I advise every buyer not to buy from this Aliexpress for following reasons:
1- They undermined the buyer protection rights by standing with seller. Their request for evidence in any dispute is false. They do not rely on the emails between the seller and the buyer and they want from you to upload evidences although their maximum upload allowance is 5 Mb which make uploading documents let alone videos impossible.
2-they confiscate the right to give a feed back about the seller and his sold item by withdrawing the feed back icon from the buyer list for the disputed item for the interest of the seller.
3- even if you give a feed back of an item and the seller found it negative they will delete the feed back after a certain period compromising the rights of the customers to have a fair right to know the real quality of the sold item from given reviews of previous buyers.
4-the fact that the owner of Aliexpress is Chinase origin and majority if not all the companies in this website are also chinase made anybody think about the bias of the owner of Aliexpress for his chinase trader.
5- I lost £17 customs + £14 to buy a new adapter as seller ask me to buy it and he will refund me and £33 of delivery cost to return the item, so total loss is £64 although the seller assured me he is going to refund it but no refund for these.

Their so-called Buyer Protection isn't worth anything! As it is only valid for 2 weeks - whereby they want you to try to resolve any problems with the shop you purchased from first! Where this will take longer than the 2-week time limit and then you can't raise a complaint! Then you only have a month to write a review - where I lost this time during the complaint process with HochiTech (where I think they drag their heels on purpose, pretend they don't understand the problem and then ask you to PAY for them to be able to send out a replacement controller from China!) So, avoid purchasing off HochiTech also! The product I ordered from HochiTech (Halo Headlight Rings) either don't work properly or HochiTech has misled the buyer! As they do NOT have a white option available (where they only look white on the internet because of a photo being taken of them) where in fact they are an orange colour in the flesh. The remote also doesn't work in that it can't make the lights do half the colours shown on it including the WHITE function, where we only wanted to use the White function on the UK roads.

Think before you spend

My order was partially delivered and despite many promises to delivery the outstanding item, nothing has turned up, they have offered a partial refund, but I am just to tired with the whole experience, I would much rather pay the difference to a UK seller. I would not use them again, way to much trouble

I made a request in Aliexpress in the description appeared that if the product was not delivered in 90 days the customer would be refunded, 90 days passed and the product was lost, I opened a dispute but the same closed in favor of the vendendor and all the money was passed on to the seller. I am without the product and without the money.
I want my money back! Otherwise, I will file with Aliexpress account

Over the past few years I have purchased many items from Aliexpress. To be fair, in the majority things have gone reasonably well however, that was then and not now.
My last purchase (USD $40.00) was a VKTECH ultrasonic wireless water tank level unit from Pro Tool Store.
I installed the unit and it worked very well. Unfortunately it only lasted a month and the tank level metering died.
I've now spent the last 4 weeks, I use this term very loosely, "communicating" with the supply to resolve the issue.
They, like a few other problem suppliers I've experienced, want a video. You ask exactly what do you want me to video. There's either no reply to this question or "you must try again", whatever that means.
This backwards and forwards "stupid" communication does get very tiresome. I think we are meant to assume its a language thing but my personal opinion is "drag it out long enough and they will go away".
What I would like is a replacement or agree on a settlement value and we can part ways. To be fair I've already said I will send the unit back to them at my cost but I think this is to easy. Much better to play "stupid".
My attempts to contact Aliexpress to assist is nothing short of a joke. I'm sure Trump is more accessible.
There's a reason Aliexpress won't let you pay by PayPal and its finally sunk in.
I think this is my third or forth time with this nonsense. So much so I'm done with these people. Life's to short for this BS.
FYI
I've had much better luck with Banggood. Not such a large choice and slightly more expensive but a lot faster delivery (3 weeks max to Aus as opposed to 6-12 weeks from Aliexpress).

Aliexpress are scammers!

Aliexpress itself and most of their sellers are scammers. Aliexpress cover their sellers fraud or just rip the buyers off by demanding from buyers to send the received crap, health danger, not working items back at buyers' expense. Even if you agreed with the seller for partial refund and ask in a dispute for partial refund, according to agreement with the seller, they will make you to send the item back at your expense.
All can I say, just Stay Sway From Fraudulent Aliexpress or you will loose your money.

Scam

Stuck with four junk led lights with no help from Aliexpress or sellers and the second set of lights showed up from the factory with bulbs burnt out and now has gone from a 2400w light to lower tan half that after continuing to burn out. The dispute said I had no evidense when in the background you could see the files I uploaded, I took pictures of it. Aliexpress and Morsen Lights should be assamed of how they treat their customers.

I placed an order and payment success. But order cancelled. I did contact customer service agent several times asking for refund. But no proper response. They told 24hrs to refund then two business days to refund then 2-21days to refund.
Please don't buy anything from this AliExpress site.

I placed an order and did not received it for over 2 months. I reached out to customer service and was told to reach out to the seller. I was told if the seller did not resolve the issue in 72 hours that AliExpress would step in and intervene. Well, the seller of course did not answer, so I reached out to customer service again. I was then told I would be emailed a refund request. I received the email hours later, and the request was rejected and I was told to AGAIN reach out to the seller. I reached out to customer service AGAIN and they didn't even listen to my issue and I was sent repeated automated messages. This website is a total scam. Do not buy anything! Luckily it was only a $3 order, but still. Do not order anything from this site no matter how cheap and promising it may seem! It's all a scam.

