I bought a solar video camera from a seller on Aliexpress that arrived without
Batteries. Bummer but, "it's only a couple of batteries," I thought and went to the garage for a couple of rechargeable C-cells. I tried to pop them in only to discover that they were longer and smaller diameter than a C. I contacted the seller via the Aliexpress mail forwarding including a picture of the camera battery compartment with the wrong sized C-cell, and informed him/her of the situation and invited them to ship the proprietary sized batteries or refund my purchase price.
The next day I received an email from the seller rejecting my proposal and accusing me of stealing a battery and then trying to get the money back. I replied re-stating that the camera arrived without any batteries and that the battery in the photo was a C-cell.
I heard nothing more from the seller but a couple of weeks later Aliexpress said they
Were intervening and made me two offers. Ship the camera back with tracking for
A full refund or, I could accept an $8 settlement. I chose the full refund since I cannot use the camera without the batteries.
I just got back from the post office and it will cost me $55 to ship the camera back to China with tracking and $35 without; which is moot because I must provide a tracking
Number. The camera only cost $100. So the end result is I'm out more than half the purchase price with NOTHING to show for it. This company is NOT Amazon.
BUYER BEWARE! I for one have learned my lesson. I'm quitting the service and writing reviews like this on every review site that will take my comments. Next up YELP.

Some sellers are decent and can read and answer in english, some others or play to being $#*!ed or they directly are, you ask them things and they answer back with a "?" or some nonsense answer like "yes" when you are asking how long would it take for the item to arrive to my place in New York. The customer service from aliexpress is useless and they will answer back generic answers besides researching about your inquiry and giving you a solution.
It's like buying a lottery ticket, it can go smooth or it can be a nightmare. I would recommend going to amazon
Usually you get similar prices and you can find the same products

Order comes. Delivery status says it never left the country of origin. Vendor says just be patient a little longer, its on the way... and the buyer protection cunningly expires. I go through the whole dispute resolution process and they promise a refund. Months pass, nothing. I do it again. Same promises. I ask for a follow up confirmation by email, nothing.

I placed two orders for bookbags 8/6/18. As of 8/23/18, still nothing AND now was told they have until 9/15/18! This is a complete joke of a place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I waited a couple years before ordering after seeing good reviews for this particular wig I also ordered athletic tight s for my son and a coat for my grandson still haven't received the tights or the jacket the wig came in about 3 weeks of purchase unacceptable but oh well it came I oened the box a first sight beautiful Aon closer review I noticed accessive split ends after combing and parting my 14 inch wig has 4 to 6 inch hairs in-between each part the wig looks as if I've been wearing it for awhile straight from the box although this wig was only $68 it has the quality of a local beauty supply store 20 or $30 wig I purchase a wig from China for $9.99 with better quality I had to cut my 4 inch to 0 to 8 inches to get rid of the split ends but before all that contacted buyer protection went through the proper steps for a refund communication with seller was great until I asked for refund seller() Celine thang) full refund no restock fee and seller pays for return well it's been over 0 days no response reached out to aliexpress no response I gone take the L on the wig cause I cat dedicate y life to returning a wig but if you other items don't come it's gonna be trouble I will report to BBB it's not right to scam people then they have the never to send me emails asking not to leave a negetive review the long and short of this experience is buyer beware I will never order from Aliexpress again

Ordered a harley fat tire electric scooter replacement charger a month ago. Recieved it broken in the box 2 weeks later. They were notified the next day, but have only sent automated emails asking if recieved but no helpful information or acnowlagment of the issue. My experience has been horrible thus far and am in shock of their lack of communication. Seems like they took my money and ran at this point.

