The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to pervasive issues with order fulfillment, delayed deliveries, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report difficulties in receiving refunds and resolving disputes, often feeling ignored or misled by the company's support channels. Positive aspects, such as product variety and competitive pricing, are overshadowed by complaints regarding fraudulent sellers and the lack of buyer protection. This trend indicates a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service protocols and ensure accountability among its sellers to rebuild trust with consumers.

Be careful when ordering stuffs from https://www.aliexpress.com/. This is totally a scam. They provided a fake tracking number and never respond to your question about your package. This company should be banned for robbing people money.
Horrible shipping service. Never received the product 3 months after placing the order. Not even money back on my order even after chatting 10hrs with their $#*!ty customer service. They never care about their customers. Never seen such bad customer service in my entire life! No product, no money back and they don't care about that.
Spent 46.00 on items for Xmas and never got them. Post office confirmed no packages delivered and yet aliexpress still would not refund my money. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE
Most of the sellers are good on the app but one of them scammed me. Gave me someone else's tracking number and I never got a refund or replacement just out my money so read reviews on the seller before buying.
I was unable to locate an electronic replacement item ANYwhere else, so tried using "ALI". Sure enough, the part arrived with a busted screen and "HW City" refused to refund/replace. NOT the type of businesses I'm used to dealing with.ie Amazon, ebay, etc.
I was offered a refund if I shipped at my expense. Obviously, I do not trust them!
Thank goodness I'm only out $25.
Chinese dime store with horrible communication, dragging it out till you become frustrated and give up. Pay Pal forced them to communicate but PP was little/no help
I ordered numerous DeWalt and Milwaukee replacement batteries from 4 different sellers. None of them arrived. On the AliExpress mobile site it stated the items hadn't left China. None of them. Then when the so called orders were meant to arrive, none did. I contacted AliExpress wanting a refund for non delivery of my batteries costing upwards of $700.00. They opened a dispute with the sellers, and the sellers provided false shipping statements written in Chinese stating they had been delivered. My dispute was then closed by AliExpress. It was total crap. Do NOT under any circumstance, buy from this website. You have less than a 30% chance that the item will be delivered, and if it's not, you will not be getting a refund. It's BUYER BEWARE. You will get ripped off severely
They don't send you what you think you are purchasing! As seen in the picture I posted... I thought I purchased an Air Hogs gravity car for my grandson for Christmas. Instead I got a piece of crap! The box was majorly damaged and the car, nor box match what I paid for. Nowhere on the box does it say it was made by Air Hogs. Why did I fall for this? Ridiculous!
They scammed me for £1000 of LEDs that broke in the first month.
I purchased 4x 100m rolls of neon LED. Pink, Yellow, Blue, and Green. Installed them and then realized that the pink and blue were defective, they went into storage and when I reinstalled them 2 years later I had to replace the pink and blue with the same supplier.
Green and Yellow were all fine.
The first round of Blue and Pink literally had chunks of live copper sticking out the side, when I ordered the replacement, they all started dying in the first month and will likely all break completely. On 2 occasions they have failed to make pink and blue neon, they actually are incapable of making a working product.
They told me:
- the order didn't exist, straight-up denial it happened
- rats probably ate it
- asked me why they broke
The just sent random messages with nonsense replies.
Ali Express was sent the evidence on a Google Drive and simply stated there was no evidence. They do not prevent the scammers from scamming.
I have completely lost faith and will never buy anything of significant value directly from a Chinese supplier, they do not follow the same consumer laws and standards expected from European / US suppliers. Let an intermediary deal with the supplier and buy with a warranty from UK/Europe, you will get stung doing business on this platform.