I purchased a laser engraver, Aliexpress charged my credit card for the total amount on Jan. 16,2018, but cancelled the transaction few minutes after arrangement of full payment, but Aliexpress refuses to refund the money back. They had no reason to cancel the transaction, since it was paid for and I did receive an email that it was all in order, but decided to cancel the transaction and to hold the money. Just imagine how many customers get cheated for such unlawful practice.

Aliexpress es un sitio con multiple cantidad de vendedores, no todos juegan limpio, pero hay que saber manejar la situacion. Primero no desesperar, luego realizar tratativas con el vendedor y abrir disputa. Importante mencionar que al solucionar se le pondra cinco estrellas al vendedor. El dinero es devuelto... la mercaderia que esta defectuosa con fotos y seguimiento te devuelven el dinero o parte... solo hay que saber utilizar el sitio. Tienen tu dinero pero viven con lo que tu pagas. Haste valer

I purchased a light bar from AliExpress(which is a LED light which goes on top of a radio control model,
I excitedly opened my parcel only to find that out of the 14 silver screws that held the item together 5 screws were missing, i opened a dispute to get a refund, this is the answer i received from the seller,{ I apologize for the problem, could you order the 5 screws yourself & i would like to give you $1 discount on your order as compensation and could you please close the dispute, do you think this is ok}the light already cost me $16.75 & they want me to buy my own screws for $1 compensation!
The name of the shop is HoneyYami store so stay away from this shop on aliExpress, in my pictures i've added you can clearly see the screws are missing

They can ship you garbage and there will be no refund. The seller will offer to guide you in your mistake. AliExpress is there to give the money to the seller, customer satisfaction be damned.

It took 3 weeks for my dispute, and aliexpress gave the company SRICAM, 50% of my money. They awarded this company of the damaged, not working camera even after they found the product is not really working. They asked you to give them proof yet they gave this scam company who doesn't want to refund my money, who also told me "no return, "no refund. So I end up without security camera, just half of my money. So why asking me proof? This what we always saying, you got what you paid. It's probably ok on those small things but on any technology, BUYER'S BEWARE!

Unfortunately my experience with Julia store (part of Aliexpress) was really bad: quality of clothing is terrifying, communication with the seller is bad and there is NO buyer protection at all, even though they promise the full refund if customer is not
Happy.
It is all lie.
Probably there is some merchants more or less honest, but as for me- I will never go back again.

On 19th OCTOBER 2017, I ordered from Aliexpress a Fishing camera for the price of 136 euros. There were two shipping options available, one via DHL cheap and one via EMS more expensive than the previous one. I chose and paid the expensive EMS shipping option and I sent message to the seller noticing clearly "SHIPPING ONLY BY EMS".
The seller sent it by DHL on his own, without refunding me for the overdue amount since this was a cheaper method. After this singlesided action of the seller I refused to receive the product and asked on 30th OCTOBER 2017 Aliexpress for dispute to get my money back as a refund.
After almost two months of arbitration, Aliexpress released all the amount of 136 euros to the seller. In this point I felt very unjusted and I sent an email to Aliexpress for questioning their decision, in which they did not even for courtesy, answered to me.
ALIEXPRESS, it is a site that in all situations supports the sellers no matter what.
Thank God there is E BAY...

Creepy money stealing

I received something I don't even know what it is. I could not create a dispute during the guarantee period because their website didn't work. The customer service told me to log the complaint to the seller thru email on their website instead. Now 2 months has passed, I did not received anything. I asked for a refund, they said no because I did not create a dispute during the guarantee period. However my complaints are still there on their site, just that they are not in the form of a dispute. I did exactly what the customer service told me.

I spent many hours with customer service since I received the box. They made me do this, do that and promised it will be resolved. Now they turned their back.

Lost money, wasted so much time, feel cheated!

Please stay away from this it is a complete scam, after 2 months of waiting for an order I contacted them asking for the refund and they asked me to cancel the refund and to wait longer. I am lucky that my order was not too pricey. I advise you to not waste your money here.

I DO NOT recommend you shop at Aliexpress. Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side. According to my experience of many years, when you get damaged or bad quality items from them, you don't get refund although you have received damaged item so you open the disputes and provide them all the evidences of problems. The reason why is again, because the Aliexpress team is mostly on seller's side so you're ending with losing your money. Recently, they started to request you to send the items back to them for refund although you provide them all the evidences. That means you'll have to pay for the return shipping fee which costs way more than whatever you bought. Or no return and no refund. Either way, you're losing money on trash.

I been with Aliexpress for about 2 years despite the usual 60 days + for item delivery. A couple of weeks ago and tried to complete a purchase and could not complete due to Aliexpress suspending my account and asking for a photo copy of my drivers license or Passport Copy and copy of my visa and bank statements. By the way my Visa Balance is zero balance with no problems, unsure as to why all of a sudden they are asking for personnel information vendors don't ask for? Has anyone else experienced this?
Very disappointing!
