Do not use this company. They have already screwed me twice. I ordered 400 yellow leds and I received blue ones. Their fix was to offer me $1.00 or I can pay for return shipping and get a coupon for the shipping price. They are in China and they know they can do what ever they want and get away with it. Piss poor company.
My other order was marked shipped, I waited and waited watching the tracking of it. Told me it would be delivered on the 5th and on the 6th the company cancelled my order. The item never shipped. It was a 100% lie and I fought to get my money. They wanted me to wait 3 weeks for an OK we will return your money then another 2 weeks to receive it.
Several items ordered on 11/21/23 were to be delivered by Dec 22.80% arrived, others are stil pending on 1/7/24. One specific item was ordered for a person that already left for another continent and so the item is of no use for anyone. When I tried to cancel and asked for refund, Aliexpress replied that my request is "invalid" (sic!) because the item is "in transit". I this issue remains unresolved this was my first and last purchase on Ali. Bottom line: you cannot trust that your items will be delivered on time nor that your complaint will be treated fairly. I have ordered multiple items but there deliveries were in different batches and some items were not delivered. It seems like a deliberate way not to deliver some items ordered. They may show items that you were looking for in their website at lower prices but what's the purpose of ordering and paying if delivery is unreliable?
I ordered a Pokemon plush toy 33CM for my kid and they delivered a small lipstick weighing less than 0.47 pounds. When I provided all the photos and proof, Ali express kept rejecting my refund request saying invalid reason. Looks like no human only computer rejecting everything. I kept disputing and got same email coming back rejecting. I told them I would alert all buyers about their scam before writing this review. If you get your order you are lucky but for any reason if you don't, then Ali express will NOT give your refund. I have disputed way too many times in the past month and I have given up.
I purchased a hand dolly from Ali Express. I followed up with the seller 8 times to find out where my item was. I got a e-mail that it said it was delivered on 10/17/2023. I contacted Fed Ex and they sent me a picture of 5 boxes under that tracking number that were in a bush and not at my house. The item was a hand dolly and comes fully assembled. I contacted the seller several more times and they asked me to talk to the neighbors to see who signed for the package. It was never delivered to my address so how would I know. I had spent 12 hours on this nonsense and still do not have it resolved. They want me to track it and I told them FEDEX would not give me the address that it was delivered to. I told the seller that and they still persisted. I also contacted AliExpress and they were absolutely useless and basically told me that it was delivered. Wow, I explained everything to them and even sent them a picture and the tracking number from FEDEX and they denied my claim. I will never buy anything from them. Not only was the seller incompetent but so are the Aliexpress customer service. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

We ordered 2 chairs from AliExpress on Dec 1st, 2023 for a total of $85.92. The estimated delivery was December 27th, and the Order ID is **************; we did not receive the package by that time, and since we traveled, we checked on Jan 2nd, 2024 about the status. AliExpress told us it had already been delivered under the FedEx Tracking number **************. The tracking shows it was delivered on Dec 11th, which we did not receive. The proof of delivery at FedEx is available publicly, and it does not show the address but shows the signature "Menman," which is not us. We reached out to AliExpress on many occasions, and they told us it was delivered and would not help us unless we proved we did not receive it. We filed a claim with FedEx for not receiving it, but the FexEx submission was not accepting our delivery address as the correct address for the package. We still filed a claim with FedEx, which was declined the next day. They said they would only talk to the sender, and we asked AliExpress to issue a claim, which they repeatedly asked us to do. We called FedEx again, and they told us we were not the recipient and AliExpress was not the sender; the tracking is sent by Walmart, Ohio, and the recipient is Walmart, Tucson, Arizona; we told this to AliExpress, and they declined to investigate and closed the case. We asked for a full refund. We contacted the shipper, who agreed to refund if a dispute can be made, but AliExpress declined to open a dispute; they claim it was delivered, which is not the case. We never received it, and the tracking does not have our order address or name. I asked AliExpress to contact FedEx to verify we were not the recipient. Instead, they asked us for a signed letter from FedEx stating we never received this package; however, since the tracking is not for us and they declined to talk to the recipient, we cannot provide such a letter.
I just received my Nightmare before Christmas iPhone13 case and I F*cking love it. It has better quality than I have ever seen. They say you get what you pay for, well I paid a little over $1 and got a IPhone case that is better than I've EVER bought before. It doesn't have the feel of cheaply made at all…. I love it! My hats off to Alliexpress for a very well made product.
I ordered through Ali Express on November. Till this date I have received only 1 item from my ordered products. They say that my products are sitting somewhere with logistics company for collection. I am happy to collect them from the logistics v

I see some on here that some ppl as lost more then i have, it don't matter even if it's £3 or so it's money, It's an item you needed but was not working etc etc.

Yeah your gonna think your having a bargin, think again your NOT especially Hard drives, they are FAKES. They work so far and then they just sit there doing nothing. So please please please take my advice don't buy hard drives on here, saying that just don't buy nothing on here, you will 100% be scammed.
I purchased a few items from AliExpress however they were defective and broke down after use. The TSA key broke off, food container utensil do no fit and the bow tie accessory was poorly made. NEVER AGAIN.
I placed an order that lists as free shipping. I then get a message from seller wanting more money to ship, then another message from seller to cancel my order. AliExpress refunded my money but still allows seller to keep same listing with "free shipping"

First time buyer on this site. Figured I would take a chance. Entered all my personal information, name address, telephone number and all credit card information. Hit buy it and it rejected it for "security reasons" did not state what they were. Tried it again and same thing happened. No problem on my end with the information, Appears as all this site wanted was my personal info and my credit card information. I believe it to be a total sham, scam and ripoff. Buyers BEWARE! This is my 1st and last experience with AliExpress. I could not find anywhere CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE CHAT OR LIVE AGENT on this garbage site. I could not even find a way to give my feedback for the site on the site. US USERS BE VERY CAUTIOUS BEFORE GIVING YOUR INFO TO THESE FOREIGN OFFSHORE COMPANIES. AliExpress is my worst fear in online purchasing. I waited about 9 weeks to receive my items, nothing ever arrived. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my money back. After I made the initial order, AliExpress kept bombing my inbox with offers and deals, but never a single update on my purchase. If not for PayPal, I probably would have lost the $2,300 that I paid AliExpress. I can't explain how they're still in business. Just stay away from AliExpress and save yourself the grief.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
