Shop with varied products and vendors. We must beware of false products and dubious quality. Look for sellers with good reputations and friends. I bought cell phones, games, covers and electronics in general. Post selling leaves a little to be desired and the dispute system is too complicated.
I bought a silicon doll from them. Instead of the face/head that was in the picture on the listing site I received a generic and not so attractive head. Their site says we would 100% guarantee get the same head that is in the picture.
It's been over a month now and I still haven't received the correct head. They keep stalling and giving me excuses that it is still in production, etc.
Their site also says that you're protected and that they don't collect your funds until you receive your item and you enter an approved or satisfied comment. They lie about that. The money was drawn from my credit card the day I ordered it. Very angry about this. Such a trivial reason to irritate the customer.

I was foolish enough to place a high expensive order from AliEx. The have designed their system in such a way that their cheating sellers (there are many) reject order cancellations, even though buyers have the right to cancel. How is it in the world it could be fair that the buyer's dispute needs to be agreed to by a cheating seller. I have witnessed a seller who asked me to fake a cancellation reason. When i insisted to mention the true reason, he rejected my cancellation request and sent the shipment. Even worse, he deliberately sent a wrong (trivial) product that worth no more that 1 or 2 dollars. Another seller agreed to my cancellation request. Then when I bought an alternative product from another seller, he (the first seller) shipped the product. So I ended up by duplicate orders, each of which costs very high. Surprisingly, AliExpress took the side of the seller in his judgement for the dispute. My recommendation is to buy from AliEx, if nedded, only items that are not expensive, if you want your loss to be minimum. AliEx deals with many cheating sellers and it is less careful about the rights of the buyers.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