Ordered FOUR seperate Christmas gifts over the course of two days. Never received any of it. The USPO doesn't even recognize the tracking number. AliExpress basically said, "Sucks to be you." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
This year, basically I tried to order three purses of the same make in different colors. I started trying to order them on November 3rd from one shop. Two were meant to be Christmas gifts. A third was to be hung in my own retail shop, just because it looked so cool. In any event, the first order was never shipped. I tried to order them again on about November 25th... one from one store on Aliexpress and two from a different store on there, as, by that time, no stores appeared to have all the same colors I wanted in stock. In the end, none of these three purses arrived. Every single time I tried, the order was either canceled without a word (and never refunded by the seller, which would have been the decent thing to do when you don't ship out something) or they sent the wrong item. The "wrong items" that did arrive from one of the stores were so poorly packaged, they were destroyed in transport. They weren't what I wanted at all, but, even so, I couldn't give them away now if I even knew someone who wanted them. The process for getting refunded was also very confusing on the site, so I approached the help desk. They seemed kind and professional and tried to make sure my refund was being processed, but I have a feeling that English was not their first language, so I must check back to make sure that my, now, six refunds go through. While my shop will live without a cool piece hanging up to attract customers, this does not help me when it comes to getting gifts for the two girls I meant to give these purses to this Christmas morning. And, because I am still awaiting a refund on some of them, this late in the season, I am now afraid I'll be unable to afford to get other Christmas gifts in time. Worst of all, this is not the first year I've run into this type of problem with Aliexpress. I have learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from the site again. Frankly, I feel like all of the stores would have simply stolen from me if I hadn't been keeping an eye on the arrival of these items. I urge you to be careful if you choose to shop with them. If you money, time and gift giving is important to you, best do business with a more trusted site.
I have contacted them several times about several orders.
The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect.
The phone number DOES NOT EXIST.
The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me.
The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number.
I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above.
Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number.
So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information.
Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us.
SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE.
Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly.
Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it.
Seller sent wrong item. They want me to pay return fee for something I didn't order. Went round and round with customers support 3 different times within 2 weeks of receiving item with no help for m seller. I even asked for boss to talk to. They says, im boss, again they said wait 6 hours for refund. Nothing ever comes. No text, no emails. Yet they can send me this kind of test and email about their stuff for sale. After 3 wks, Christmas is here. Nothing but disappointed kids this yr. I'm crying over these mistakes. Even items I bought weeks ago won't make it by holiday as they promised around check out. Stay away from this site. They're not trustworthy. Don't back up on their promises
Christmas present I ordered I bought in November will now arrive on Jan. So much for 3 weeks delivery.
AliExpress scammed me. Order id: **************
The seller knowingly sent the wrong product. I provided clear proof and evidence.
No refund is given
Scamliexpress wants me to pay 50e to return the item.
Refund me immediately in full
Didn't receive item, seller wouldn't provide tracking, informed me delivered and signed for, no one was home to sign and it wasn't delivered. Seller would NOT provide USPS tracking number but kept telling me to contact USPS. That's IMPOSSIBLE without a tracking number. Sent me dead hyperlinks. Then AliExpress, in dispute process, asks ME to provide tracking info or otherwise prove it wasn't delivered. They don't seem to understand now shipping and customer service works. Run away from AliExpress, it's TERRIBLE.
Ordered a right side visor for a Subaru Forester. Left side visor was shipped. I asked to exchange or get a refund, sent customer service a screenshot of the website picture of the order (right visor). AliExpress would not provide an exchange or refund. Very disappointing.
Customer service is terrible order take too long can't get refund or no type of credit I would not recommend this to nobody that I know at all I rate this zero I would never order off here again
I've been buying from AliExpress for years and WAS great.
But the past 18 months it's changed. My credit details have been stolen three times in this time and it's always after its been used on AliExpress. I don't use it anywhere else and every single time I used it on AliExpress, it got stolen.
Now to their couriers...they used to use Australia Post but now it's Fast Horse or YTo. If you arent home and there's nowhere to leave the parcel, that's it. They will not try to deliver again and will return the items to sender. You contact Fast Horse (as impossible to contact YTO) to ask if they can deliver again but they refuse and tell you because you weren't home, its on its way back to sender. "But don't worry you'll get a refund" By the time it gets back to sender though, so much time has passed that you are now too late to get a refund.
They tell you to contact sender but sender then tells you it's not in the country yet so refuses to refund you and to keep waiting as it will arrive. Who's telling the truth? Neither I think.
So, if you decide to go out or work, tough luck as you won't get your parcel. You must be home 24/7 for weeks as you have no idea when they'll deliver as tracking tells you nothing. It's great
Absolutely despicable, unprofessional behaviour and they don't care.
