I make an order for iLife vacuum cleaner and when the seller send with different carrier from different warehouse, I needed to pay extra feeds, they didn't refund me the extra cost I paid, after a 60days waiting of them to negotiate with the seller
I have been shopping at AliExpress since February 2015 and since then I have ordered so many products. I keep buying from them because the products have good quality and are sold at low prices. The speed of delivery varies, sometimes is fast but sometimes takes a bit longer. Until now the service provided is excellent, when not received the material I was refunded. I recommended it to all.
I've bought a ton of stuff from Ali over the past years, and admittedly its becoming less and less due to how long shipping takes now compared to a year or two ago. But they are by-far not a scammer website, if you know exactly what you're looking for you can find pretty good deals. Additionally, in all the times I have escalated an issue Aliexpress sides with the customers and you do recieve a full refund eventually.
It takes 2 months to deliver but the product s are good and of suitable to the price quality, I recommend it
Aliexpress continues to fraud. The buyers are getting their reward coins from their hands. It fakes with counterfeit and high priced products. They also distribute them as gifts only to their relatives.

Took them a month to refund my money for an item that turned out to not be in stock and still kept $20 to cover their expenses, when it was me who had to do everything and take hours off work.
I have bought so many stuff and never receive it! I will never buy anything from this company again. It is not legit. Dont waste your time.
1(one) of 5 (five) of NUMEN WORLD WIFI smart HD cameras, my son and I bought from you, not working any more; 2 stop working after 6 months (winter in Canada),
1was defective upon receipt (I throw it away) and, 1 I just received in Dec/2017 shuts off when ever configuration is been initiated. I have 2 indoor cameras purchased from you and these 2 work fine as well as 1 outdoor with no problem at all

No matter how enticing the price, you will get totally screwed. Product arrives, wrong sizes, you have to pay to return, false tracking numbers, lies, lies, lies, continually asking for the same information. Dispute process is a total dishonesty and they eventually just quit responding. Don't use PayPal as they leave you hanging out without a refund or product.
Please stear well clear of this company. The products and customer service is about as bad as it can get. Thousands of disgruntled customers speaks volumes for this lot.
Don't bother - if you see a good price they won't honour it and then they send you a fake tracking number, you have been warned!
Their website is full of bugs and always takes a long time for it to load. Furthermore, there are many untrustworthy vendors and opening a dispute usually results in unsatisfactory results. Be very careful when buying from this site because if you buy an item and receive a defective product, they will require you to pay for return shipping which often cost more than the product itself.

- I ordered a tablet **************). It arrived. But with defect. When asked for repair. No proper place to communicate.
- We sent to warranty group. (service request *******) For first 4 months - they said -they did not received. After than they said, they received and can not repair. So, I can buy another thing like dolls etc. When asked to give tablet itself. After several weeks. I received email saying. I can choose a product from aliexpress website. I choosed same tablet (order number- **************).
- They said, they have sent me by post. I never received the tablet. After several email, they said, they have sent and I should check in my nearest post office. (shipment tracking number-LP*******0611) I checked 5-6 post office near my zip code and around. Not received.

I was hoping aliexpress will help with seller sending me faulty item but it they wont help please dont use aliexpress use ebay or amazon you might get your money back but not with aliexpress
They don't deliver your items. It is a waste of money & time. STAY AWAY! Donate your money instead of giving it to them!
The website looks appealing and the big variety of items and the competitive prices are a guaranteed way to grab your attention but don't be fooled, because once you need them they will make you hate the day you purchased from them.
There was and error processing a payment for an order i placed and i thought i would give their chat service a try. The result was that i spent 3 hours talking to 9 different representatives and still no one could help me. They all seemed to be very unprofessional and every representative kept redirecting me to another representative or another department.
I was a new Ali Express customer placing my first order of 200$ and i still was not taken seriously! I wasn't even offered any kind of remorse or compensation for the hassle frustration and time wasted.
Wait, it gets worse than this. That failed attempt of a customer service chat system is probably the worse i ever experienced in my life. It is A JOKE! And here is why:
1- The conversation between you and the rep 'Self Destructs' in 3 minutes if no one typed anything. Its is basically their way in getting rid of you nicely. Especially when they ask you to hold while they 'check' your problem or ask you to try doing something in your account like (deleting and re entering your card). Which all consumes more than 3 minutes and results in disconnection, then you find yourself introducing yourself and repeating your story to another representative who has no idea what's going on. Irritating!
2- In the chat box where you type, you can type as much as you want with no limits but as soon as you press 'enter' to send your well thought and carefully typed wise words, you find that it gave you an error for exceeding the 'character limits'. WAIT! WHAT? Yes. Good luck with remembering what you wrote! I can't believe it either. They expect a customer to lose paragraphs and then rethink rewrite and rephrase his problem to one lines that don't exceed 115 characters at a time. Inconvenient!
3- Besides the helpless reps that would reply you with emojis and irrelevant sympathies mostly because they are out of words. They end up transferring you from a rep to another in the middle of the conversation without waiting for your reply. Which results in...!? " Hi I'm XYZ how can i help you today :) ?"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Would i trust a platform that treats their customers like that? NEVER
Would i purchase from them again? I'd happily pay double the price somewhere else that respects me and treats me well for giving them my hard earned money.
*I will not be emphasizing on how shady the sellers and their pages and their duplicated products are. I will leave that to someone else.

After purchasing a new power inverter ou found out it didnt provide any voltage, i opened a dispute w/ a video showing power coming in, but 0volts/0amps coming out.
Aliexpress interviened since the seller didnt respond and they requested a new video.
The case was closed the same day w/o giving the oportunity to submit the video. Tried an appeal and i was mocked saying that i had to respect the rules of disputes.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
