If you have a problem with the seller you will find english is a foreign language. Be Aware if you have any problems with any of the products you will have to navigate a maze to actually speak to anyone on chat only. There is no phone numbers. I even tried the parent companies' website. It will put you back into a endless loop. Once I finally found someone I started to explain my problem and found there is a limit of characters you can use to write anything about 100. If you manage to get something thru to "A"hole on the other side, you will probably not be happy with the response. Mine was a complete smart a$$. One other note, the products look great. At first but they dont last long.
I have ordered a car jump starter in November 2017, still I haven't received the package and I have opened a dispute about this. The seller refused to give the refund and then I have contacted the customer service, it was really annoying. The customer service representative really didn't care about my concerns. I recommend you all not to buy anything from them. Because they don't care about the buyers concerns. Maybe this online store is good for sellers
Bought this as a Christmas gift and arrived with defective zipper. Seller kept asking me what was the problem over and over again and would say `"what is your advice" and finally said "I don't know how to do" even after receiving photos of defective product as he requested them. Since then, I've been in touch with at least eight staff members at Ali Express who said they we're sorry, they were concerned and cared and understood how I felt and that they would take care of this and keep me informed. They were going to contact the seller. Believe me I was never informed. I always need to contact them again again and again and repeat repeat and repeat the same thing over and over. Just a bunch of lies. Until today, it still hasn't been solved. I just need a refund and that's it. Very disappointed.

I ordered a solar inverter a long time a go on summer last year 2017 and waited for the inverted for long time to arrive and never arrived I ask for refund and AliExpress employee name lue and angela which I never hear a Asian woman name angela but anyway they told me that I need to open a dispute to get my money back but never happened well that company is a bunch of BS that I find out that those positive reviews that they got are created by then and no by customers. Suppliers shut down for 2-3 weeks during the chinese new year. I have $2000 worth of orders just waiting to be shipping for 3 weeks now. They entered fake tracking #'s so that they could mark them as shipped. Aliexpress gives no way to contact them directly to complain about a vendor. Big troubles in little China.
U can get good things from this site but only at your own risk! If something goes wrong it doesn't matter how many proofs will provide - most likely you will lose your money! Customer service is a huge joke... lies, promises and etc. I am personally disappointed!
Aliexpress and Aamazon or eBay are some kinds of differences. Generally, the price on Aliexpress is much lower than eBay or Amazon.
After 50+ items from Alipexpress, I am quite satisfied with Aliexpress except the lower shipping from Chia to US. However, I can understand the issue of shipping.
I ever canceld the orders several times from sellers without any problem before shipping. I received every items correctly. Actually, I am supposed give Alipexpress 5 stars. Because I never exprenced their disput or customer service, I just give them 4 stars at this moment.
I do not like to compare which one is better. I prefer inexpensive and no hurry items from Aliexpress. Costly and little hurry items from eBay or Amazon depends on their total amount.
Ordered a Bluetooth speaker from ALiExpress. The item was used with marks, cracks and scuffs. The USB cable came cut (someone used a cutter) and with damaged USB head.
After I complained and sent photos as evidence, AliExpress didn't do anything and sided with the seller. AliExpress people have been as dishonest as the seller. The item was not too expensive so I had a limited lose but still, this is totally unacceptable.
I don't think it is worth buying from them. Very sad.
Unless you are willing to pay huge custom fees then I would stay clear of buying from here, you get walloped at the door and have to pay loads in tax.
Only good for shop/store owners etc.
It is more of a wholesale kinda place and even if you think you have a good deal you can find the item somewhere else (Ebay normally) and the price will be higher but the buying process is easier.

If you cancel an order you get a refund within a week, they have buyers insurance much like Ebay now.

This thing does not work at all i followed the instructions that came with it and it still hasn't work. I tried to leave a comment about it and i was not able to leave a comment. I will never buy any thing off there site again
After hundreds of orders i can say, aliexpress is sometimes problematic, but usualy correctly working. When i get unusable or fake items i always got a full refund. Sometimes i have to prove with videos or photos, but it is normal on other sites too.
I sent for two waterproof cameras, one had all the items listed, whereas, the other one was missing a charger and battery. I contacted Oakes and he asked me to give him 5 stars while he sent the missing items. This was around July 2017, I am still waiting. Oakes said it was sent and Oakes does not respond at all the messages sent. All I can say is go somewhere else, eBay is good. As for Oakes, what a waste of time. Even Aliexpress are a waste of time too in the complaints area.
About 1 in 3 orders have problems. In reality any warrantees are worthless as supplier does not respond constructively and customer just looses money

Buyer beware. Poor support is provided in issues with stores. Despite loads of evidence and chats with assurances that you will receive feedback if you have issues the offer of support is empty. Some stores are honest but a number rip you off, send the buyer wrong items and all it appears knowing that AliExpress with support deception and the dishonest sellers for a profit. As someone here already said, "Customer support is a joke..."
I bought 2 motherboards for Iphone 6 plus 64gb, and both did the same. After update the IOS the phone doesn't start, in both motherboards. Before update the phone works normally. I asked aliexpress for refund, or to send me transport account to return the products, and they wanted to return the product at my expenses (100 eur). This policy is very good for scammers.
Well with Aliexpress it a lot of seller but they have some great sellers, but with Aliexpress if something goes wrong you can get a refund I had some bad experience but more good experience than bad so I would say I love them.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
