Bought a wireless mouse which didn't work. Tried everything they said to get it to work but this was a defective mouse. They would not accept that their mouse was defective. Said I was doing something wrong. After many frustrating messages sent back and forth, it is impossible to get any satisfaction from these people. And after submitting a dispute, I still got nowhere. If you want to keep your sanity, STAY WAY FROM ALIEXPRESS. You will do yourself a favor.

Aliexpress never help customer, they are always side on Seller which the company hiding in China. I have made couple orders is past years, I do have 3 orders that Sellers playing game and not ship out the merchandise, but Aliexpress do nothing and always ask me to wait in order to buy time for Seller. Then, when the time fly, customer always lost their right to fight with seller. In addition, there is nowhere that you can initiate to cancel your order. Aliexpress protect Chinese Seller to make no choice to customer, customer don't have a chance to cancel the order as Amazon.

I placed an order in January as a guest without an account. I received a confirmation email of my order and later confirmed shipping. However, none of the provided links would work because I placed the order as a guest. Tracking did not work, contacting the seller did not work, and filing a dispute did not work. Customer service is very friendly but useless, as they only take your time and do not provide any help. This was my first and last order.

AliExpress has some very good quality products available at wholesale prices. I've been very happy with what I've received from them. I've ordered 8 items. They were good quality. One seller sent me the wrong handbag and I negotiated a 50% discount. I was happy with that.

The cons are snail mail shipping, inconsistencies in quality among sellers, Asian sizing and not knowing 100% if what you are getting is what was described.

A website gives you insight into many products and promise of payment protections, but it is all scam, the time period for any dispute is only 15 days from the time of getting products, but if the products fail to work after 15 days there are no protections. As for Chinese product they only work for two weeks and they fail. One cannot open dispute or cannot contact Ali express for customer services. I encourage do not buy anything from Aliexpress. Please see reviews.

AliExpress is a great site to purchase items you cannot buy locally, or at a cheaper price. BUT, you have to spend some time looking at the customer reviews and photos to make sure you don't get a low quality product. If a price looks to good to be true, double-check the reviews and try purchase items with mostly 5 star customer ratings. I bought an official Xiaomi robot vacuum from AliExpress far cheaper than other websites; works great. Looking at Anime figurines, the majority are fakes made in China, as admitted on the page, but people are happy buying an inferior copy for half the price. Do your research and you will get great bargains. I've purchased about 40 items so far, and only one item I was disappointed with. Of two refunds I received, one was because the item had not arrived within the time limit but eventually did. The other product was a laptop which was advertised as free shipping, but then the seller sent me a message saying there is a chance I may have to pay a customs fee. So I tried to cancel the order but the seller refused, so I spoke to an AliExpress employee via the support chat, and he got the seller to cancel my order an hour later. This websites overall AliExpress score reflects customers who have had problems with AliExpress, whereas the majority of AliExpress customers are happy with their purchase and have no problems.

Each seller is different, you never know who is honest when making a purchase. The site is very poor at allowing to leave negative feedback for these bad sellers, and they go unpunished. Customer support is equally poor, never doing anything to resolve the issue. This was the third and final time I must contact my credit card company for resolution. Of the 12 purchases I made over the past year, 3 were never received, and 2 sellers harassed me to spend more money as they claim they are losing money on transaction due to shipping costs. Support at Ali did nothing to stop the harassment.

THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPPING, IF YOU ORDER 10 ITEMS, THEY WILL MARK YOUR ORDERS AS SHIPPED BUT SHIP ONLY ONE ITEM. THEY WILL USE TRACKING FOR THAT ONE ITEM THEUY SHIPPED TO ADD IN ALL THE ORDERS, SO ALL ORDERS WILL READ AS DELIVERED JUST TO FIND OUT YOU RECIEVED ONLY ONE ITEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALMOST NIN EXISTENT AND WILL FRUSTRATE EVEN MORE THAN THE SELLER THEMSELVES.IM TRYING TO FIGHT FOR MY MONEY. ALMOST 400 LOST BUT I WILL FIGHT THEM. STAY AWAY FROM ALIEXPRESS GUYS, KEEP YOUR MONEY

As a customer, who HATES doing shopping offline where I live, from all kinds of reasons (Iwm from Israel), I admit that I've become sort of a real addict to ordering online. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO Aliexpress!
I've tried many other well know wesites before, but none of them made me feel so comfortable & safe like Aliexpress! It's began with ordering items from many areas. And it actually strted to work for me very well:-)! The sizes were fit (I'm not a skinny person at all!), almost everything I ordered from the sellers there arrived in the time range. Well packed, many add lil cute gifts to their order... THE PRICES, AS FAR AS I'VE CHECKED VERY THOROGHLY - ARE THE LOWEST FOR MOST ITEMS, AND MOST OF THE SELLERS DON'T EVEN CHARGE WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE, OR A REALLY SMALL ONE!
The quality is truly very good, descent! And you're always covered by the A. E team (which is one of the more efficient ones!), to open a dispute, if the item doesn't match its written size, color, damaged, no shipping track, and many more cases.

Decided to get Bluetooth headphones for recreational purposes. Delivery on headphones took about a month. Compared to other sites I have reviewed in the past this is a long time. Nonetheless, I received the headphones. The black headphones looked just as advertised. Instructions came with package. However, one Bluetooth headphone was audio functioning. Other headphone would pair to device but would not project any sound. Thus, I messaged vendor to inquire about problem. Vendor messages me back list of instructions, same instructions that came with package. Thus, I told vendor regardless of instructions both headphones fail to play. Vendor never responded back. Two stars were given instead of one star because of design of headphones. Buyer Beware!

I have been using AliExpress for the past two years to buy jewelry supplies for my handmade items and never had a bad experience, maybe one or two missing packages but I always got a refund, you have to keep an eye on the purchase protection so you can open a dispute before the time ends, overall very good experience. I really love the site and the prices but you have to be willing to wait to get your product as it takes several weeks.
