So many times I filed a dispute of no item ever coming and tracking that does not work and its past time and they refuse to give me back my money with no explanation. They help them rip you off to keep them happy not the buyers
Deceptive site and wording will not get you what you want. Lack of basic English knowledge over there will not let your argument stand up since it is not understood. Return costs for item not wanted must be born by customer. Altogether an unpleasant experience. All that quite apart from the smelly rubbish I received another time, hardly fit for the label "bag." Went straight into the garbage (outside the house). Was it made from old tires? My advice: Stay with Amazon, light years ahead.
"MOST" AliExpress sellers are scams. I tried them twice, twice too many times. First time never received the item, the second time, received the item which did not work, never receiving a refund. AliExpress refused to help and guarantee the refund, Not like Ebay. Recommend staying away... Stick with Ebay, better chance of NOT getting ripped off..

My name is Anurag Trivedi. My order No. **************. While selling items description given was it's an original one. I bought without a second thought. While I received product, all earphones were fake as I had already used originals when launched in India. I raised a dispute for this and most shocking was their judgment in favour of seller who sells fake products using word "Original". I mean they even didn't investigated this complete case and still wonder how they denied the fact. This clearly states that customers shouldn't expect any neutral judgment from them. Please see attached self-explanatory pictures.
I made a shopify store, which I love. I used Aliexpress as one of my dropshippers. I got my first order, I was so excited! I put the order in at Aliexpress. The site let me complete the order. Of course it also let me pay for the order, then the next day I was sent a electronic e-mail that the product is out of stock. If it's out of stock, why do they put it in their stores? So my first order out of the gate, I had to refund. That makes my brand new store look bad. I asked for a refund, Aliexpress wont issue me one, and would like me to purchase another item instead with the money they have. So now I'm in the hole. The customer doesn't get her items, and I'm out the money I paid to Aliexpress. Now I'm going back through my entire site, trying to get rid of every item from Aliexpress without making it look too obvious. Because my store is now live and has had visitors and a number of orders from companies outside of Aliexpress. So I'm quietly adding inventory and slowly deleting the Aliexpress items. Hopefully my customers won't be like, wait a second, is this a new store? All the inventory has changed. Luckily my store is new and doesn't have a lot of traffic just yet. Hopefully I can fix the issue before people get too attached to my items. And no, I still have not gotten a refund. Just another computer generated e-mail telling me to use my funds to purchase another product.
Site not secure and would not buy anything using my credit card.( Paid by PayPal). Product I bought was reasonable and the quality I was expecting. Would order again only using PayPal to protect my credit.

This is very fraud site these people take orders and collect money from us and never send the ordered product, neither their sellers are genuine nor the customer care are helpful. These people are fraud simply. I ordered 4 items of which i received only 1. On asking selle they ask to wait, i placed order in august 17 and now its a year and on contacting the customercare they say will resolve matter, but truth is nothing happend. I lost my money also waste my time. Such cruel people.
Bunch of scammers at aliexpress they will never refund you even if the item didn't arrive.
Their Buyer protection is an actual seller protection in disguise.
I used one or two times before, it was ok. But recently, when I tried to order something, after I placed the order and try to make payment with my credit card. I got an error message say "For security reason this process cannot be continued. To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by click My Appeal for further verification"
Then I clicked My Appeal, the speed was horrible, after wait and wait then I got error say
"Too many redirects occurred trying to open " blur blur.
As I was use google chrome, then I switched to Apple Safari, same issue.
Then, I tried Firefox, Finally it opened a website ask me to upload:
1: copy of my ID
2: photo of the credit card I used
3: bank statement of the credit card
No $#*!ing way I can give out those info to a online shop. Who the hell they think they are.
If they just want to verify genuine customer, why the they don't check order history or use paypal.

Some items are of a reasonable quality, but the after-sales are crap. They are a broker for various Chinese sellers and although the have a satisfaction or refund policy this is worthless. They will email back and forth dodging the issue until you have had enough and push you to putting a review on here. Can't be trusted.
Encountered many problems with verification and payment. Helpdesk will always tell you they will do something and asks you to wait. You go back to them when things are not fixed and they will do something else and asks you to wait. There is no escalation matrix nor having a supervisor or manager to speak to you. They will ask you to trust them and they are willing to help but you end up with no fix at the end of the day. Do not trust them. Different agents will have different solution to the same problem but won't fix the issue you have. Have fun! I just hope my credit card information won't be stolen because I can't get into the account to delete it and they can't deactivate the account on their end.
These guys have VERY PORE customer Service. I tried ordering 5 different items. I went through the checkout with my VISA and details and their ORDERING page said that I still needed to order them. SAD! STAY AWAY!
Ordered 4 coats and boots size chart not accurate. Items extremely small opened dispute to refund money. First 2 refunds were no problem. I then was notified my account closed due to abuse of buyer protection. But, I could dispute the closing of my account. I'm trying to do that but because my account was WRONGFULLY CLOSED, I was not able to use it to submit a appeal. REALLY!. If you buy clothing in a store and there is no abuse in returning items. I have now received the last two items of my order and of course the boots look nothing like allipress picture and they are so narrow you can't get your foot in. I have no way of contacting this company since they conveniently closed my account. This certainly not a trustworthy company.
Never buy from AliExpress. YOU have ZERO protection. Your money is GONE even if the product delivered is not what you expected. I bought glasses that I can not wear! The center and POWER is incorrect! I bought a dress for my wife that does not fit. I have not got back a PENNY! I bought other things that are of POOR quality! What more can I say. Say goodbye to your money!
I ordered a ROBLOX book bag for my son from the beginning the seller & I were in contact, after a few weeks it came my son was so very excited. The only problem I have with the item was that it smells, but I guess traveling for 3/4 weeks in a plastic bag in scorching heat guess it would. That's my only complaint.
I had $50 worth of products I never received and I went back and forth with some of the Sellers over six months. End results is I never got my product or my money back. I got a phone that only work on USA on 2 G. The manufacturer stays that works on USA on 4G lite. I have to pay like 60 dollars to return it to China. Customer retained and the manufacturer did not want to pick it up. I have almost five months on the dispute. I do not have the phone and they billing me. Do not buy from Alliiexpress! Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
