother online website that sells stuff, there are some scammer, i strongly recommend that you message the seller before you but their product and that you ask for proof of them owning/manufacturing that product, as in asking them to write your name on a piece of paper and then taking a picture of the product with that proof next to it.

I ordered solar lamps and paid $74 USD. After long wait period of more than 2 months i didn't receive the shipment.The seller never provided the shipping information with Canada post( not even the tracking number)The dispute was put before Ali express and after some time they closed the dispute with out refund or re sending the product. Result i lost my hard earned money. DON'T BUY from Aliexpress

No hoverboard

I never received the hoverboard nor the money after opening a dispute. Someone emailed me saying I was goint to receive the hoverboard by "Tuesday", but they were lying. UPS told me they created a label, but never shipped the product. The people from Aliexpress told me I was going to get reimbursed, but that I had to open a pay pal account. So far, I am still waiting for my $200.

I made a purchase on aliexpress that I was displeased with. I gave a bad review on the site. I was immediately emailed by a worker. She begged me to change my review and began telling me that the workers "get in big trouble" when the customers are dissatisfied. She promised that I would get a full refund if I changed my review. Because I wanted my money back I changed it. Needless to say, I never heard from them again and I was past the 30 day period they give you to change your review back or make a complaint!

Avoid this market place!

I can say that it's like poker to find a reliable seller. Three month ago, I ordered a power bank for my old Oppo, but unfortunately, it seems I found a bad seller...
I got a confirmation after my payment, but no shipping two weeks later. I tried to contact the seller by sending an email, but no response. After many reminders, I finally received an answer with a lot of excuses that explained that the item was not in stock (!) So I ask them to cancel the order, but no response again. I sent another email a week later and guess what? They finally reply that they can't cancel the order as it was just shipped out. To prove it they gave me a tracking number. I waited and, after another month, I realized that the tracking number was fake.
So I tried to contact Aliexpress directly but the only way to contact them through their online chat that claims 24/7. In fact, most of the time the service is not available. Finally, I succeed to reach them but was disappointed to see that they were obviously biased toward the seller. Maybe because they are the reason to be of the maket place.
Lastly, I make a dispute which take time to fill. However, no news since I claimed a refund. Very bad experience.
Now, when I see all those bad comments on SiteJabber, I understand I am not an isolated case, so I will never use Aliexpress again.

Do not buy items that are expensive, review reviews and make sure it is not the only item for sale, NEVER BUY FROM A SELLER THAT HAS JUST ONE ITEM FOR SALE! Verify store!
Always ask for a full refund. They cancel the order when asking for a tracking number. The customer service is a robot! Careful when buying from Aliexpress!