You get hwat you pay for and this site is no exception, i have over 200 transactions and a few larger buys like 3 smart phones etc, one of my phones was faulty on arrival, the wifi did not work and it kept restarting over again. "buyer protection" is a load of $#*!. When i flagged this faulty product (over $200) to aliexpress they BANNED ME SAYING I WAS ABUSING THE BUYER PROTECTION SYSTEM - what the actual $#*!. I am a good customer $#*! these stupid nips everything they sell is rubbish, never again

Bought an item on aliexpress, received item that wasn't working. Seller wanted me to repeatedly record video of item not working, I did all of that and aliexpress dispute service told me I wasnt following sellers instructions. Now I lost my money and have not working item :(

My experience with the vendors of Alliexpress, is very unsatisfactory, we find the
Vendors being rude disconcerting and just interested in ripping off the customer
Who has no recourse as the dispute option is a total farce it wont upload a simple photo
Of a damaged item with the reply "too large to download" and thus the vendor gets away
With stealing our monies,

Here is the usual rip off tactic by most vendors, you get an item that is shipped damaged or broken you have 15 days to file a dispute, you write to the vendor
About the issue and they are very accommodating at first with promising you replacement "just send us a photo of damaged item," which they make most difficult
To accomplish as you have to be a computer whiz to try to properly have the item download to the alliexpress site. And so the dialogue goes back and forth for 15 days to pass where after that you have no recourse for a dispute and you are stuck for the monies spent.

I had one vendor just recently who acknowledged a broken item received that i had paid $28 for
By offering me a refund of $2 yes Two Dollars,

Don't get suckered in by thinking that you are saving by ordering direct it's a total farce and rip off

They are THIEVES... NEVER NEVER buy from ALIEXPRESS and the vendor EGLOBAL

NEVER NEVER buy from ALIEXPRESS and his vendor EGLOBAL they are companies without any responsibility, I bought a mini computer brand EGLOBAL, the mini pc failed and they did not accepted any responsibility, but not only this seller is irresponsible ALIEXPRESS is even more irresponsible because if you look closely you will not find any way to communicate with them, and after all the messages sent to the seller, ALIEXPRESS communicated with me, by email just to tell me that the seller is not responsible. This company do not have a customer service number so there is no way to contact them., I now understand why it has such a bad reputation and the reviews are so bad, and that is because people have grown tired of ALIEXPRESS stealing them
I will never buy anything from EGLOBAL and ALIEXPRESS, these two companies are THIEVES THIEVES...

AliExpress, a scam

Bought a satellite receiver from a company called Saxtrem through AliExpress thinking that this will give me some protection like Ebay. Not the case at all, receiver didnt work, cost of returning it with a trackable mail is same as receiver, NO support at all from AliExpress. They get you into endless circles. Dont buy if you cant return an item and use Ebay, similar case with Ebay and they refunded me. Aliexpress is part of an international scam. £22.96 down the drain

I've been dealing with them for about 2 years and I have never had a problem getting a refund on defective product. The ship times however are insanely bad. But I know that it is bad and I order accordingly. If I want it by Christmas, I order in June (Not even kidding)

Ali Express is a Chinese company that treats overseas customers with suspicion when there are delivery problems due to lengthy transit times. It will stiff you rather than recognize problems. AVOID!

My bank says there is really no way to find out. One day after placing an AliExpress order my debit card number was hijacked and 100.00 in small with-drawls was taken out of my checking account. Fortunately I caught it before it passed 100.00 and my bank issued me a new debit card and froze the old one. All I want to say is check your statement online daily if you use a debit card to order from overseas. I will be using PayPal to place orders from now on.

A robbery

I Bought a keypad, but it's failed. The seller blamed me to not following instructions, then to not be able to use it, then that my computer has some problems. I have a good pc, better than this failed product, I have an earpod Bluetooth and also a vocal for the car, and they work with my pc. But that bad keypad do Not Works. They say to try to change pc. They go to hell.

First, some of the sellers I ordered goods from did not sent my order at all, or put wrong address or no address, I have never seen refund.
Second, shipment takes too long. More than one month, I am sorry but after more than one month I do not need it anymore, maybe was a gift, maybe something I need ASAP. I can go shopping on Amazon and will have it earlier, so it is not working for me. I will no longer use their service ans can not unfortunately recommend.

Seller is dishonest yet I have to wait 10 days after goods shipped (which weren't) before I can open a dispute to claim refund. Pretty poor order cnacellation process in my books.
"Buyer Beware" - buy local and keep your money in your own Country to support YOUR Country and not China.
