I order and item for a while I did not receive the item so I did not confirmed simply because I didn't receive it now aliexpress tell me that I cannot be refunded my money they are some professional scammers this is not a trust worthy website
Do Not, I repeat Do Not order from this company, I ordered a couple of bracelets, requesting a certain color and size... when they finally arrived they were not the color I ordered and they were so small they would only fit a toddler not an adult. I contacted them and told them and they rejected my complaint, lol, that says it all right there
When I wrote the seller and said I had not received any item, the seller promised to send again. Consequently, the few weeks with buyer protection from Aliexpress expired. I never received any item - the seller got my money - and both AliExpress and the seller refuse to do anything about it.
This place has things from cosplaying, to jewelry, to kitchen ware! It has really low prices and usually money back guarantees if the item you receive is unsatisfactory! May take a month to arrive but v totally worth it for the prices!

I am with the vast majority of people on here DON'T USE ALIEXPRESS I had being using them for about 7 years 6 years with No Problems around 140 purchases some of the $5,000 plus The last year has been a nightmare, AliExpress Change the leaving Feedback Rules... Now if you don't receive your product you cannot leave feedback... THIS WILL BE THE DEATH NAIL FOR ALIEXPRESS. So when you look at a sellers feedback the only people that are able to leave feedback are the ones that got there products, What about all the ones that didn't get there products paid for them waited the eight weeks then had to make a CLAIM TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK and then you cant warn others. More and More dissatisfied customers and what they dont understand is I dont tell one or two people I advise as many people as I can... At the Moment AliExpress are Ok because they have only alienated half the population, I think they are currently working through the Russian population...

Half of the stuff on here is stolen images (not cool... Poor photographers) and stolen artwork/products that are a rip off. This is low quality, I promise you will be disappointed and throw it away!
Sellers are dishonest, they list items for sale with a completely false description ie: 'cashmere sweater' that is synthetic and then the seller only offers a $2 refund. These sellers sell either mis-advertised goods or ones that are completely fake with no conscience.
I placed an order on 1/31 and as of 2/13 it wasn't shipped so I canceled the order. The seller rejected my cancellation stating it was a good enough reason. How can they tell me it wasn't good enough so I emailed the seller they said no worries they will cancel and give me full refund. The next day they asked me why I was cancelling I told them again they said no worries they will cancel and refund me fully. On 2/25 they shipped my order! I told them how dare they ship it when I cancelled the order? Again they said I never responded to them seriously? I have the emails to prove it. Then I told them I was reporting them and they stated they were sorry and asked me to open a dispute (knowing Aliexpress won't let you for 10 days after they ship) they said for me to accept the delivery and they would give me a 10% refund once I open a dispute and it is a win for me and them. NO WAY I actually was home when DHL tried to deliver and I refused the delivery they sent me another email asking me to accept the delivery and they will give me my 10%. Well I'm not and you know what they can do with that 10%.
DO NOT order anything from LULAA. The owner Yunfeng Ling pros imbed me a refund. I have been waiting for products I ordered back in November. They are quick to take your money and then blame you the consumer when something goes wrong. They are a FRAUD!
I am the owner of a small business and I always use Aliexpress for my company needs. From custom envelopes to packaging I can always find a good bargain there. I needed some customized patches and through great reviews I found an embroidery shop called A-One Embroidery and placed an order with them in late December. Shipping takes quit sometime so after a month of not receiving the product I became concerned. I start to message the buyer asking shipping details because tracking was not showing movement. The supplier assured me that everything was okay and that I would receive the order. The order NEVER came and the buyer stopped responding to my messages. Being that Chinese New Year had rolled around I thought I'd cut the supplier some slack and wait a little longer. Soon after I opened a dispute with Aliexpress against the seller. Aliexpress buyer protection is a bunch of bull crap. They will do NOTHING to help you. They ask for you to provide evidence of your claim. How can you provide evidence of a parcel that has NEVER been received. Due to no evidence as stated by Aliexpress, my claim was denied and the seller was given my money! I feel violated and there is nothing I can do! It's even too late to dispute the charge with my own bank. I just want buyers to be aware of the shaddy business practices and horrible customer service ethics of Aliexpress. Please do not buy from A-ONE Embroidery. They're a shaddy and dishonest company! How can your customer not be your number #1 priority! I guess we American's only treat our customers how they're suppose to be treated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A-ONE EMBROIDERY STORE#*******. I'm still searching for someone in the hierarchy to write a formal complaint.
Arbitration, they are not on your side. They only go with what the seller says. Have bought and expensive robot lawn mower from Store name: Louis Tool Mall, Denna L600. Absolute crap. No after sales service, no constructive advice, procrastination and misrepresentation with everything. They don't even understand their own manual, conveniently! Avoid Avoid Avoid.
No progress on the Arbitration. Ali Express ignores everything that is presented too them, and just keep extending the dead line. Have present videos as requested but seem to upload them and even thought they let us know and we will help, they couldn't be bothered to help. Provided them with YouTube links but have just ignored them. I think that they just cant understand English!
First off let me say I only dropped a star because of shipping times. Ok so I haven't really purchased any clothes. I have purchased nail art accessories, toys, bags and jewellery. And apart from them taking 4 weeks I am very pleased. Good quality for very low prices. Toys aren't always in original packaging sometimes in bubble wrap but sellers I have dealt with are very good. They are willing to extend purchase protection if item is delayed. No problem with refunds either. All stuff I got was great quality even without the expensive looking packaging. I have a 5 year old cousin very happy with a crocodile dentist full size game which I got for 5... Way cheaper than here in Ireland. Really pleased with aliexpress
I bought a lamp on Nov 2015, and I never received it. I open a dispute in the appropriate time, and have to wait for more than one month for the answer. And they did not refund my money. Waste of time and money. Never, ever use aliexpress to buy anything again.
Hello, I brought the malaysian body wave human hair extensions virgin malaysian hair weaves natural black 4pcs lot malaysian hair 100g/pc 8-30 inch by vendor Queen Beauty Weave Co., Ltd.
The hair is absolutely terrible after install. When the hair was received it appeared to be a good quality by the softness and full bundles. However, the hair instantly shedded when combed. As the hair has been in for 3 weeks and has shedded a significant amount. You also have to constantly wash the hair due to stiffness and how much it tangle. I hate that I purchased and installed this hair. The reviews on the site are mostly of people before the install. I wanted to post review after I actually installed the hair. However, I could but leave a review due to it only being opened for reviews 30 days after purchase. I will NOT be purchasing any future extensions from aliexpress at all. This is the first and last time because I prefer quality hair!

Cheap items that seem too good to be true? They are! Purchased 3 items on Aliexpress.com. 1 arrived however was faulty and only after many exchanges was I refunded. The other two items did not arrive at all despite my credit card being charged! I have sent numerous complaints, was told the goods were in transit and to be patient. I was then informed the transaction was cancelled due to lack of payment. My credit card statement clearly shows the money has been paid yet I still have not received the goods I paid for and Aliexpress say the matter is closed. Money for nothing is not good business practice! Buyer beware! This company is NOT GOOD! CHECK ALL CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! My recommendation is DO NOT USE ALIEXPRESS! If I could give no stars I would.

I have bought about 10 items or more. None of them lasted. Either they broke immediately and soon. It looks ok when you get them... So review them it's ok but within few usages they breaks.
One of walkytalky was broken and I have asked for the replacement. They asked for many evidences and asked me try so many things before they agree to ship one out. Then they asked me to buy something so they can ship the item together. I had to buy one and it broke almost right away. More money down the drain.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
