I waited for more than 4 months for my watch but they were so stubborn to tell me that they never shipped my watch. They were just $#*!s every week that"dear, please wait few more days" i heard this words for about 2 months continuously. I suggest you ppl please dont waste your time on ali express
Canadian buyers beware! Their tracking numbers only work in China, so if you don't receive your items, then they won't give you a refund. They simply say "Canada does not support China mail, please prove you have NOT received the item...". Since there is no way to prove you haven't received something, they just keep your money. And since they make you wait 60 days to open a dispute, it is then too late to complain to your credit card company. So you basically lost your money and there is nothing to do about it! Enjoy!
As many others I have relied on Aliexpress to come good with remedies as promised when things go south: refund and return or partial refund and keep.
Experience now tells me otherwise. Extended correspondence with the seller, Joying as the seller has engaged in protracted email exchange until it was too late to leave an appropriate comment on this sale, and Aliexpress declined to assist, and without extending the opportunity for me to correct the seller's statement relied on his accusation that I did not provide the umptious video showing the problem. Any remedy offered by the seller involved me spending significant money up front and having to rely that a payment may one day arrive from China. Aliexpress just washed their hands with a ruling that the case is closed.
Neither are ethical, I just write off the A$600 against experience.
Do not deal with Joying, do not rely on Aliexpress to put anything right...
I ordered some items awhile ago and though I would not recommend buying anything expensive on there its a good place to get cheap items. Shipping is free and the items vary in quality. They do have honest customer reviews so you can always look up them and the seller ratings but I wouldnt spend anything more than 20 there... You just never know the quality and 10 or 20 wasted isnt a huge deal. Its always a gamble, but I have never had a problem with it. Just do your research and hope for the best.
Ali express is great when you want to spend very little for products. They even do free shipping to New Zealand for many things. Shipping can take a while, but that free!
Some things are a little too cheap in quality, but in general, it's pretty good.
Only annoying thing is that people message you thanks for your order, your item has been shipped. Excuse me valued customer, please don't give less than 5 stars until you talk to me, don't open dispute, just message me etc etc. Try doing a good job and I will give you 5 stars!

I purchased some items from Aliexpress and was told that it was free shipping, the item was 35 dollars, when i got it there was a 23 dollar charge, so i disputed it, it took over a month and then they declined it, saying it was duty. First of all duty is not 50 percent and the delivery company told me the charge was forwarded with the package. Then aliexpress told me they would give me a coupon equivalent to this amount. Well never got it and contacted them 5 times and keep getting the run around, shop elsewhere people.
This product was wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The shipping was very fast, Lucy was just awesome. I'm definitely going to order from this company again. I'm extremely happy with this whole entire experience.
Have bought quit a few items on Aliexpress first few were OK recently 100% of what I have ordered has been fake. No chance of getting your money refunded as it transpires there is No Buyer Protection. Sent emails, photos, videos and even reports from manufacturers proving the most recent items I received were Fake. Aliexpress always sides with the seller. I have had 13 Fake items and not had a single refund. Store: KELI Electronics Technology Co., Ltd was very rude when I contacted them with an issue they just replied "LIAR BUYER" Others sellers have said they would pay for the items to be returned 4 weeks later and lots of emails to Aliexpress still no attempt to pay the return shipping charges. Again AliExpress side with seller as they said sort out the return shipping offline with the seller again I lose my money and am left with Junk. Other items have failed less than 1 Month after I started using them, they were supposed to have 1 year warranty tried contacting the seller many times but no replies, asked AliExpress to help but said nothing to do with us. I have lost over $270 which I have no chance getting refunded.
They used to be good when they had paypal. Now i don't want to buy directly with the credit card so i don't use this service anymore. Too bad.
I recently opened a dispute against seller dillilil store (buyer beware) this seller is selling items described as large men's when indeed it would struggle to fit action man. Avoid like the plague, all aliexpress said was seller was correct in his sizing and not enough information, I had enough information to take it to court never mind a small time dispute on a website. Shame on you aliexpress I really thought you would mediate and find a solution all you did was chase a customer away. I am a 40" chest and buyer says I need a 3XL who's kidding who, better save up and buy the real thing avoid this seller at all costs.
I placed the order, they charged my card then cancelled my order and say it will take a month for the money to be returned to my card. To top it off, if I want to place a credit card order I have to provide them with a copy of my ID, a copy of my credit card statement and a bank account statement! Can you say identity theft?!
Basically when it comes to AliExpress, you get what you pay for. The items are very cheap and shipping is usually free, and the quality is reflected in the price. I have ordered over 30 items and only once did an order not arrive -- I placed a dispute and got my money back. I have a policy of not spending more than $10 because otherwise it's not worth the risk, be it clothing, accessories, trinkets, etc. I've seen many negative reviews here from people who have purchased electronics from AliExpress and were not satisfied with their purchases. These people are idiots for expecting to buy a good quality smartphone for 30 bucks. So my advice to Ali shoppers is not to spend too much money, to read customer reviews and double check seller ratings, and expect 3 months for delivery
I have been reading all the bad reviews. Like any big company things will go wrong. And you can never make everyone happy on such a grand scale. With that said I have been doing business with them for over 2 years. I have run into 2 problems. One the shipping is painfully slow... but I'm not a patient person lol. And Secondly, you need to research what you buy from them thoroughly. I quickly purchased something based on the caption and when I got it, the item was plated jewelry and not solid as it had me believe. Once I figured out you need to dig into the company a bit more you will learn their language translation sometimes causes the error. Don't be afraid to give them a try. I do recommend them and only knocked the one star off because of shipping timeline.
I bought an item that didn't turn up. Was tracked so buyer and alliexpress where aware of this. Seller Maxwell admitted postal error And would refund. But as soon as I agreed refused to refund. I messaged alliexpress 6 times and once was very rude or ignored or just asked seller to reply. I also said by keeping the seller on the site with acknowledge the seller refused to refund or reply to emails shows they are liable. Still no luck do not use this site unless willing to chance to loose money
They sell fake items at high prices. The "disputes" you can open are a joke, you can never speak with anyone. Save your money and buy in the USA
They are basically just a scam. I had try to order so many time and every time it always so disappointed. The products not like the photos, not the same colour and the worst is a lots of stuff had been missing, when I put the bad feedback to warning another people it never show up the company just deleted it or something I'm not sure but this is not fair for the customers, never received the stuff and never get refund the money. Ask for the phone number or any email for talk to someone that is not computer and all they say is we not have policy to talk directly to customers lol It quite surprised how the billions dollars company not have call center or anyone who that actually sort the problem. I bought a pair of boot from "Sherry Century Classic item boutique"
"Ankle boots heels shoes woman Isabel Marant " and according to the picture the looked awesome, they were supposed to be high-quality leather boots. When they arrive, I thought it was a joke, they were made of plastic and I had seen similar boots for five dollars somewhere. When I opened a dispute case they told me to keep the boots because the return shipping is very expensive and that they will give me a discount on my next purchase. I was never going to order from them again so I sent them back. It's over three months now and they keep claiming that they never got the boots. Please don't order anything from them!
Last year I bought Toshiba power transistors from one of their sellers. The parts were fakes and the seller excepted my complaint. The seller agreed to replace or gave me other items worth that value. I requested a different type power transistor. Well it arrived and they also are fakes. This is the third Aliexpress electronic component supplier that sold fakes to me. Now I continue to buy from EBay, Outsource and Banggood where I never received fakes.