Not shopping here anymore
Tip for consumers: they won't refund, they will steal credit details and customer service help doesn't exist
I purchased several things on Aliexpress and was generally happy with the products received. They have quite a wide range pf products and many of them cannot be found elsewhere. Their price is sometimes 5x cheaper than similar vendors. So, I thought it was a great solution for my creative projects. Until one day I saw a delivery notification in my email, yet I did not receive the product. The store is called Cardudu.I am used to Amazon's service, so I figured I could solve that easily. I used their help system, I found in the choices presented exactly my situation, A note saying package was delivered yet I did not get it. I thought, wow, it sounds like I will solve that. So I followed with that. Then the only option presented is to ask for a refund. I actually was more looking at finding how to solve the issue since I needed the product. Then I got a message stating that I had 3 days to send proof of non-delivery. This was on a Friday! So, I already lost 2 days with the weekend. I called my post office, because one of the main problems is that the Chinese post tracking number is very often not known by our post office, so you are totally blind. How can I show it is not received if there is not recognizable tracking number? I chatted with their support many times, these people really want to help you, but they have their hands tied and have no real power. Aliexpress has a strange help system that helps them, not you. One support person suggested I contact Singpost (the Chinese postal service). They asked for the vendor's address for the opening of the ticket. Impossible to get that, the vendor never helped. The only thing the vendor did was send me a screenshot of the note that says the package was delivered. I was telling him I was not even asking for a refund, just some help in getting the package found. He did not care one bit. Aliexpress cannot give you the address and I can understand that. But they seemed to be totally unable to put any pressure on their vendors. So I learned that their buyer protection is totally untrue. I usually like to communicate with higher executives in these types of matters. Ho my god, they are totally invisible, I used LinkedIn and I search for them, I sent messages to all emails I could find. I never got any replies. It is quite something, really a different way of doing business that I am used to. So, I did not completely choose the door to using Aliexpress, but I only buy in small quantities, I never go beyond 100$ because of that, I know that is something goes wrong with shipping, it is a lost cause.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.
Answer: You are taking a very big chance by ordering anything from them... you will never get your money back and chances are you won't even receive the item you want. BUYER BEWARE
Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
Answer: There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.
Answer: Omigod, they're not just knockoffs, they're knockoffs that are produced in someone's ill-lit basement by captive chimpanzees that are blind, malnourished, and suffering closed head injuries. Seriously, you'd get better value from your money if you used it to wipe your bum. Don't buy from this group of criminals and ripoff artists!
Answer: I had this issue several times. The issue is that they only allow a certain number of characters ( Letters and numbers) in the description of the problem. So you will need shorten the number of words in the description and re-send until it goes through.
Answer: From my experience, there are as responsible sellers and is not responsible sellers. Second worse then have to raise a dispute. If this does not help, then raise a dispute above, and then as they say it all depends on You. As far as your arguments are strong. Almost always get a refund in the amount of shipping cost or part cost of the goods, if the goods were not received appropriate quality. Less full price. The full value is returned when the order didn't come at all. Also when you have paid but you did not send an order for a certain time. But again, it all depends on your arguments and facts provided by the seller or, to the Commission on the proceedings of the claims. But it is also necessary to take into account all the items from the seller, this is what guarantees he gives, product reviews buyers. And his overall rating. Never be lazy to write a review about the product from a particular seller, you will be the same customers as You. There is also an important factor, which I would say is pretty negative. It if the product was defective and not as described on the website. The seller has the punkt Returns accepted if product not as described, buyer pays return shipping; or keep the product & agree refund with seller.) 1. If the seller accepts returns, and the buyer also wants to return their purchase, simply follow the seller's sets of Returns on who will pay the return shipping fee. If the seller will pay the fee, communicate with them in advance about the payment method and the logistics service. 2. If a seller sets no return necessary or you want to keep the product, simply agree the refund amount directly and ignore the return shipping fee. It turns out that if you decide to return, it will often more expensive than the product itself and the meaning of no turning back, because when you return the money, only for the goods excluding the cost of shipping there and back. Therefore, I can not sell brand quality products, and will only return part of the money for the goods. That financial will have a negative impact but only You. Which means be careful, cock all the "pros" and "cons". You are not forced to buy it personally, Your decision. The more You provide facts that you have been deceived, the more chances and money You have spent, You will return. For all the time of purchase, the money is returned in full or in part. The Commission for the analysis of complex situations works, but is considering the case for a long time, so don't despair if You didn't reply, just "keep abreast" and you will not lose anything Sorry my bad English :)
Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
